Don’t go there if you need medicine in an emergency. I was working away from my usual pharmacy and had a rare for me and random Asthma attack so I transfered my prescription for an inhaler to this pharmacy. I ended up waiting in the parking lot gasping for air for 3 hours to get my inhaler from them after they received the order and were told about the urgency. Nobody cared to help and I wasn’t in good enough shape to drive to a different pharmacy so they put me in a bad position.

Called about a medication, was told I could not use my insurance and the eli lily discount card. I asked why that was a problem since that is what I was using the whole time. I was told to get better insurance. I've been to other cvs stores and not treated this way.

The staff at the Delphi, Indiana CVS are top notch. Product variety and stock allows you to get everything you need in one place. The Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful and can answer or get answers for any questions you have about medications. Great Job Team!

CVS always treats me with the highest respect, but let me add this we (the public) needs to respect each one of them. We all know Richard Allen worked there. He is the one who done wrong, not the employees of CVS, not his wife or anyone in his family. Yes, he did a terrible thing, but who is perfect? to God stealing a piece of bazooka bubble gum is no different than murder. We look at it on a different scale. Ephesians 5:1 says to be an imitator of God. So treat others the way you want to be treated.

Staff are extremely rude, gave me the wrong information and then refused to take responsibility. Treat me a certain way because of the medication I am due to pick up and I literally saw an old woman having a break down over an issue over the same thing! I swear after I get my medication I am never using this pharmacy for anything! They also never notify me when my medication is ready! The CVS in Monticello is so much better!

There is only one team member in the entire store to help you find items and to help check you out too! Also, low stock on several items like Maybelline , L’Oreal, Sally Hansen, Adele, and cover girl! Team member wanted all of the customers to use self check out which I did not want to do since I had several coupons on my items. Plus it wasn’t clear if they would be applied to what items I purchased so I had to wait until the team member was available to help me check out!

Do not go here if you want a timely pharmacy experience. Had to drive over 30 minutes to find a location with a Covid test available. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes to go one car length. I’d scheduled the appointment in for 1:10 and they didn’t see me until 1:50. I understand sometimes they’re busy but this seems more than that.

My daughter is 16 and received her Covid vaccine and I received my Flu shot here. They were very quick and explained everything to both of us, which helped my daughter feel more comfortable getting the vaccine (still not sure how I feel about it). I also just transferred my meds from Sam's pharmacy to here after 10 years. They have been amazing.. I think I'm going to like having my pharmacy in my little hometown!

You would think a pharmacist would be kind to a doctors office prescribing medicine but the treatment from the lady PHARMACIST (not tech) Monday morning was very disgusting! I chose specifically to speak to a person not a voicemail just for her to rudely send me to one anyway rather then DOING HER JOB AND SPEAKING TO ME! Do better or dont be in healthcare! I talked with the parent about this behavior and convinced her to switch pharmacies! Thank Goodness!
