This store is ok with most of the items except clothes. I was so shocked or more so angry when I saw an outfit that was priced higher than it’s original price. (See pic) It’s so sad because this organization prides itself on helping others but in actuality, shopping for clothes here will just thrust you into the needy category. They are clearly not thinking about the community. Save yourself the time and just drive 5 minutes across the bridge where the clothes will be the same price or cheaper, but NEW. I simply browse the kid clothing section here for a good laugh. When you see my pics you will understand. $9 for a “single” child garment? Do you know how fast kids outgrow clothes? If this is your way of helping the community, I think you should just throw in the towel. It is for this reason that I no longer bring my unwanted items here. I take them to a local church thrift that doesn’t try to rip off the community with overpriced kid clothes. I want to see my donations helping people and not harming. You should be ashamed of yourself Griffith Goodwill. 👎

Upon arrival no greet, but noticed other customers were being greeted upon entrance. This location has everything very neatly and organized! The prices however, yikes!!! They’re more expensive than nearby states’ Goodwill locations… they literally have the regular pricing as new items sold in its original store just the only difference is that these are used, old, or raggedy items for the most part 😩

Rude & lazy.Witnessed a female employee being rude to an elderly person because the elder was trying to take the cart out with her walker. After customer left the cart inside, employee then uttered “ sorry but I’m not gonna to get the cart from outside just cause she didn’t wanna use her walker.. psh sorry”Isn’t that your job though? Didn’t like seeing this incident happen while shopping, do better & if you hate working here, then quit but don’t take it out on PAYING customers.:(& on the other hand, there was a middle aged peppy, full of energy employee in a black shirt who made up for the sour puss’ attitude! Good for her !!

Not worth the price. Similar prices to ross or tj maxx. Used clothing should be alot cheaper then brand new. Not just $1 or $2. Makes more sense to just buy new

I like this goodwill, but overtime the prices have increased overtime more and more. I come here to shop for cheaper clothes and yet it’s still overpriced. Charging 8-12 dollars a shirt that’s old and used and you guys got FOR FREE? you guys get everything for FREE there’s no need to overprice EVERYTHING specially the clothes there’s so many clothes in the world and that end up in landfills and yet you make it hard for people to access cheap clothes that end up getting thrown away please change your prices gawly…

This place always has such good stuff compared to other Goodwills! I've gotten a lot of high quality items on half priced days where I'll get most things for around $4. The lines are absolutely ridiculous though, they are always way understaffed on 50 off days. I've literally gotten stuck in line for 30-40 minutes multiple times, where the line is literally wrapped around the store. Some of the workers are really rude too.

Candance, a store worker had a less than friendly disposition. Also, did not have a friendly attitude upon checkout when the computer was not working properly. She may of been having a bad day, so maybe it’s an off day for her, but she definitely showed her frustration as if it was my fault. That and the combined fact that the prices are very high for a goodwill, I would not recommend this place.

I find some great stuff at this goodwill, but the staff is not very friendly! It’s like they don’t want to be there. Good customer service is just as important as what you are selling. I get that it’s a 2nd hand store, but it’s not very hard to just be kind.

Let's start with the cashier Candace she is the worst customer service cashier at any business I have ever reviewed. For months I've listened to how she treat people.Ive told managers.She is rude,snappy and nothing is being done to correct it.On the other hand, location is very clean,well organized. The other employees are friendly.You will find some great items and bargains.Sunday and Monday has 75 percent off a certain tag color.Get you a goodwill card.You will also be ask if you want to round up to help out.If it wasn't for Candace I would give it 5 stars.She is very rude,and im sure she has caused people to shop at other locations.Management fix her and her attitude.Her customer service is horrible.I have witnessed her be rude to people with disabilities, elderly and the next time I'm recording it since no one will correct it.I was so upset to see how she treated this elderly woman that was moving a little slow paced it was so sad.

This store has some of the nicest cashiers around , but a manager with an attitude and a complete lack of professionalism. I have noticed her on many occasions verbally berating her staff and customers.UPDATE- I was in the checkout line. A woman grabbed the scanner from the male cashier, scanned a few items in her cart, ( there were around 15 or more items that weren't scanned) and then asked him if they were good. Another woman ahead of me asked the cashier how he could allow thievery to happen. He asked her if she'd like to call the police because he wouldn't do anything because the woman was a store manager that was there as a customer.BEWARE- it is pitiful when a manager is stealing from their own store and money that is supposed to go towards helping people find jobs is instead going into their pockets.I do not condone any acts of thievery and was in disbelief and found this to be extremely disturbing.

Ok I'm all about helping Goodwill training but this particular little lady. (Thin elderly white hair). Will announce LOUD "would you like to round out the purchase to the training center. And if someone says NO she actually acts different.Thought it was funny because we are there to save money too.So I say no and she actually turned her posture towards the register not even bagging everything.HOODWILL (Freudian slip) Goodwill needs to train her more.

LINES WERE WAY TO LONG AND PRICES were terrible. Everything they sell is donated. No one should round up to nearest dollar. Someone is getting rich at the expense of the poor folks who work there for 10.00 an hour.

I love goodwill. Always very organized and clean. Very nice workers. My problem today was the lady name Candace K. She was very rude to me when I tried to use my credit card. It was my first time using it and I didn't know how to use it. She gave me attitude and snapped at me and even yelled at me a little bit. Always fun going to goodwill except for this time due to this lady who worked there.

There’s a very rude lady that works there she screams at customers and employees. there's a African American older lady their I think she's a little slow she so nice.one day I was in the store the other employee's called her to the office she came back out crying I think they treat her bad she always a little scared acting around some of them. Someone needs to check this store out .Goodwill store is for helping people not being intimidated by people .I was ready to check out I asked her could she check me out she said no to me with tears in her eyes no I have to get someone to check you out .

Cashier was not friendly at all had on dirty gloves she wasn't protecting anyone just Cross contaminating everyone she came in contact with. Hand Sanitizer works better than dirty gloves worn all day...

This place is trashed every time I go, which is less and less frequently now. Management should be ashamed at the condition of the store. Everything is just tossed on the shelves haphazardly and appears to be zero shelf maintenance. Obviously the employees don’t care either or someone would step up and do some organizing once in a while. Avoid at all costs.

The finds are great here but the check out process sucks terribly. I wish they had an app with prepaid money so they can self check out. It’s 2019 folks let’s invest in technology for Christ’s sake. I mean you ask for my zip code?!?!? That stuff can be embedded in my profile app along with my shopping trends like I’m looking for swim trunks for my Hawaii trip for the Meschede wedding. Otherwise staff are great. I’m kinda mad that they stopped allowing customers to use the 15% coupon as of 1/1/2018

I purchased a considerable amount of clothing here and when I checked out the cashier asked me to round up to $90.00 for thier mission. I politely said no thank you. My mom checked out, and asked the same question. She said no. The cashier asked "why do you not want to round up?" I could have said none of your business but I started to explain and she told me that my information from the internet is wrong. My $89.00+ purchase isn't enough money towards your mission. I guess I will not shop or donate to Goodwill any more.

Not a good store at all. Bought items and some came up missing? Called and they said they didnt know what happened and let us go🙄🤷🏼‍♀️...i have 26 items marked as sold on my receipt... but i counted only 22 items!!! Very disappointed and definitely ill go to a different good will next time. This one needs better and SMARTER employees or to just close down all together.😬

This store is seriously overpriced for the entire amount of their product being handed to them for free. Yes, I would imagine they are worried about "thrifter flippers" (those who resell clothes online for a profit), but let's be honest, what is the ratio from people who truly need some clothes for the family to those who are buying and reselling? Of the people I know who are buying and reselling clothes, I don't know too many who are extremely wealthy themselves, so in a way, it helps them too when the prices are lower, but as a wife and mother of a hard working man and several children, I can't afford $6.99 per sweater just to clothe my family during the winter, and let's talk about $12.99 for a lightweight jacket - it wasn't even a heavy duty jacket. I honestly don't know how anyone who truly needs clothes can afford this location. I don't know if it's all the goodwills in this area, or if it's just this one, but I walked out of this one in tears today because I simply could not afford their prices but my children need clothes. What do you really exist for anymore Goodwill? Do you truly exist to help the people who need it most or is it a profitable business instead of charity for you at this point? I'm beside myself on what I saw today.

One of the best goodwills in NWI. I've been to them all, so I know what I'm talking about. 50% off sales 1/ weekend a month, senior sales, and 75% off sales on Sundays. It's clean, quality items, reasonably priced, and friendly staff.
