Came in for a 8lb of cat food. Found it in 16lbs and 38lbs box of the cat litter i use. Saw some other products like calming cat treats and a variety of litter box deodorizers. Plus a super cute TV cat bed. Only bought the food and litter but I will come back. Great place!

Was in town visiting family and ran out of food for my dog, so stopped by your location to get more. There was such a large variety of dog foods and had trouble finding the one I usually get. Cecilia the cashier at the moment helped me out so much, even with her hurt ankle. She had such a wonderful personality and such a warm and inviting aura. She greeted us from the moment the doors opened up and we stepped inside she made me feel comfortable and part of the store. She made me forget about the horrible experience I had at the other pet store I had gone to before that. She found the food I needed as I was browsing for other things I ended up leaving with more than what I planned ☺️ but the sales where great and she just made me feel appreciated. She is fantastic don’t get rid of her we need more people like her in this industry and give her a raise it’s well deserved!!!!! 💕💕

This review is directed toward the dog wash at this location. Not the staff or anything within the staff's control (they're always exceptionally friendly and helpful as possible).I'm giving a 2-star rating vs a 1-star rating because the blow dryer was operational and strong.The dog wash at this location is in dire need of an update/upgrade. The large tub is wobbly and there's no way I'd trust the back part to not fall apart if a dog larger than my Borzoi puppy had been in it or been rowdy.The slats on the bottom of the tub were so wide I was afraid my dog's toe would go through and she was an obvious discomfort and pain, so I had to take the anti-fatigue mat from where I stood in front of the tub and put it IN the tub just so my puppy wasn't in pain. I have a large breed but I would not recommend bathing a small/medium dog in these tubs at all.The smell from the blow dryer was so bad, both my dog AND my clothes had the smell stuck to us when we left. (This and the tub were my biggest complaints.)The towels are also small, ratty, and smelled bad. I ended up not using the towel I was given because I didn't want the urine smell to transfer to my dog's coat or my hands.If corporate reads these, please give this store's dog wash an upgrade that your customers and hard-working employees deserve.

The self-service pet wash bays are awesome. $14 normal price and $7 if you get the 50% off deal in the flyer. The staff are friendly and while it is not big box, it is pretty comprehensive with inventory and their treat selection gets approval from my dog. Definitely worth a visit.

This is our go to store for dog baths and the place is clean, very well maintained with extremely helpful staff. We don’t try getting a bath in for our dog at home, so we like that we can connect our leash to the hook near the bath areas and not have to worry about our dog running around dripping in water.We usually buy a card that’s about $50 which runs for 6 bath visits. This includes bath towels and bath supplies which is very convenient.Definitely recommend if you don’t want a floor dropping with water.

They’re lazy and unprofessional. Placed in order for delivery 8 in the morning and now it’s 12 hours and dog food still hasn’t been delivered. They use door dash and could easily call that delivery but no they didn’t ! So if I hadn’t call in they would’ve closed and it would have been the next day . Never shopping with them ever again ! Lazy

I buy crickets weekly for my leopard gecko and have been to several pet stores in Fishers. Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite! They get an A+ for low prices and fast friendly service. One of the staff members took the time to let my 3 year old hold a cricket. It's little interactions like this that make us choose this store!

This is the ONLY pet store in Fishers worth visiting. The staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely fun to stand around and chat with if things are a bit slow in the store. The selection of products is perfect. If you feed your dog/cat any foods which fall above the standard of "department store" brands, give PSP a look and I doubt you'll ever go back to wherever you were buying pet supplies before!

Great place for all things for my dogs, we have a German Shepard and new puppy a mini golden doodle. We came here for both dogs and all their accessories. Great prices and you can always find everything you need in one place. Everyone who works here is always so knowledgeable and nice.

First time shopper here at this store. Went in for kitten food. A large amount of supplies for dogs. Kitten/cat area is fairly tiny compared to the whole store size. I was able to find what I needed but it would be nice if they had more to offer for cat owners. Most things were clearly labeled which made things easier to find. The cashier asked me if I had a phone number attached to an account and I stated no and that was that. I was hoping that there could be a points system with the company with how much money you spend but they didn't tell me anything about it so I have no idea if it exists. Will probably go back for more food since it's so close by.

I went to Pet Supplies Plus today to get some Fussie Cat food for my fussy cat. This food is difficult to find in stores but they had plenty and in many varieties. I received excellent customer service from Kinzie! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend stopping in.

They were wonderful!!!! Our dog was at , local boarding facility …the facility accidentally messed up our dogs, feeding instructions and ran out of food half way through our trip…Even though their delivery system was down when they found out I had ordered food to be delivered to the boarding facility so that she could maintain her current diet and what happened . They found somebody to deliver it there for us. 😊

I had questions and the young man working was very helpful. He carried my dog chow to my car for me. You had the dog chow I needed. Many other stores are not carrying the Hills Science diet for sensitive skin and stomach. I can't be driving all over town for dog chow. Thank you Pet Smart Plus in Fishers, Indiana.

We've been going to Pet Supplies Plus for years. The staff is super friendly and the pricing is very reasonable. This last 10 days we have had a very big problem with our dog deciding not to eat. We took back the dog food we had used for years and Heather, one of the managers, helped us to find something else and gladly returned our open food. Turns out that we had to go back three times and return three bags of food that didn't seem to work and they were more than happy to take it back and get us something else. I think we finally found the right food! I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus! We will never shop anywhere else for our dog needs.
