I ordered pizza and had my wife pick up pizza and pay for it. I ordered a cheese pizza, poker and a pepperoni overload. The guy and her looked at the pizza to see what they were because I didn’t tell her and both said it was a pepperoni which it definitely looks like. They old lady up there came running out of the store me after wife was leaving and tried accusing my wife of stealing the pizza because she didn’t pay for the pepperoni over load and just a regular pepperoni. Definitely lost are business.

Paid $12 for all this: A dozen "hot" wings that were more plain than sauce, and they were still cold in the middle. Also didn't have any forks so I had to use a spoon and when I asked for the manager (who had just stepped outside to take out the trash), then mentioned why I was asking to the lady at the counter she just shrugged at me.Definitely not getting them from here again anytime soon, that's ridiculous.

Went in this morning and noticed a woman sitting on the drink counters. Didn’t look like she had shoes on. She was laughing obnoxiously loud and taking straws from the drink stations and connecting them until she reached the windows behind the counter. The employees didn’t seem to mind her but I’d hesitate to get anything from the drink are til it was sanitized.

The cashier yelled at us when we walked in on Saturday night-- scolding us the store was closed and we had to leave. The lights were on, door unlocked, and customers inside. There was literally no indication the store was closed. We left and watched the cashier proceed to help another customer who came into the store after us. Not sure what made that cashier think it was ok to scream at customers, let alone continue to help someone else after telling me & my partner to leave.

The people here are rude and very nasty. I stopped in on my way through town to get gas and a drink and the way they spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and that I was being a nuisance. I refuse to go in here now when I pass through the area and actively avoid going into any Family Express location now because a friend of mine told me that the corporate reps are just as bad.I wanted to leave this review to warn everyone: DO NOT GO HERE!
