Hovered over by a middle aged blonde at self checkout while 3 others were also doing their own checkout. If your staff plans on being prejudice, they may want to be a bit more subtle about it. We are all fully aware that you can slow down and pause transactions on self-checkouts, standing over me and slowing down my morning for a small cart full of overpriced groceries isn't an effective way to improve loss prevention - maybe checking on all individuals at self checkout on your shift instead of the brown ones could help your store a bit. Or, better yet, she could have organized some shelves, cleaned, or done literally anything else to get this store in presentable order. Won't be returning.

Wonderful self checkout cashier. A young man that was very helpful. The store was out of Kroger trash bags ad item. Bummer it was a good price.

Stocked up on meats. Good prices and selection. Produce was well stocked. Some other shelve were partially empty. The staff was great and the store was neat and clean.

Let me start off by saying "LAURA" should NOT be working in the self check out area. She had the worst condencending demeanor I've had to deal with. Please also fix your self checkout machines. After having Laura come over more than 7x to fix issues I almost walked out not buying anything. Most items throughout store are also not being restocked. The frozen cases were broken so no frozen meal items this trip. Have more check out lanes open so noone else has to deal with her. Wow. Smh

The cashier and sacker were nice and kind. I asked 3 different employees around the store to help direct me and got a point from 2 and a maybe isle 7 from thr 3rd. Worst customer service ever. Also the store is dingy and dirty. Very disappointing! We are moving to Greenfield from mccordsville and I will not shop this store unless it's an emergency.

Kroger Deli - Fresh Fried Chicken has slipped. I LOVE Kroger Fried Chicken over any other grocery store but sadly, their availability of Fresh Fried Chicken has slipped. It's been that way for a couple years now. Went in today looking for fresh Fried Chicken but again was not available. Other than that, they had the bagged salad I was looking for so that's good. Also, their sushi is A+. The person there is always nice and always pumping out fresh sushi. My go to for cost effective sushi.

Absolutely horrible store. Where to start. Prices on the shelves are never the price that rings up at the register. Never saw a grocery store try to get people for their money like kroger. Why make it so hard for customers to save money? Oh, it's a digital coupon deal. Really? Well, stop advertising it on the shelf like it's really a lower price without the coupon. How many people do you scam money out of daily that isn't paying attention to what the price is that's rang up at the register? Such a scam. No other grocery store tries to scam people for their hard earned money more than this store. Next, just the prices in general. SO overpriced, it's ridiculous. Once again, scammers. Let's price it so high, then say it's on sale for a lower price, when I can still go somewhere else and get it cheaper than your "sale price". Next, NEVER any open checkout lanes that actually check you out in the evening. I've seen people with a full cart told to go to self checkout. This town needs another option besides Wal-Mart and this fake so called grocery store thats only worried about profit and not the customers. Will never step foot in this money hungry store again.

I went to the produce section to buy a bunch of produce and there was an empty box, so I went to grab it and was rudely told by an employee that it wasn't an empty box, but part of a display and that I could not have it. Then the employee told me that they could go back and get me a box they felt I could use and bring it to me. He brought a box to me and I refused it and said obviously empty boxes are very important to them and I didn't need it. I did not accept the box, but during checkout I did mention it to the cashier and she stated that Kroger changed their policy about empty boxes a month ago! We love Kroger but maybe Aldi or Walmart are better options since you covet empty boxes instead of customer service!

Constantly out of items and never have any help. Three different occasions we’ve come in to buy weeks worth of groceries and have to run them all through the tiny self-checkout because the one cashier they scheduled is “on break,” but they don’t have anyone there to cover her break! The workers you do see are always just standing around talking to each other. I worked for Kroger for 10 years, I know how it’s supposed to work. This isn’t how I ever ran my front end and we were at a store three times as busy!

No charged disabled carts. Everytime we come here and buy a large order, we have to bag it ourselves. Tell me why do I shop here. Its the only store in town besides walmart and Aldi. When are we going to get a decent grocery in this town?

No matter when you go to pick up your prescription they need another hour from when you show up, and another wasted trip and wasted gas. They also don’t carry a lot of the dairy free and gluten free alternatives better stocked Kroger locations carry.

We were not impressed with the store at all. A Tuesday late afternoon at 4:30 PM and they were trying to stock shelves. Every line for self checkout was open and only one cashier working with 4 to 5 people in line. Had to ask for more cashiers and no one would come up. Store manager was working in the dairy department when we went to go check out. But the young cashier Karen was absolutely professional and calm and continue to do her work as best she could. So she gets five stars. People were having to turn around and go check out all their groceries themselves it’s a shame that our society today has gotten this low. What happened to the good old grocery store, when service meant something!!!!

Had a cake made for my brother and it was the worst cake I've every seen. Words were on the side not in the middle you can see the cake through the icing. And also on the top you see cake crumbs. I'm not a cake baker but I know any other cake I've bought never looked this bad

After being ignored in the deli we finally gave up and went to the checkout where we were in line with 7 other full carts waiting on the single open register. I also saw the store manager walk by and he didnt even bother looking at the line let alone helping. I travel the country for work and this is easily the worst Kroger I've ever been to. I may need to take my ice cream back if the line doesnt start moving soon.

The parking lot at this location is a war zone of pot holes, and had been for years. If you use one of the little half shopping carts, be prepared to have it tip over for you while you're trying to get it back to your car. I can tell you first hand that it's a pretty disheartening experience. In general the store is well stocked, but be prepared to use the self checkout unless you want to wait 10 minutes for cashier. This town really needs a nice grocery.

This Kroger is extremely small for the population of the town that it's in. all the workers are okay I had one aggressively approach me at checkout asking if I need any help which is how they ask if you're stealing.I never go to this Kroger I would rather go to the Walmart because the service is so much better.They do not have enough checkouts or people to staff the checkouts for population that they serve. If they did a remodel and had less aggressive staff members I would be much more open to shopping at this Kroger. I regret picking this Kroger every time I go here.

I have called this store a total of 10 times now, one right after the other. No one in the bakery, service desk, or the managers can be bothered to pick up the phone. Ridiculous!

Great experience this morning. I had filled my reusable bags and the contents were going to 2 locations. When I got to the checkout, only the self check was open. There was no space at the self check to empty the contents of the bags, scan and put them back. The employee overseeing it quickly offered to help, unloading, scanning, and repacking my bags. So helpful!

The lines at checkout in here are insane. The last two Mondays I stopped in and the check out lines went all the way back to deli then split into two. One went down the frozen aisle and one went all the way back to milk. Lots of people complained but nobody did anything. I put my stuff back. You can be treated like cattle, I am not going to be. It is clear nobody cares. No managers came out of the office to help. Corporate is just up the road 20 minutes and can help. This worker issue is an excuse and making you wait like that proves they don't care. I don't either because I'm the only one that left.

Bought frosted chocolate brownies made by the bakery there. They were awful. Tasted like sugar free brownies with a cake like texture. They left an after taste like sugar free products typically do. I love the Kroger bakery in Greenfield because the staff is friendly, but I do not love these brownies. Very deceiving because they look delicious. I couldn't finish my portion after cutting into it. Yuck.

Every time I go they never have any fried chicken. They always have sushi never any fried Chicken 🤬🤬. Today 12\21\21 I arrived there at 3:45 the cooking area was cleaned up and looked like no one was coming back to cook in it. I had to go to Popeyes and spend $35 on 12 pieces of chicken. thanks Krogers for helping me save money

I have shopped here for 15 years. They have gone downhill in the last two years to the point where I am considering going elsewhere. They never have everything on my list. Sometimes difficult to find a cart on a weekend. And the past two trips I have been forced into the scan and go while employees stood around closed registers. That is fine for a small to medium size order, but not when purchasing nearly $200.00 worth of stuff. I will say their meat selection is usually not bad.
