Monday 5pm pickup appointment, checked in 4:30 pm - on the dock at 6:30 pm- out 7:30 pm3 hours to get loaded is not bad. People are friendly, clean restroom, scales on site, they give you a weight ticket with weight per axle upon exit the facility. Good experience overall. Trailer Washout required, theres a place 15 minutes away where you can get it done they charged me 35$ cash or 40$ check .

I wish I could give 0 stars, checked in 12:00 pm now it is 18:30 still not loaded.All the staff I dealt with were friendly and polite but this place doesn’t care if you burn all you hours here. Make sure you do a trailer wash out before coming here. They require receipt.

I worked at the plant shipping for 10 or so months. I understand why you truckers are so mad.Well let me fill you in for one it's a sh it show everyday. There is a power struggle going on within the shipping department management.. They are always understaffed because the leadership on all three shifts really just aren't qualified to be doing the job they are put over to do. Plus they're just lazy putting their responsibility on the team so they can sit in the office and eat pizza all day and night. The people they hire in most of them do not even know how to operate a forklift. Instead of the team leads getting off their but and help load trucks . Their setting in the office acting like their busy. The people that are hired in that have experience they make it a point to run those people off. Or maybe those people are just smarter knowing their working to hard for the pay their willing to pay. Plus your working 6 days a week not ever having time to spend with your love ones. We are living in the year 2023 not the 1980s. Plus most of the workers are uneducated and just flat out lazy. Hope this help you understand why it takes so long to get your trucks loaded. If you want to get this moving along a little faster have the guard sack call superintendent Joshua Sturgil. I'm sure he'll do his job and look out for all of you .

Pretty easy place to find security actually helpful. Overnight parking. Have scales here, so that's always a plus. There is plenty of space.

Worked in shipping/ DC a for a few years. Corrupt management everywhere(steve, ben, & will are tyrants), favoritism, and racism there. Push out all the people of color and keep their favorites that cant even do most of the jobs. Too many people looking to take advantage of any situation and screws the next person over. Hard work not worth the pay. Full of criminals and chomos!

Here at 15:45 for a 16:00 apt. Put in a door at 18:00 its now 21:18 and light is still green. Not one pallet has been loaded yet. Ridiculous

This is last place where you want to go to Pickup a load. Those people don't care. Had appointment for 10am and got out midnight. Get away from this place as far as you can. Not worth the money

Driver went to load showed him away. Said Trailer was dirty. It’s so ridiculous Trailer has been washed out and sanitized! We have proof. However check the trailer should be fired! No truck should load here!! Stay away it’s a headache for nothing. FYI you can call them no answer….this send you to voicemail mail!

No other place I'd rather pull loads out of for me it's routine come in with empty clean trailer with tandems slid all the way back stop check in at guard shack get preloaded trailer # and weight drive back drop empty in an open spot in drop lot drive up to loaded lot find trailer hook up inspect set tandems weigh out as they have 2 scales on sight if need be readjust tandems as needed chexk out at guard shack verify weight and seal # flirt with pretty gurl with the nice smile that smells good and sign off on paperwork roll out easy peas. There may be some peculiar happenings that could go on from time to time around there i get a funny feeling....yeah the place definitely has an eerie feeling seeing that it's a spot where millions of animals have been murdered

Would highly suggest all truck drivers steer clear of this place. Unless of course you like spending an entire shift waiting to get loaded. Little to no instructions on what is expected of you and the “customer service” you get at the door next to dock 9, by one gentleman in particular, is borderline frigid at best. There would be no star if it was an option.

Save your time and Wash your trailer before showing up , they didn’t ask for washout receipt or check the fuel level , but they did open and see the trailer from inside, they take their time to get you a door and that was my chance to take a nap

The people at the guard shack were very pleasant. I checked in it 7:30 p.m. on Monday for a 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday pick up was loaded and had to finish my break which they have plenty of parking by 1:45 a.m. I had my paperwork had to go back to the parking lot to finish a 10-hour break I have no complaints

**Truck Drivers shipping** must do a wash out. (Went to the highlighted one, payed $30)2 hours to get a door and 6 hours to get loaded.Right next to the guard shack/check in, there is a drivers lounge - restroom, coffee and snack vending machine. Also has a microwave. Friendly staff.

I went through orientation, and one 4 hr shift. I will never go back. This place is aweful. The smell here alone should drive people away. The odor permeates your hair and clothes. One day of work and my brand new car smells like rotting flesh because of all the pig parts that litter the floor. The conditions at this facility are dismal at best. Its simply intolerable. Its fast paced and they require you to wear a lot of gear, if you think you're getting a 15 minute break you're wrong. It takes at least 7-8 minutes to dispose of your soiled required attire and to acquire more when you go back. Might as well just keep working. I was put on coldside....riblets....the guys prepping the ribs just toss the pig parts at you idk how many times I was hit in the chest with raw meat over the course of 4 hrs. For 2$ an hour more than McD's its not worth it.

Always slow, load is never ready on time, usually 4 or 5 hours late. Always want the trailer washed out first even if its clean already. They have overnight parking, but they usually make you drop your trailer and bobtail to the livestock entrance to park in the gravel area, either inside or outside the fence, instead of in the lot next to the drivers lounge. On the plus side, while the loads are always heavy, the forklift operators are still usually very good about loading the trailer so that it weighs correctly and isn't too heavy on either the front or the back.

Broker said it’s a 24hr shipper, so I said ok cool. Got here at 8pm Friday and is 7:50 am Saturday morning and still not loaded……..Just about 12 hours……and counting. 1 and done. Never coming back here again……….not even in a dream 🤦🏽‍♂️

One star is way to much for this place. Loading took 15 hours despite I have been told that my load is ready to go. Screwed all my future schedules thanks to this wonderful place. Pathetic.

These ppl are so unorganized they don’t tell you anything.. don’t tell you when you are loaded.. don’t tell you when to pull off the scale, they left my bills inside the trailer on top of the freight nobody told me anything smh.. you guys must do better man.. got here at 0845 loaded at almost 1700..

So I’m doing an update (life) including changing rating for each step I’m going through from check-in until get out ready loaded. My appointment is set for 07:00 on Dec 30, 2018, my trailer freshly washed out very well less than two hours before my arrival.1. Check-in. Here I’m starting with 5 stars and saying wow. Good reception. Arrived early at 05:50 (appointment at 07:00). Guards greeted me with smile and said nothing that I’m coming early. Check-in process is well organized, everyone nice. I like such welcoming which is rare at the facilities we visit around the country.2. Property. Very well arranged and extremely clean, good pavement, no dirt or path holes. Didn’t see a restroom and guards didn’t inform me nothing about a drivers lounge although Im keeping my five stars. (Will as later where I can use a restroom when I need to).3. Waiting for a dock. Based on what a read from the negative reviewers I supposed to wait for many hours until a door becomes assigned to me. Nope. I went to bed wearing my pajamas ready for a long wait which I was planing to cover by many hours sleep before I get to a door. Unfortunately, the spotter wakes me up at 07:40. Confirming again that I arrived at 05:50 for my 07:00 appointment. It wasn’t that bad I already put my trailer at a door, detached and drove back to the waiting area next to the guards shack. Still keeping my 5 stars. Next is the loading time.4. Loading time. So as said above I put my trailer at a door at 07:40. Let’s see what happens. So finishing my review few days later 1/3/2019. At 09:00 my load was done and I was ready to leave which was great to me. Keep my five star on this one too.5. Check out. So I grabbed my load and did the scale on the way to the guard shack. This time different guards checked me out. Two elderly boys didn’t impress me with good manners. They were so rude and not helpful. They even didn’t respond on my Happy New Year wishes. What a morons. Here I give my zero star. So far so good I had a good experience here except the two old stupid fellas who ruined everything at the end on my way out. I think a total 3 stars is fare for this place. Hopefully next time they earn a higher rating.

3 stars cause the staff is awesome, at least yesterday 7/29/22, from security, yard driver till shipping, but you can spend easy 10 hrs waiting for your load ( live) try to get here with your trailer clean, washed it’s the best! The rest a normal meat processor plant!

Really nice people working there and willing to let you take your 10 hour break if you are short on hours. Plan on no less than 3 hours to load if picking up meat and bone meal. I once took my entire 10 hour break waiting to load. I left empty. Also no matter what you weigh empty they will only load 48,000 pounds.

Takes 2-3 hours to load overnight parking available there scale onsite your trailer needs to be very clean otherwise they will send you to do washout.
