This store is a joke since the self check out has been installed. The self check out was backed up and no one came to help. The employees where standing and talking by the bread isle or outside SMOKING!! And when you do get someone to help they are very annoyed. If you don't want to work then quit, but why would they management allows this to happen. See it EVERY TIME I am in there even when management is on duty. Unacceptable

Building is a mess. I get some stuff is hard to get and help is hard to find, but there was so much trash and boxes that I don't think a single aisle was completely clear. When it was time to check out none of the three seemingly miserable employees were to be found. No bell or any way to get there attention to the checkout except for yelling for them, which of course doesn't help the employees attitude.

Aisles in the store always a mess, boxes all over and staff stocking while trying to shop were rude. I was looking to purchase laundry products and they kept stepping in front of me to put product away with nothing as much as an excuse me being said. Numerous times have tried to call the store and have gotten a recording every time. Cashier is never at checkout, have to wander around store looking for someone to check you out. Needs a lot of improvement with staffing and customer service.

All of the young people that work at the Farmersburg Dollar General a very helpful and courteous! I am a little bit disabled and they always go out of their way to help me. They go as far to put my bags of items that I have purchased and to buy cart and walk out to the car with me and load them into my car. It is obvious all these young people have been raised to respect their elders because it shows in a performance on a daily basis

This location has a good selection of products. Usually, the name brand and an off brand are available. The location is well placed if you are outside of Terre Haute and don't wish to drive all the way into town to pick up a couple of items. The store was clean, organized and well lit.

There were things there I thought about getting, but not knowing how much they were I didn't get them. So there are lost sales. Also on there clearance shelfs they put full price items. Signs say priced as marked. Would be nice if they mark them

It was filthy th he floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a couple of of months at least. And so cluttered with junk you couldn't look at stuff. And the cashier was so unfriendly that it was almost to the point of being rude.

Friendly, but not terribly attentive staff. Wares are mostly consistent. My wife and I shop here often to grab essentials quickly.

It was pretty messy in there today. And why doesn't clearance things have prices on them? That drives me crazy!! But they are always friendly!

Dollar General is a blessing for Farmersburg. There has never been a time that I have been in there that when I have needed help, there was always an employee available to assist in a timely manner. Great place...glad you are here!!!!!!

A lot of items scan for more than tag shows. Night shift lady said and I quote "I'm playing my music. Either like it or leave."

Fairly good experience. Went in, got my products, paid for them, and got out. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Worse place ever manager is the rudest lady I have ever spoke to she is very criticizing and very in professional would not recommend shopping this store district manager is a newer one and a joke 1 star rating for this terrible staff in hopes someone will replace them with much more friendly staff

This store was dirty had items on the dirty floor.was not well stocked on the shelves.There was boxes all over the store but noone working on them.i will not go back there at all.
