For the most part the store has been decent, but it seems to be going downhill and in a different direction as of late. I visited two days ago and the fridges were blowing hot air, and there were only a few drinks in there. What really makes me uneasy is that the entire line of Black Radiance Cosmetics has been obliterated from this location. When asked why, none of the staff seems to know anything, so I'm just going to let this sit right here and see if we can all figure out what message is being sent...

Its 9:20pm on Wednesday the 13th. Why is this man telling me this walgreens is closed but here it says closed at 10pm. Yeah 1 star!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!!!! If you fill at this pharmacy, be sure to count your pills inside the store on camera before leaving. They shorted me 10 pills/5 days of my medicine, and when confronted, said their count is accurate, which means an employee must be stealing meds! Not only that, it took several days to finally catch the manager on the phone, after I was told for days she said she would call me back.HOW THEY DID IT:The day of my appointment, my Dr called in the prescription, I called later on to see if they were ready. A female advised me that they only had 5 days worth of of that medicine, so I would have to pick up that and wait for the rest. I told her that wouldn't work for me because I don't live by this Walgreens, I was only staying out there for a few days. So she said I'd have to have my Dr transfer it to my regular pharmacy. 2 days later, I called to see if they had got the whole prescription filled so I wouldn't have to bother my Dr to transfer it. They said they did. I had my mother inlaw pick it up and when she brought it home, I realized the bottle they gave her was way smaller than the one I usually get and counted my medicine and it was short the 10 pills/5 days that they originally said they only had. The full amount of pills would not have even fit into that size bottle!!! When confronted, (after days of trying to reach the manager) she said their count was accurate and there was nothing they could do. She was not concerned at all, and very unprofessional. Now, because it is a controlled substance, I will be the one to suffer, because my Dr cannot replace them. I would suggest anyone who goes there to count their meds inside on camera before leaving so they can't do it to you. I'm reporting them to corporate, as well, as this is inexcusable. They are messing with people's lives and their health. Worst pharmacy I've ever used in my life. I will never use them again, and I will continue to warn anyone who does!!!!!

Best walgreens in NWI. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way for you. Pharmacy is great.
