The store is neat, odor-free, and carry more items than most others in this area. The problem is the card reader is always down or slow due to Internet connection issues, especially when it rains. I stood in there almost twenty minutes this morning only to have to eventually get cash from the ATM. The worst part is that other patrons were coming to the register by the time I was done and I didn't even hear the cashier warn them of possibly needing to pay with cash. The staff is friendly and willing to help patrons find what they need, it's just the register area where they need to tighten up.

This is the cleanest family dollar even before they updated it. A good manager goes a long way. The manager keeps this store clutter free and the shelves stay stocked. She's always in the store making sure it looks good!!

The worst service ever at any Family Dollar I ever been to.1 star because zero is not available.The Manager is the only reasons I gave it one star because her customer skills are grand.However, one worker had thee Audacity to get upset because I interrupted her from watching whatever she's was watching on her cellular device.Thus,when it was time to ring me up she was rude when I wanted to enter my number in to see if I had any coupons.I inquired about if there were or wasn't why was it an issue.The individual went on and on until finally I requested her to cancel my order. The Manager completed my order and attempted to diffuse the situation even requesting her to leave for a few minutes and the employee remained and said I was rolling my eyes at her.She was the worst cashier I ever reviewed and I do many reviews.On the other hand,the store is neat and clean.The other workers are courteous.However,one apple spoils a bunch and my child was present and she went on and on.And,I have footage of the rude,disrespectful cashier.

Awesome manager and when she's at the location i have no problems but whenever she's not hereThey close the store an hour early and are rude

I paid a visit to Family Dollar twice this week. Monday, November 21, 2022, and on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2022. During both visits, I had the same issue. One of the female associates was playing music on her cell phone. The same song was playing both times. Throughout the song, the singer kept using profanity. I feel that the associate was being very disrespectful to the customers.

I wish I could give this store a negative 100. Please stop spending your money, in places, who employ disrespect people and/or owned by people who treat you with disgust and make millions off the Community. I will be reporting the disrespect of my blind & disabled aunt & myself.
