I guess if you end up getting a puppy from here, you're more likely to give an excellent review based on your current feelings towards the new member of the family instead of rating the facility or the business as a whole... So, I'll just say this: The website is direct and to the point. The facility is small but clean. The employees are extremely nice and empathetic. They care about their puppies and own the history on them. Fees are to be expected on top of the price, but they're fair considering what they have done to their furry babies. So go ahead, visit their website, trust what you see, pick out your puppy, call them up to let them know you're interested, and just show up to pick up the next love of your life. In and out in half an hour!

Puppies only visible on a touch screen tablet. You can't establish an emotional connection with any of them before viewing so you may have to visit with multiple pups to decide which is right for you. More of a clinical setting than an adoption feel. In response to your response, Covid doesn't run the world anymore. Yes, better safe than sorry, but it's highly unlikely covid would be transferred from a person to a dog and then to another person. More likely to catch it just from touching the door to enter the store... We actually did want to purchase a puppy, but were unable to get a sense for how any of them acted or connected with us through just a photo... We actually purchased a puppy elsewhere a few days after we visited this place because we were able to see multiple pups & how they acted without us & with us involved. Easier to ensure a forever home when you know it's a good fit for your family through interaction & not just how cute a pup is in a still picture.

Excellent place, the sellers are extremely kind and sweet with the puppies, I had to make a long trip to their store but it was worth it, I came home with my baby, we are extremely happy and in the process of adaptation! 100% recommended

I was referred to My Puppy in Hammond by my coworker, who just started last week. We went to visit this mini Whoodle and fell in love with her. Daniella was a great help to us and was there when we picked her up at the end of the week. Erica was also very nice and helpful. They give the original paperwork of the puppy and a 1 year health guarantee. So far so good. I recommend checking them out! Here is a picture of our precious Winnie the (mini) Whoodle 🍯💗

Let me just say I have been shopping around for awhile now and when I walked in I was greeted warm and welcoming by people who absolutely love the animals they worked with us and found the perfect family member. They answered all our questions. They even offered us pizza and drinks. There prices was way better than any others. There also a cage free facility which is a big plus. The animals all looked healthy and happy. I definitely recommend this place.

Well I can't give low ratings, because of Facebook scandals.💁🏻‍♀️I adopted this little guy for a low price. 3 years later he's alive and healthy and we love him so much. I'm rating souly off my personal experience. Our Frenchie has been a great dog, and no health issues what so ever. Regardless if he is or isn't a puppy mill dog that is our story.

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a 3 month old male Cavapoo (Buddy) on 5/21. Literally less than 24hrs later he completely stopped eating and drinking water. What was really disturbing for me was the vomiting, bloody diarrhea, and he was so weak he couldn’t stand! I immediately rushed him to a emergency vet clinic where he was kept overnight for observation, to receive fluids, and antibiotics. Luckily it wasn’t parvo but rather a infestation of roundworms and giardia which is contracted by exposure to contaminated feces and ingested. After paying a hefty vet bill, I contacted the owner the following business day to advise him the puppy’s health rapidly declined and the symptoms he presented. The owner tells me to research separation anxiety and send him the vet invoice as if he would actually try to help cover some of the cost. I never heard back from him. And to believe I left a $100 tip!Bottom line, they sell sick puppies but want to claim the pups are healthy. I most definitely can attest the puppy I purchased did NOT have a clean bill of health.Lastly, don’t be fooled folks. It appears this place has had multiple names the past 4-6 months - My Puppy Hammond, My Puppy Spot, Noah’s Puppies Inc. and now Paw Time Puppies and Rescues -_-

I got my puppy from this pet store in March 2022 and I’ve maintained taking him to the vet and getting all of his tests and shots.he’s done for the year as far as shots and rabies tagging and he’s under a year I’ve never had any issues with him and he came at a great price for my family I’m very happy with my puppy and my experience with this store.

Couple days ago I walked into this puppy store just to look….. As soon as I laid my eyes on this handsome Heeler/Collie I fell in love and had to get him…. I am a firm believer of giving honest and openminded reviews.First, the staff were very friendly and excited for me to get my fur baby. I was even given a free kennel to take home with me. I seen many reviews saying to "do the right thing and adopt". Before finding Paw Time Puppies, I went through various shelters and fosters to try and find a companion. Unfortunately, none of the dogs were a match. I was looking for a younger dog or puppy to train as my PSD dog. Do not let others comments stop you from coming here. I am so fortunate to have found a well mannered and perfect match to become a service dog. I also would say, for people saying the living conditions are horrible, if you are so concerned for the well-being of the puppies then you should have made a puppy purchased. The place was very clean on the outside. I will say my puppy was very smelly coming home, but it was nothing a good bath could not fix. I completely understand that puppies will have health concerns and that vet cost are something that come with owning a pet. My puppy does have kennel cough (very common) and tapeworms (again common), but these are fixed with a medicine, no biggie. As pet owners it is our responsibility to seek immediate vet care after purchasing a pet. I would highly recommend buying a fur baby from Paw Time Puppies. I will advise do not expect to pay the listed prices but much more. I paid about 300$ more than expected. That was my only disappointment because I thought the vet care fees were tied to more recent visits, but the fees were from when the breeder did the first puppy visit(s). My feedback for Paw Time Puppies would be to give more accurate pricing because some people might not have the funds to make last minute adjustments to afford their pup. Otherwise, I have already started giving the word to my friends and family about this place. Thank you for helping me find my fur child.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a Shiba Inu from here - our experience has been fantastic ever since the first time I contacted Leo. He has been extremely responsive before AND after our purchase. Our puppy is so healthy and playful. He got comfortable with us very quickly. We were also provided with a bunch of paperwork that included information on our puppy's family history and all health documentation. I couldn't recommend this place more! We are beyond grateful for finding this place. Leo was our point of contact throughout this whole process and he made sure to make it as smooth as possible for us. If you're looking for a puppy, you're in great hands here!

I want to thank the owner and his staff for the best experience buying a puppy for my family! The place is always clean, friendly staff, puppies are well taken care of and great prices!! My family and I went in this Wednesday and bought a Chi-Chon which is a Chihuahua & Bichon mixed. He is adorable and healthy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Whenever we decide to buy another puppy this will definitely be my first choice.

I just got the our puppy yesterday. I read some of the reviews and I mean where they show the puppies is clean. I really don't have much to say about that. I do however, wish they would have at least a 2day or 5day return policy even if they don't give all your money back but at least half. I was very undecisive if I wanted to take the puppy home. Because he was very matted. The guy was nice enough to go down for the fee I would pay for a groomer. My daughter really wanted him so we took him. I wish I would of waited and thought about it over the weekend. Either way when I got home the puppy started scratching and its all the time as if he has fleas or allergies. Constant scratching. The girl I asked if she worked with she said sometimes. But I did ask her if he was super energetic because I was trying to avoid that due to my mom is older we wouldn't be able to have a super energetic dog. Looking for more mellow dog. She said he was mellow. Maybe I should of asked the guy that was there because he is super energetic. My shih tzu was really mellow when we got her. He did stink a lot due to the wooden chips they have them in. We took him a bath because no groomer would take him yesterday until Tuesday. Even after a bath and puppy cologne he still stinks. I just wish I should of took a day or so to think weather to take him. Especially with the no money back return policy.

SCAMMMM:We went in today to view two puppies listed on the website, I spent a lot of time reading over their website and was impressed with how they are a wire cage free facility, I find that super unique. I started off questioning financing options because who doesn’t like to off set that cost for a few pay periods. She tells me it is only over 1,000 so I was like shoot the dogs I’m looking at won’t qualify. Well she starts adding 699.99 listed price. Service fee; 149 2nd service fee 149, third service fee 49.99 then adds tax on next 49 dollars. I’m like whoa, what are these fees for and I’m like 350 in added fees is a lot to not explain on the site. The women at the counter has a smirk on her face while we are asking questions, so then we are waiting for the puppies and the lobby music is blasting louder then when I’m singing my heart out in the car. Which is super odd when there’s baby dogs around and we want to see their temperament. Then we see dogs behind the counter IN WIRE HOLDING CAGES, 4 Sets of these wire cages stacked with multiple dogs in them. We asked about that and she told us they are newer and for people about to come view the dogs…. And she seemed like I should just believe that. I asked how can’t they build something not wire for holding puppies? Oh idk like multiple other stores with puppies have currently, so at this point I realized this is a disgusting lying scam of a place. They are blasting that music so you can’t hear the tons of dogs upstairs. If you listen in between songs you can hear them all going crazy. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE

Omg, it was love at first site for me! After viewing the online inventory, I saw this mini poodle and said, "I'll take her." I turned around and looked down and there was this adorable feisty pomeranian. I turned to the owner and said, "Ohhhh...and him, too." I ❤️ 😍 my 2 babies. The owner and staff are phenomenal. They proved to be professional, caring and so helpful. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for Erica for your knowledge and help!

This pet shop sells dogs that come from puppy mills. Puppy mills are sickening torture facilities for dogs and should not be supported. Please don't buy dogs from a place that supports that level of cruelty to animals.

I went in a few weeks ago to purchase a puppy for my father. I told the girl at the counter that I specifically wanted a boy. Turns out the girl lied to make the sell and insisted that the puppy I chose was a boy. The information on the paperwork was changed to make it seem like it was a boy. When I called to complain, the owner was very rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me without letting me even speak. Very unprofessional place. DO NOT purchase from this place.So after trying to get answers and being hung up on, his next move was to begin harassing me about the whole situation. At this point an apology for the whole thing would be great but accusing me of just wanting the money is not the answer.Oh so you're trying to say its ok to lie? I'm so done with you people. Just stop already. This whole thing has been ridiculous and I spent too much money there to be dealing with all of this nonsense. Not only were you very disrespectful when I called in to ask questions but you also harassed my sister as well.
