If we could give zero stars we would. Bought a car from them in September, two days later battery is dead. Two weeks later, they don’t answer the phone when we have an issue that could have caused a serious accident. they never returned our calls even though we called 6 times. Now, only a few months later, not even putting 2000 miles on it since being bought the vehicle is complete trash because we find they sold us the vehicle with a bad engine also. Don’t waste your time or your money buying from these people! Absolutely horrible experience.

I bought a 2000 Chevy Astro van from Hagan's Auto Sales, and I love it! The staff there were super friendly and helpful in getting my wife and I set up with the van! I would definitely buy a vehicle from them again in the future!

FRAUD ALERT - STAY AWAY! ***Please see the screenshot of their Craigslist post, and READ what they say. THEY SAID the brakes were replaced. So not only did they lie to me, the eventual buyer, but lied to everyone else.***Stated that the vehicle had new brakes, however I had to replace the brakes in the 1st month! I called up there to discuss the problem with them and they refused to pay for the new brakes. I replaced all the brakes as a result of this fraud. I bought the car knowing it had a back door that didn't have power, it was missing a cover underneath the steering wheel, the paint was faded, it needed new struts, and a TCC solinoid. With all that being said, I knew there was work that needed done, however when someone states something like "new brakes", that should give you confidence that the brakes were replaced. However when you deal with scam artists and Liars you cannot have confidence in what they say. I took this car for a test drive and drove it for less than 30 minutes and they were calling asking where I was and when I would be back; so obviously they were trying to hide flaws and lies.This is nothing personal this is just a business transaction it is very important that consumers read and understand that there are a lot of people like this in the marketplace.One more thing, if you were to take a car into these people and trade it in, do you think they would use Kelley Blue Book to Value the car that you're bringing in? That is correct the answer is no. They would give you some line about them using Mannheim which is for dealers and not consumers to Value vehicles. So for them to say that the car was sold for 1500 to $1,800 less than Kelley Blue Book value is a joke!Just so everyone knows I will be turning these people into the Indiana attorney general's office because they refused to give me my money back for the cost of replacing the brakes, that they stated in writing, were replaced.Update - I called them and brought the issue to light about the brakes. I told them their ad stated the brakes were new, and sent them pictures of the brakes as I was replacing them. I simply asked them if they would pay for my brakes, not the labor, but the brakes, and they told me they couldn't do that. I'm not being unreasonable here, but make it right. I know things happen, and people make mistakes. I was only asking for $60! This is how petty these people are. And when they say their goal is 100% customer satisfaction, they don't mean it, other wise they would have given me $60 towards the brakes. I spent thousands obviously. I would like to ask them why they didn't just give me $60 since their goal is 100% satisfaction.

I recently bought a 2010 Kia Soul from this establishment, and I am more than happy with my purchase. I had limited money with my insurance settlement on a total loss, and they were willing to negotiate with me in order to buy it. I had been looking for a vehicle for months with everything being total junk. I loved the vehicle as soon as I test drove it. Nothing has seemed wrong with it and it drives very well. So far this has been amazing. So huge thanks to the people working there!!

I have been looking for a good used car at a fair price for a few weeks now. After struggling with other dealerships, my husband actually found one listed at Hagan's that met my criteria. After a test drive I decided to buy it and cannot be happier as of now. They were friendly and professional, answered all of my questions, and were very reasonably priced.

My boyfriend and I just recently bought a 2010 Ford Ranger for asking price, which was the Kelly Blue Book estimate. They would not negotiate. Joe told him that the front tires were not rotated that is why they were wearing down unevenly. To ‘make it right’ he gave my boyfriend 2 tires to replace them. However, after taking it to the shop exactly 1 week after purchasing we are told 2 control arms, 2 tie rods, and rear pads and rotors are needed which is going to cost $1,200.With that being said, there is no problem fixing the issues, however there is no way they didn’t know the truck had these issues and they never said a word about them. Honesty would’ve went a long way and we would’ve still purchased the truck.But I guess that’s what you get when you buy from a family dealership.

I have never posted on a website before, but I feel people should know about the experience our family had with Hagan Auto sales. Our son had purchased a car and needed to find one within his budget and without expensive work needed. Of course when purchasing a used car, we expected that there may be some minor issues, so he tried to negotiate the price of the 2005 Subaru. Hagan would not come down at all and assured him the car was worth the full price. He made the purchase, bought a kit to clean the headlamps and was excited to have the car. But when he got the car home and discovered two leaks, he took it to Beck's to find the problem. He was told the car needed major work - new rear struts, a new power steering pump, it had a head gasket leak, and a leak in the exhaust system. Our son was led to believe that the car was in good condition and none of these issues were disclosed. These repairs are well beyond what he can afford, totaling almost as much as he paid for the car. We contacted Hagan within the day to see if they would be willing to work with us, to even buy the car back for less than what he paid, but they would not help at all.Of course we understand the risks of purchasing a used vehicle, but I would have hoped that if Hagan was truly unaware of all of these issues, they would have attempted to make things right when the issues were brought to light. And if they were aware and did not disclose them, that is unethical.They offered us a $5 Starbucks gift card in exchange for a good review. I think we'll pass.

We had such a positive experience. We found a reliable used car with low mileage in great condition. Friendly, honest, low pressure service - Crystal was up front in pointing out a small hard-to-see dent on the car. The car was clean (not something we found at other dealerships), and they put on new wipers when they noticed they were needed. Highly recommend Hagan Auto Sales.

Posting this to hopefully help anyone else considering purchasing a car from this lot.WE WERE BLATANTLY LIED TO...As per any potential car purchase, you ask many questions to avoid wasting anyones time. One of the simplest questions asked to Joe the salesman who we were dealing with, was if the car was a smokers car. To which he replied "I don't believe so but I cannot really smell the best" so we decided to make the drive down after putting a $100 deposit to hold the vehicle. Upon arrival and inspection, you could quite literally have ZERO sense of smell and would know burn holes in the seat and carpet is a tell tale sign of a smoker. Not to mention the yellowed headliner and buttons. They also said there were ZERO mechanical issues outside of needing 2 new tires. No big deal, used cars are used. However, a quick test drive showed that was also a lie. The struts were so bad they were popping. When I mentioned this to Joe, he deemed that not a safety issue. But that doesn't mean it isn't something that needs to be addressed right away and should be considered in the selling price. I understand buying a used vehicle comes with issues, but lying to get a sale is a sad option.DO NOT TRUST ANY VEHICLE ON THIS LOT OR THE DISHONEST "SALESMAN" JOE...

Was dreading the thought of buying a new car. I never thought I could love a vehicle as much as I loved my previous one. I checked out a few lots and felt reassured I made the right choice in buying from Hagan's Auto Sales. It's been 3 months and I am still loving my new baby. Had a great experience here. Bought my 2003 Buick Rendezvous last week. It took a week to get the car because they had to replace brakes and then didn't follow through the first time on fixing motor mounts. However after they fixed that everything was great!Only other problem was the car was listed as having great brakes (they were metal to metal and they fixed it before I bought it) and that the car was sold to me a 2007 and after I had signed all the papers we found out it was a 2003. I'm still happy with the car and it only had 90,000 miles on it. They are very nice people.

Thanks to Hagen Auto who helped us get into the vehicle we wanted all while sticking with our budget. We were in and out and on our way for the holiday weekend in less than an hour. We love giving our business to local family owned businesses and Hagan Auto will keep us doing just that! So, when it was time for my husband to purchase a new vehicle, we knew exactly where to go. We went and saw John this past weekend, and we were able to get my husband a vehicle that fit him!If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for, John will always be on the look out to find what you are looking for!
