Jacky and Reese were amazing. Fresh pretzel. I’m a wetzel pretzel girl, but I don’t think I wanna get any other pretzel than auntie Anne’s. Jacky and Reese were both so welcoming and made fresh pretzels.

The person at the register was so upset about me throwing away my receipt that had a survey on it that he yelled at me in front of the entire store. All the cups and packaging had the same url... it was real weird and they didn't even have half the menu available. Like please don't yell at me??

I went into this store around 2:45 on July 27th, 2023. I walked in with it being not being very busy. I received no welcome or acknowledgment that we walked in. The workers were extremely rude after asking about a reward and pretzel wait times. There was no variety in the types of pretzels offered. I have seen better customer service at Walmart. I have been buying Auntie Anne’s for SO long, but this experience genuinely made me upset and not want to come back. I literally work in customer service and am upset by people they put behind the register. Hearing “this is my last straw” by one of the workers behind the register after we ordered didn’t help. I don’t recommend to other people, but I do recommend getting friendlier staff!

Zeck took my order as well as my friends order, he clearly didn’t know how to customer service. My friend had a birthday reward and him, as well as the people he was working with, were extremely rude about it. When I ordered they did not have any small salted pretzels and had 20 large because they weren’t paying attention to what they were making, they made it out to be my fault that I didn’t want a large. I went in at around 2:45 on July 27th, whoever was working may need some more training. :)

The server Madison was extremely rude and racist, do not recommend supporting such businesses. They were not even that busy, and Heaven took my order for a small salted and a small cinnamon sugar pretzel nugget. Madison got mad for no reason and literally stomped and banged our food on the counter with anger. Then she went on to act lousy and didn't even serve us our sauces, it's like we asked them for the food for free. Extremely dissatisfied because I didn't expect such a treatment from an Auntie Anne's store. I request for an action to be taken against such rude and racist servers so that no future customer has to go through the same.

I have never stepped foot in this establishment nor do I ever plan to in the future now. My friend was hired early this month and was meant to start today. It has been 2 weeks since he was offered the job and he has been given 3 different schedules. One of which was this morning at 10am when he was supposed to come in at noon. But that schedule told him his start day was tomorrow. So already that’s unprofessional and then a few hours later, he receives a text that said they decided to pursue other applications. This was an hour after what was supposed to be the start of his shift that had been discussed for 2 weeks. I will be calling corporate because I have never ever seen such an unprofessional employer.

I wondered in looking for a pretzel and had never been to this location. The manager on duty.. cody I believe was his name. Assisted me by letting me sample a pepperoni pretzel nugget and it was amazing! I ordered pepperoni pretzel nuggets with marinara sauce and it was the best pretzel product I have had in a long time. The service here was awesome, and would recommend going if you haven't been.

Great service from Elizabeth very friendly. Observed her waiting on multiple customers and she never skipped a beat. She knew exactly where everything was. One girl needs training on how to do am an ice cream cone. Presentation is key to good reviews.

Excellent service and staff!! Very clean and professional. Our visit there was definitely a great experience. By far some of the freshest pretzels I've had in a very long time. The kids loved it too! Will absolutely go back and hopefully very soon. Thank you all so much!

Theres this one employee. I think her name is kadee but she is a very very hard worker. Great communication and attitude, always happy and welcomes you with a smile. Keep it up kadee.
