I always do my pet pickup orders here and every time the representatives provide excellent customer service! Mark is usually who I deal with is probably one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. I cannot put into word how amazing the quality of his service is and how every time he makes my day. He deserves employee of the month and a raise !! :)

Great workers helped alot !! But mark , maybe the manager ? Was not the nicest towards the employees. Telling one she needs to figure out who made the mess she was cleaning up , and that she needs to snitch on them .. 🙄 wasn't aware of the quanity of the kayak telling us the wrong information on the phone due to it . And than wanting to correct the worker helping us with the kayaks.

Seems like a good place and has a lot of different stuff here, but the customer service could've been a lot better. I understand an employee isn't going to be outgoing every single day but to be rude like is different m definitely not good for business. No matter what kind of day you are having when your at work it's thank you and have a great day with a smile to every customer

Every time I come to tractor supply in Franklin indiana, I am greeted, and assisted in any thing I am looking for, if they don’t have it I. Stock they help me find it at a near by location or order it for me. They have helped me with pet food choice as well for snack for my puppy! Thanks a lot to the tsc team.

If you go for propane make sure you are prepared to be grilled about your tanks (even after having them certified by the place THEY recommended). Be prepared to be gouged on the prices by over a dollar per gallon. This used to be my go to store here in Franklin. I will drive to Greenwood rural king from now on for every thing I need. If you decide to visit the store in hope you don't get a certain fee helping you. Ask for Jo! She should be the manager and won't steer you wrong.

Love this 2nd home for me... But the price mark ups have kept me shopping other places for cheaper prices of same products when i used to get everythi,g from there. And nothing i buy is ever on sale. Never. That sucks for me since i have so many animals and it woukd be great if I could get a sale every now and then maybe id buy more if i had extra but with no sales on my stuff i have to move on with the norm. But I still get my horse grain and chicken food and fencing needs here.

I was just at this store trying to buy a cover for my lawn mower. The price here was almost twice the price of Menards and Tractor Supply says it will price match other retailers for the same item, this manager absolutely refused to do it. She claimed that Menards' price was for online only, which wasn't true. She raised her voice at me and said there was NO WAY she was going to match the price. Needless to say, as a paying customer I don't need to be treated like that, and I won't be coming back.

Couldn't find clerks but wandered store and found them hiding. Then clerk could not find mgr . Said that they hide! Found. They said did not have item. No tsc has ir just t you? ? Then they did not have anything to burn to clean woodstove chimney! They had a wall of them last year!All the while.. one clerk checking out! 6 people in line! Clerk asked if something has been done . Male clerk said " he didn't hear call to do this!"Sooo disappointed on this visit!

Had to wait in line 10 minutes cashier called a back up cashier no one came so when it got our turn there were 10 person behind us i said u might want to try to call again people was pushing there cart out of way and leaving the store it i didnt need what i got i would of been the first to leave
