This is a great store to find something new for your pet (or the perfect gift for a pet friend!) I was sad when they closed the Hollywood Feed across the street but luckily they kept the great staff from that location. I love that they’re always happy to help me pick something out and share new items. The employees are passionate about pets and it shows.

Hollywood Feed and their employees have been so helpful for me! My Yorkie has food allergies and the staff is so knowledgeable. I feel confident coming in and knowing that I will have the best quality of food for my furbaby. The staff takes the stress away from me and makes shopping for my yorkie more enjoyable again. I previously shopped at pet supplies and a friend had mentioned she received quality customer service at Hollywood Feed. So I gave it a try and definitely highly recommend for all pet families!!!

The staff here is amazing; super knowledgeable and courteous! Love the computer system they use to keep record of purchases; love the product availability. Great prices in general---love the discount for bulk purchase. Return policy is perfect. Email communication is appropriate! Great Biz model!

Nice selection, decent prices and friendly, helpful staff. However, I would not offer curbside pick up if you do not have a designated spot for that. It's chaos over there on the weekends.

This pet store is awesome! My little guy (Lucian) loves going up & down the aisles looking at all the items. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. We’ve made this a weekly stop, he’s just so excited about going in. It doesn’t matter if he gets a bag full or just one item, he’s thrilled for our happy little outing.

Absolutely loved my experience shopping here at this location with my dog. Very helping staff. Called ahead of time before heading to store to check availability on an item and was very helpful. When arrived at store I was immediately welcomed. When checking out my items the guy who rung me out was amazingly friendly and made my dog feel right at home. She loved it. If I’m ever back in town I will definitely shop here again!

I just ran into Pet People at The Yard hoping to find my dog’s food after checking 4 other stores today that were all out of the size bag I needed. This store carries the bags of food that I need for both of my dogs, which is super convenient.Max was the employee that rang up my purchase and he was great! He offered to carry the bag of food for me and gave me coupons for free dog washes at their self serve dog wash. Max was incredibly kind and helpful!This store now has my business when I need to buy dog food. I’m also definitely planning on going back one day soon to bathe both of my dogs there!

Came in for the Self-Service Dog Wash and was impressed with how easy everything was. They have private enclosed rooms for dogs. They also provide 3 different kinds of shampoo, towels, an apron and even have a blow dryer for your pet. It is first come, first serve, and Fridays and Saturdays tend to be busy, per staff. All other weekdays you should be able to get your dog right in! I came in on a Thursday at 2pm and was the only one there!

We visited Pet People last week for the first time. We walked around for a little while and then ended up looking at the bulk treats. The lady working offered to make us a sample bag and she put so much in!! She helped us pick out some other soft treats for our pups. Sadly, these treats were the last ones for our sweet 9 year old Golden. He had cancer and we, unfortunately, were putting him to sleep later in the week. We didn't tell the folks at Pet People what we were going though but they gave us so many free treats anyway! We are super grateful for their kindness in giving us our pup's very special treats.
