It was a miracle finding Clean Paws Mobile Grooming Salon. I was able to go on vacation and know that my fur babies were in excellent hands. Michelle was on time, respectful of my home and most importantly she treated my kids like they were hers. In fact she spoiled them badly. Now I can go out of town and not feel guilty about leaving my babies. She took care of 9 cats and fed my wild birds.what an excellent service and worth every dime. Thank you again.

Called to see if could come out and groom my Maltese. She was very unpleasant to talk to, and when I asked her what her price range typically is she started to inform me that she has a very high price scale and if I’m looking for a $30-50 grooming then this wouldn’t be the service.. I never indicated that I was unwilling to pay her price, ( that she never even told me ) I just wanted to make sure I have the funds for her when she comes out. Very iffy that she won’t give you a straight estimate instead she wants to tell you that it’s gonna be “ on the higher end “.

I’ve been with Michelle since the start of the mobile grooming business. I’ve allowed her to care for my pups over the years. They go crazy when they see her van pull in front of the house. She is knowledgeable and truly cares for your pets. During several of my dogs late night medical emergencies she’s provided guidance and willing assisted when needed. My dogs were always happy with the pampering they received from Michelle and loved the treats they received after their services. Her services allow me the flexibility to have her groom my dogs when I’m away at work. She would notify me of her arrival and I would remotely unlock my doors to allow her entry into the home to retrieve each dog. I would recommend Clean Paw Mobile grooming to anyone who asks about a reputable grooming service. I truly trust her as she has a true passion and love of animals.

Michelle has been someone I have highly recommended this past year. I was desperate to find someone capable of cutting my medium-haired cats fur. He was previously feral, so he isn't the easiest customer, but Michelle handled him beautifully. He was mat-free and calm after his very first cut. I never thought it would be possible. Michelle is great at getting us in the schedule within a reasonable time- other groomers are literally scheduled multiple months out! Homer has seen Michelle since his first cut (no more matting!) and I didn't believe her until she sent pictures that he was a good boy for her this last cut. I don't have Michelle bathe him- just the cut- because I won't press our luck, but he is so much more comfortable with his shorter cuts and happier that I'm not fighting him with a brush.

I just want to say Michelle is phenomenal! Our little Emma hadn’t been groomed in ages as nobody could groom her. (She is an older dog and very cranky) she has been told by every groomer to not bring her back and we lost hope. Poor Emma had matted fur where she could barely see and her nails were growing into her paw pad. Michelle was able to groom our little baby and transform her back to the cute little shih tzu we remembered! Thank you so much for taking care of her and using your expertise to handle her as I know she can be difficult. If you are thinking about booking Michelle DO IT! She is the truth and will do an amazing job. You have gained a new customer! Really can’t thank you enough for the wonderful job you did with Emma! We are forever grateful we found you!

We LOVE Michelle!!! My pup has issues with new people and she was very patient and understanding with him. Now they have a love/hate relationship. I love the flexibility of mobile grooming. I had Clean Paws Mobile come to my house to give my dog Max a bath and trim his nails. Scheduling online was so easy and convenient. My appointment was confirmed the day before. Michelle showed up right on time and immediately went to work letting Max get used to her and she constantly talked to him. Max usually doesn't like people he doesn't know. Michelle had me put Max in the van and then she started working on him. I expected to hear Max barking or not being cooperative but all I heard was Michelle talking soothingly and lovingly to Max. I think the entire service took about an hour so definitely not rushed. When Max came out of the van he had a cute little bow tie on and was so clean and smelled so good..nails were trimmed perfectly. Prices were actually cheaper than other businesses with the same services. I will DEFINITELY use Clean Paws again!!

I’m Glad that I reached out to this company! I have two Persian cats that desperately needed haircuts. Persians have long coats that can be hard to maintain. My older cat is very scared and gets aggressive when put in situations he is not familiar with. Even taking him to the vet is always a struggle. I reached out to Clean Paws Mobile Grooming to make it less stressful for my cats. I’m thrilled with their haircuts. Michelle is professional, reliable and she was extremely patient with my Julius who was terrified. She came out 3 different times to finish his haircut Without any force, restraint, or medication. She took it slow gaining his trust and only doing what he was comfortable with, without causing to much stress. My cats are like my children and clean paws treated them with love and patience. I will continue to choose them knowing my cats will be well taken care of and have that trust and bond with Michelle the owner. She is friendly and wonderful. Thank you so much I’m so grateful for your service. My kittys are so happy walking around with confidence feeling more comfortable and not hot with overgrown fur.

My baby usually has high anxiety issues but was very comfortable. Groomer was very professional and the absolute sweetest to my baby. She came in and went straight to sleep, until dad got home, she ran up to him and started dancing.. will definitely start this as a regular routine.

I have 3 animals (2 dogs and a cat). My 2 dogs (was 3 but one of them crossed the rainbow bridge recently. Important to note for my pricing comparison below) have been professionally groomed by mobile groomers regularly (every six weeks) for almost 4 years now. Unfortunately, we were unable to continue with our previous groomer because we recently moved outside of their service area. I found Clean Paws via a Google search and figured I’d give her a shot since it was a black owned and operated business. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined, it would lead to a negative review.Again, my dogs have been groomed by a mobile grooming service for 4 years so I have an idea of how the process typically goes. Clean Paws needed access to my electrical outlet in order to perform the service. Never had that happen before but no problem. My dogs don’t like being in the grooming vans and one of them (rescue pit mix) is outright terrified of this huge vehicle in our driveway and this person she’s never seen before. My other dog (Shih tzu) doesn’t like his face to be cut so you have to be careful. We tell this to groomers ahead of time. Both are very sweet dogs. Clean Paws did a good job of cleaning and grooming our animals. Then it was time for the bill and this is when things went wrong for me. Our bill came out to over $400. Now, remember I’ve been doing mobile grooming for almost 4 years on a regular schedule. This bill was almost the cost of 2 appointments at my previous groomer. When I checked the itemized receipt of the bill, I had been charged almost $100 for things I did not ask for nor was I advised of. We were charged for a behavioral handling fee. These are the animals first time seeing you. They don’t know who you are. If you’re a groomer, I would expect you to know how to handle dogs who are scared or a little apprehensive. My animals aren’t aggressive at all. I was also charged a De Matting fee for my Shih Tzu. Again, he’s had regular appointments so I really doubt that he was matted in any way in 6-8 weeks. I was also charged for a medicated bath and special conditioner (separately). I didn’t ask for this nor was I advised of this beforehand.The really unfortunate part about all of this is I keep my dogs groomed on a regular schedule and would have gladly let others know about this business in my networks because I know quite a few people in the suburbs with multi-pet households. I had a family member who also lives out here with 3 animals who was looking for a mobile groomer and was waiting to see what my experience was before they scheduled an appointment. I can’t recommend Clean Paws to them or anyone. The one thing I’m big on is paying people to take care of my animals and Clean Paws did not make a great first impression on me. If they had done a good job with pricing, I would have scheduled appointments for the rest of the year. Now, I’ll continue to look for another mobile groomer. It’s really unfortunate because I was looking forward to this being a positive experience.

I booked an appointment online for someone to come out today March 27, 2021 at 10:30am. It’s now 11:20 and no one has showed up, or even called. No one answers the phone! I also tried to chat with the chat now box. Very unprofessional i wouldn’t recommend ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!Update: i did receive the most disrespectful message ever from the owner. I will be reaching out to the BBB she needs to be shut down!

They never answer their phones. They also have a email that is useless because they tell you to call them, yet they never answer the phone. I don’t understand why they can’t respond to the email with the questions that are asked. Also they don’t have a starting price list so I guess they make up the prices as they go. I will not call them again and I don’t recommend anyone to do so as well.
