This pharmacy has always had the nicest people at their pharmacy window.But tonight I went through and the pharmacist came to the window and said I could not purchase my allergy medicine at the window that I had to come in.But, the fact he had a rude tone and poor customer service attitude plus, the fact I have usually always got it at the window unless I had to go in for something.If that had been the rule prior and if he had a politeness about him - I would have been fine with it.But, I will be buying my allergy medicine at walgreens from now on!!

For the 2nd time in 1 week, this Pharmacy was unable to find my filled prescription. I was a little annoyed the 1st time. But today, after waiting in the drive-up line for 45 minutes, I finally got to the window, they went to get my prescription. 15 minutes later they finally came back with it (they lost it a 2nd time and had to refill it again!). I asked them what was going on in there that everyone in line was taking 15 minutes to pick up their orders, and was told they all had problems. Need to fix filing problems at Greenfield!!!!!! I will not be going back there.

No stars....Staff are HORRIBLE in the pharmacy!! I was just told by \"Jimmy\"(female staff, so I'm sure this is the name for everyone) that \"doesn't matter, take your scripts someplace else. We don't care. If you call to get narcotic Rx started, no one answers. You can be on hold for over 2 hours, at the least..yes I have & no one ever answered. When you go in, there are several just standing talking, about anything but business. I wish I could take my Rx elsewhere, but insurance has me locked in.....would not ever recommend Greenfield Indiana CVS Pharmacy.

Incompetent, requested a prescription a day in advance, by their own record was supposed to be ready at 8pm on a Tuesday night, didn't go in until 5:30am Wednesday morning. I even called at midnight to ensure it would be ready, had to wait 30 minutes to pick up 1 prescription.

Worst place in Greenfield to get your prescriptions filled. The people are nice enough but you just need a lot of extra time to sit in line. This location has way too much of the business in the area and they're not hiring the people to handle it. A prescription gets called in but they will sit on it for days till you call to ask if it's ready. Going to switch everything to Kroger

I don't know how this place could be worse. It's bad. Don't send your prescriptions here if you actually want them filled. And if you do plan on going twice to get them.

Called just to see if a prescription was ready and NO ONE answered the phone!! Called several times! 16 min wait the first time and the second even longer. It was at 5:30 pm when I called. I know they get busy but this is ridiculous just answer and say can you hold please instead of nothing!!!! Still waiting for them to answer!

They're way too busy, all the time. Expect to wait in line for a while to get your scripts. But for the most part, they are all pretty nice.

Sat on hold for a full 20 minutes when calling the pharmacy. This after staying up all night at the ER. Unacceptable.
