The entire store is dirty, not organized, items are not stocked on shelves with correct tag. The womens washroom is beyond dirty, The toilet rim is broken, there is no toilet paper in the holder. I placed two orders last night at 10:30pm for pick-up and I arrived at 10:28am to shop and pick-up orders. At 11:08am the manager told me he has not received any orders.

Got profiled as soon as I walked in..Older black employee walked by the isle I was buying from several times checking if I was stealing..Made me feel uncomfortable.The cashiers assumes u don't speak English.Avoiding that store...

This store is in horrible conditions!!!!The employees are so sweet and actually have good customer service skills! It's sad they have ti work this way! They are wearing jackets and ear muffs because it is freezing in this store! The front door doesn't even close properly!There is a huge whole in the ceiling that was leaking a few weeks ago!Someone needs to fix this asap!

So I normally go to family dollar but took a chance on dollar general and so glad I did. They have so much nice home decor items for cheap which I love. There store was nice and clean as well. This made it easy to find things I definitely will be shopping here from now on.

I Usually shop at family dollar since its closer to my house but after my visit here the customer service was amazing! They have far more better products! I just wanna say thanks to the lady that helped me she was amazing! I wish I knew her name. You just won a loyal customer. My next visit ill try to find out who she was!!!

Sometimes it is considered a great location for things you need to grab. But there are moments that they can be pretty dry clean. Also some of the products malfunction a lot. Like their headphones for gaming consoles or headphones in general. Electronics is definitely not their strength.

This store has great deals on name brand items. You can save up to $2.00 on items you would normally buy at the neighborhood grocery store. The only thing wrong with this store are the Cashiers. Bad Attitudes, Low Patients and Customer service. Seems like it's going to kill them to say hello!.

Decent for an in an out, don't ask for help, not to many employees working. Always seems like it's cluttered, stock is always scattered around. Hence no employees to help if you need anything. Again it's decent if you just need to grab and go, but there may be a line as well... Lol

Well, looks like i might be coming to this store now. Ever since that hispanic young man left the Highland Store it went down hill from there he was always so polite and respectful i hope he's doing good. Not a lot of workers would help me with my groceries especially taking them to my car. He handled rude customers with class and respect and got everyone out with what they needed !! Need more people like that in the working industry.

I'd give zero stars if I could. 1 manager rather be on her phone taking personal calls instead of opening second register to help with line a people waiting. 2 the cashier was rude af and was on her phone instead of paying attention to what was going on because she over charged me for items they have sale. Corporate really needs to look into this location and clean house by far the worst dollar general ever.

My experience was pleasant and more than I expected. I was ask out to dinner. I was also on the Daniel fast. I was disappointed, thinking I would not find anything that I could eat, like vegetables and fruit.To my surprise I can out of there full and satisfied .

Jocelyn and all the employees were great. I was looking for sanitizer this a.m. and they were out. Jocelyn happen to find one out of place and took the time to find me while i was in the store to ensure i was able to make the purchase for our office. Bless her for the effort she made.

This dollar general is generally well stocked and well kept, but I come here quite often and from time to time they run low or it isn't the cleanest but besides that I haven't had any issues here and the workers are usually pleasant if not helpful making for an easy shopping experience that you'd be willing to come back to for any quick restock or cheap goods

I went to buy some things I needed. And one of the things I needed happened to be spray paint. When cheacking out I was carded. ( understandable to make sure I'm not a minor using it to damage others or public property) but then I was told I have to be 30 years old to buy it. That's a bit executive. I bought spray paint on 2 other occasions here and this was the first time I was carded and told I have to be 30 years old. My mom got it for me in the end but I will not be going here anymore.

Store was in the middle of being stocked so there was stuff everywhere so that is a pass for me because it's not sitting in the back ( sorry former gm here) so I know how it is. Staff was helpful and knew where to find things and didn't just point in the general direction.

Slightly understaffed, and a bit crowded with stuff that needs to be placed on shelves. Some of the shelves don't even have products on because they weren't placed by staffed or they simply ran out. So if you need certain female products go some place else js

These stores always carry great stuff...make sure to check the clearance section for hidden gems! Some of the cashiers could be a little more friendly and smile a bit more, though!😉

I go to and have been to all the Dollar Generals for a quick trip to pick up a few things is really good for me their prices are decent i go n get headphones, hair supplies, facial products, snacks n more although im quite sad that they closed the one in Highland just a week ago because they told me after Ultra foods closed down they just wasn't getting that steady flow of business
