I love this Dollar General, I'd rather go here than Lafayette. Very large selection of almost anything you would need. It's always tidy, organized. Their home decor section is super cute and they put effort into their displays. I can't help but to stop and browse when I go through town and I always leave with something, be it home decor, food, cleaning products, or even hardware items. This is the nicest DG I've ever been to.

The store is much nicer than the old store across the street, and the employees were very kind, they were actually very pleasant people to deal with. We need a store in the Delphi area like this, it helps the balance of business.

Usually I love shopping here! However I was in a big hurry today and ordered for pickup through the app. I ran to Lafayette and ran my errands there and when I got back home I unloaded my car . One of the frosting tubs was completely cracked down the side. I had frosting on everything in my bag. I guess I won't be ordering that way again😫

friendly staff but their shelves are never stocked very well. I think they are just under staffed. if they could get their products out on the shelves for customers to actually buy the stuff I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

I've had it ! I'm done ! Delphi general Store is the worse stocked store I have been in. not just since the epidemic, but before. Always something on my list they don't have, some times several things. specially the can dog food we buy. The shelves are empty to often. not just now, but always. however, the people are friendly and it is clean. It takes me 20 minutes to get to Monticello, they ALWAYS have everything on my list, is clean and friendly. I am done wasting my time at Delphi. And, they have two :D I have been thinking of posting before, but after today. I AM DONE

Always very busy, so if you're in a rush, maybe postpone your shopping until later in the evening. Despite being extremely busy, and dealing with impatient, and sometime rude customers, the staff is always polite and friendly. In the six years I've shopped here, I've never been treated rudely by any of the several dozen employees I've interacted with over the years. Avoid the cheap toys, but for the most part, they have the most reasonably priced items, name brand and off, to be found in Delphi.

They always have product on carts to stock. And makes it hard to get through the aisles. Why they dont have a 3rd shift stocking crew is ridiculous. The associates are also very un-friendly. But I guess in small town you get that.

Peggy the customer service employee....... is the absolute worst. I dont leave negative comments but this woman has been completely out of line on several different occasions. Its sad that this wiman had any authority (supervisor/manager) over sny other employee. She has no respect for the staff members or customers, even when its the cashiers honest mistake and the customer is being inconvenienced. I have driven 15+ mins back to the store to get my money back that was mistaking overcharged by her and still treated like i was causing her trouble to refund me. She belittled the sweet young lady on the register in feont of a long line of customers waiting because she was in the office getting "her stuff" done while one girl ran the register alone with several customers waiting. I have multiple reasons for disliking how she treats people.She argued with me very rudely because she had to remove three items from my purchase that should have had a coupon attach to it. When she was asked to void the items she looked at the employee and rolled her eyes and sighed very loudly. I kindly said, im sorry but it is my choice to choose to purchase my items or decide to decline them without this kind of treatment. She ignored me and i commented that its not a big deal to remove them prior to the sale being completed. And she gave me a hateful look and distgusted tone and said, "Actually it is a big deal"Therefore,.I will refuse from this point on, for Peggy to do my checkout because of her demeaning behavior. I will shop elsewhere if this woman is at the register. I hope that this finds the manager of the delphi store and it can be addressed. Its not the kind of customer service i would want anyone running any store of mine.

Nothing is ever stocked. Place is a mess. Excuse is not enough help to stock but every time you go in they are talking to a customer who is a friend and not working. Today"s topic was how rude customers are because nothing is stocked instead of stocking so the customer had nothing to complain about!

For a few years it has had crowded isles. And sometimes you can't get down an isle. The staff is very friendly. Prices are fair on most products. My family goes one to two times a week.

The DALLOR STORE IN DELPHI INDIANA,It is not a good place to get what you want,We have to go to Flora that store is amazing.The Delphi DALLOR STORE won't put the stuff out on the shelfs!!I picked one star because I had too.Dont wast your time going in there!!

They need to have stockers at night. They attempt to stock during the day and you can not get to products. The people are small town rude, and the new store is getting dirty.

Isles were full of boxes needing put away and blocking items on shelves. I had to move the racks full of boxes just to get to what I needed. No help available.
