My doodle was groomed so well. The two girls working were so kind and personable and took great care of my dog. I was apprehensive after going to the same groomer for 3 years and they did an amazing job. His cut was just what I asked for, which isn’t always the case with doodles!

I called to schedule my dog to get a nail trim and buff and they got him in that morning, wow! I wasn’t expecting to be scheduled so quickly. I certainly appreciated it! They always do such a great job with my mini pincher. We continue to go there because of the great service. Staff is so friendly and my dogs nails always look great and he does great with them! They are always quick but do a fantastic job with him.

Had really pleasant experiences taking my dog Mochi here!! She always gets excited to see the groomers. Kaywee has done a fantastic job and my Mochi girl is always happy after each grooming session.

I was turned away since both my pups have car anxiety and need to take medication. Went to the same place before and also informed them they were being medicated for car anxiety had no problem. Unsure why this couldn't have been communicated via email or phone call or text. Instead I wasted an hour and 15 minutes and had to cause more anxiety to my pups on the way back due to lack of professionalism.

The groomer stopped in the middle of working with a dog to quickly do both of my dog's nails. One of my dogs is a mess when it comes to moving around and really is tough to get her nails but the groomer did a great job! She was very calm and sweet. I would go back in a heartbeat.

My dog was butchered. Terrible cut. Uneven grooming throughout. My dogs tail, legs,belly and hind end were shaved. Ears were cut on one side only. No inner ear hair cut. Very very disappointed. My dogs grooming looks like a 4 year old did it. I have ordered a grooming kit to try and fix all the problems. Petco has lost a valued customer. Groomer made excuse that my dog was matted. Not true. She was bathed and brushed out 2 days before her appointment. Also saw the groomer buzzing another dog and felt sorry for the owner. Terrible, I will post pictures and description on internet letting everyone know what to expect from Petco.

I thought Zelda's cut looked uneven and they didn't cut her face the way I asked them to. Plus, she was ready an hour earlier then they notified me. They said they tried calling and it went right to vm (not sure why), but when they texted I got that message ASAP so I'm not sure why they just didn't call and also text at the same time. I've actually decided to try another grooming service.

They have always done a good job on my mini poodle who can be... argumentative sometimes. They are a pain in the butt to get a hold of. Sometimes the online appointment thing works and sometimes, like right, it says no online appointments available without the option of looking a month or so out. This is my preferred grooming place however I have had to search elsewhere. Precious paws on allisonville is really quick to get you in and they only take an hour or two before calling for pickup.

Workers are nice and the place is clean, but whoever runs the website needs to actually do their job and update the hours for grooming. Tired of going in to try just to find out the groomer left or is out. Apparently they only work for 5-6 hours a day during normal work hours so plan to take off work just to get your pets taken care of.

DO NOT GO HERE. The groomer cut my dog’s ear and my poor girl literally had to be taken to an ER vet, bleeding all over the place. This cut was TOTALLY avoidable, 100% the groomer’s lack of experience and carelessness. Why on earth would you even cut a maltese’s ears so short? Terrible.

Always looks neat & makes my Puppy clean & fresh. I always wnt 2 see the nails done better, cut shorter, but I guess ths is an Industry Standard. I would like 2 see a choice of shampoos available - Store or our own - 2 use on my Puppy nxt time tho.
