More expensive than others around the area. (Anyone disagrees?) And they don't want to tell you the price up-front. You have to PRESS for an answer. Also, I don't like that they refer to my dog as a "baby". It's all "your baby this" and "your baby that". It's a DOG. Maybe that's all part of their strategy. If the business refers to the dog as a "baby" and if the customer truly believes that the dog is a "baby", then the customer will not question paying their expensive prices.Note: The service to my DOG was done under my professional name. (Their defense around here is, "We don't remember your name. We don't remember providing services for you!!!" We can give you the phone number to our attorney!")Thank you.

I have always been very happy with the service at happy tails until today I went there between 3 and 4 they were closed due to the fact that their last customer canceled. What about the walk in customers what are they to do. Not a happy customer.

We have taken our shi tzu here several times and always like his cut. The people are very friendly. You can see the gromking area just off the entry way. They give a report for the dog each time as to how their condition is. This is the only place we will take him. The latest time he had a little silk necktie which was really nice. Gonna keep it for him for the holidays.

I never have any worries bringing my guy here. The workers are very attentive and they are able to answer any questions I have had. My guy comes out looking great and in very good spirits. Last time he went he was falling asleep during his grooming if that tells you how relaxed he was.

Happy Tails is the best! Initially, I was extremely nervous taking our girls to a groomer. Chloe, our shepherd, is timid and wouldn’t be an issue, but it had been so long since she has gone. Shortcake, our pit bull, is full of energy and can be a lot to handle; she had never been to a groomer. Happy Tails staff were so welcoming and instantly I felt comfortable and knew the girls were in good hands. In no time, they called and said the girls were ready and did just awesome... especially Shortcake! I can’t tell you how great that felt. The girls were all smiles and wags when I picked them up. I also loved the report card they give for the visit. We will never go anywhere else!

Staffing is always so nice. Maria does a wonderful job and is very patient. They also offer obedience classes for your pups and it is real fun to watch them learn.

Took my dog to this business. His hair was all uneven and no bath was given when I picked him up. I was under the impression all groomers gave baths, but apparently not. He also seemed a little stressed when I picked him. At least he wasn't bleeding like many other dogs from previous reviews. I wish I would of read the reviews before taking my dog here.

Excellent experience! They were able to get both my dogs in right away and they both came back looking great. Typically I see clipper lines on my one dog but not with this place. Benji was my groomer I believe thank you!

The staff here is wonderful! I take my pup Maggie here for regular nail trimmings and baths every few months. They have always been helpful and really do care about your fur baby. A great locally owned option!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEI was charge 220.00 dollars for regular grooming for my dog . I’m not sure if they are using a gold grooming kit or something to cost that much. There’s really nothing extra ordinary happened to my dog. He still looks the same! It’s insane!! Never going back again there! It’s a ripped off!

We have been bringing Winnie to Happy Tails for couple of years and have not been disappointedwith the results. She goes to them as a hot messand comes out looking pretty and smelling like babypowder or the wonderful shampoo they use. The people are very professional and kindwith her and if there is problem they call to let usknow. I would recommend Happy Tails to anyonelooking for a groomer for their dog(s).

We brought in Cooper our 1 1/2 year old Golden Retriever. He had never had been groomed before. Except at home baths. He looks great smells great. We like all but the bathing is out in the open. Staff was friendly and vary nice. Good experience. Was here a week to get some work done on motorhome. Wish they were in Florida. Great job.

I was so worried when I had to take my dogs ( a male and female pitbull) to be boarded for a few day cuz of myself having to have surgery. They have never been away from me or my hubby for that long and was worried how they would react. When we picked them up we was told that they were perfect guests. I also discovered that they were bathed while they were there. Which i was surprised by cuz I didn't pay for that extra service. But most important is how my dogs were treated. They came out happy. And even gave employees a good bye kisses. If I ever need to board them again I will be taking them back to this wonderful doggie spa. I am highly recommending this place to everyone. Well worth the price .

I will never take my pups to another groomer again. Happy Tails is by far one of the best in the area! They take such good care of my dogs; I know when I'm dropping them off that they are in excellent hands.

We heard good things about them so we had high hopes but in the end, I didn't appreciate how they treated me or my wife as a customer, let alone a first time customer. I'm not out to bash anyone and I don't want to recap every single detail from our experience but the bottom line is...Grooming was good but very expensive. There was poor communication for our first visit and we felt like they were talking down to us. I think they need to improve their customer service skills and new customer onboarding process. I hope this feedback helps them and I really wish them the best, especially as a locally owned company. We have a couple of friends who go here and I think we would have gone back if we would have felt more welcomed and appreciated.

My little Angel is blind and deaf. She doesn't do well at strange places. The crew at Happy tails take the extra time to hold her while being groomed they are paicent and loving to her which means the world to me. Best place ever with dogs

Warning to all who consider going here - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Initially we were quoted 90$ and after taking our dog in after an hour they refused to complete the service and demanded 150$ or to “call the cops”They left our poor dog soaked and bleeding and then had the audacity to demand more money - if you love your furbabies don’t put them through this torture.Now we have a soaked, terrified bleeding dog because of their inhumane negligence that we have to take to the vet to make sure she’s okay - please do the smart thing and avoid at ALL costs. This place is a scam and I can’t warn you enough.

These wonderful ladies took great care of our 15 year old cat Google when we had to bring our motorhome into the shop for repairs. We were so worried about leaving him, that he would be lonely and scared, but he had a great experience. Definitely recommended!

Took our miniature Schnauzer and groomer did a bad job. She also trimmed his beautiful long lashes. She said he moved while she had the trimmer. Why didn't you use a scissor? Going elsewhere for future groomings for him. Also, be sure to take cash as there is an upcharge for using a credit card (including your debit card).Update 9.14.2019: We were happy to see our dog because it was his very first grooming. It didn't really hit us until we got home and compared the pictures that it was upsetting. Your groomer said she was an expert on miniature Schnauzers. I highly doubt that. At that point, what was going to be done? Glue his hair back? LOLAs far as payment, my card did say "DEBIT" on it. Why didn't the front desk lady ask how to use it? Most small business would prefer to have debit and always offer first.Please cancel our next appointment and we will be going to a qualified groomer that knows what they are doing.

We left our four legged family members in the hands of the very professional Happy Tails staff while we went on vacation. We returned to very happy, well maintained and groomed four legged family members. Happy Tails is a business I’ll recommend to anyone who needs to board or just get their four legged family members groomed.

Hands down Best Groomer in Indiana. Absolutely amazing people work here. I just took a rescue to her that was in horrible shape when no one else could. I called around to get an appt and no one could get me in until 3 days later and she needed help now. I now am grateful she was the only one who could help because she is amazing. She knew it would take a while because of the shape she was in and still worked on her after she closed I came back to a completely different rescue. If anyone ever needs a groomer she is the best!

I’ve been taking my sweet baby girl Kia (ki-uh) to Happy Tails since Maria opened her place on Lincolnway in Goshen. Maria is a wonderful woman and her husband is a very nice man also. They’ve taken care of my Kia and her grooming needs have been met better then I would’ve thought. I say that in care, and in style. When Kia goes in she looks like “oh” but when she comes out she looks like “giiiirl boo💋” and she is the cutest Lil girl eh’ver! She’s all bowed up and color coordinated and I just wanna take her and show her off, that’s exactly how I want her to look, because as for her mama, I’m ah Diva too darling! My fur baby has to be popping too! This place is by far the best pet groomer in the Goshen area, others don’t do what Happy Tails do. They charge you for what Happy Tails doesn’t. They don’t coordinate the colors or make your pooch look nice, and my baby girl has walked out of other salons looking like she walked in, and that’s a ☝🏽No no! Where they do that at?? So Happy Tails is where it’s at for my groomer needs for both my dachshund Kia and my German Shepherd GeeGee. GeeGee is a big girl and she’s often mistaken as a boy and I dislike that, so I tell them to always dress my girls in bright colors that pop! So GeeGee is huge and she comes out looking like a butch, but that’s okay 😁she’s mine and she’s adorable!!
