I have ordered Mixer's from this location numerous times with the same ingredients (chocolate frozen yogurt (this is the third time they have given me vanilla instead), Reese's Cup, and peanut butter sauce) but this was a mess. Frozen custard is supposed to be smooth, very creamy, and not the chunky mess this was (the p.b. would've not caused the issue). I decided to throw it away even though the first couple of bites tasted fine but I rather be safe than sorry! I still love Culver's but this was such a disappointment 😔

I typically do not leave negative reviews. I typically have a great experience at this location and typically have an in and out experience through curbside or the drive thru. I order my food at 12:50 to be ready at 1, got a text that said it’d be ready at 12:56 and to let them know when here which I did at 12:51. I get they were busy so planned on waiting for at least a few minutes as is. I waited 45 minutes and that’s with going into the restaurant twice trying to talk to a worker with no help. I work in the service industry and get that things happen. Pretty sure someone lost my ticket and threw my food away which isn’t a big deal. It’s that nobody communicated with me about anything, then finally a girl brought my food out missing stuff and just said sorry bout that and started to walk off. Asked for my stuff she returned and left and my food was wrong. I’d recommend Culver’s but definitely not this Culver’s on a Saturday lunch shift.

Culver’s. A Wisconsin classic. So glad they expanded out. This Culver’s was sparkling clean. The employees were amazing and friendly. The food was what was expected from Culver’s. Top notch for fast food. This is honestly the only fast food I will eat and typically only get it on road-trips.Location is great right off the expressway. Easy off. Easy on.

Let me say the fries were cooked to perfection! I have had a lot of fries in my day but honestly these were some of the best I have had.This Culver’s was very nice.. they even had a small counter with stools for you to wait at for your to go order AND it had a plug like at the airport.. so you can charge while you wait. Our burgers were great also.

Always great place to eat when you need a break from the highway. Staff is very friendly, and even though they might mess up your orders sometimes they are more than happy to fix it plus.It’s more than a burger place, I need to try their seafood next time I’m there!

Very slow drive thru and brought out my order incomplete. If I didn't check i would of drove off missing a ten piece shrimp.Food was good as usual but new employee needs more training.

Ashley Mitchell was rude. I come to this location often for food at least 3-4x a week. I couldn't afford the boom boom sauce but I always pay for it. This time I could afford it and she was rude and told me no. As much money as I spend there a week. You would think one sauce wouldn't be that big of a deal. So my mother and I won't be going back to Culver's. Waffle house, taco bell and McDonald's is right next door.

I realize this is fast food...AND they serve BUTTER burgers.... but the amount of grease on these burgers and chicken sandwiches is a little outrageous. The chicken sandwich wasnt dry, but that's because the meat itself was so saturated in grease, that when you turned it on its side, it was dripping out at an insane amount. Everything was fresh and hot for sure. But when the grease is covering your kids hand while they're eating it, it's a bit much. Bacon for the burgers was super thin and unimpressive. My 4 year old handed his burger back saying he was feeling sick and the burger wasnt even cooked all the way through. This was NOT a good experience for us. And we do not plan on going back.

My mom is a vegetarian and she lives in a nursing home. Occasionally we stop by culvers in Franklin and get her a meatless Reuben. A lot of The Times they will take money off. Because we do not get the meat well on this occasion. We stopped in to get my mom a meatless Reuben. And we got to the window and the manager ashley m Went off on the employee and in front of the custome r which was me and was very rude while I do not appreciate the way she treated me or her employee. You should have just explained it instead of being so rude. If Culver's allows allows their management to treat people this way. Then I give them a zefor that reason I will not be back.

Was out of vanilla custard one night. I came back the next night at the same time - 40 minutes before close - and was refused service. They said it was too late and they’d already cleaned up.

Culver's has been one of my favorite burger places for quite a while. The menu variety is quite impressive, having something for everyone, even if they aren't interested in burgers. The food has always been spot on, brought to your table hot and promptly. Came here today for the Curder Burger, and wasn't disappointed. Their regular burger, with the standard toppings, but with the addition of a giant breaded deep fried curd disc. It's a little messy, but definitely worth it! The cheese pull is pretty fun, and it adds a nice little bit of crunch and saltiness to the whole thing. I'm really hoping they bring this to the regular menu, instead of just a one day thing. Also, be sure you don't miss the root beer!

We used the drive thru. Ordering was easy. The employee was easy to understand and concise. Our food took a little longer since it was grilled chicken. Food was handled carefully by the employee who brought it out.Parking: There is plenty of parking to meet the size of the dining area. Park across the drive from the restaurant. It will be easier when leaving due to the drive-thru lines getting long at times.Kid-friendliness: There are booster seats, and highchairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and sized for easy wheelchair accessibility.
