I was "helped" by an older woman named Kathy. She told me I couldn't go to self checkout but it was 9:30pm and there were no lanes open. So she tells me to go to lane 8 and rings up my stuff and doesn't bag it. What was the point of me going to a lane if you weren't even gonna bag my things? She just seemed super racist and thought that I might steal. I was gonna check out right next to her at the self check out. I wish I could give this place zero stars. This "community" is not very welcoming

About a month ago I went in to get a few items and happened to need to use the rest room. I walked in and rushed out. It was a awful! There was piss, feces and toilet paper everywhere. Ended up waiting to when I got home to relieve myself. I'm guessing they don't have enough staff or they just don't care to keep it clean.

Awful location for produce. We bought our home in 2020, and this Kroger is the closest one to our home. Anytime we have shopped here, the bread is molded and the produce is turning liquid/covered in mold. The overall store is just dirty. For charging as outrageous as they do, they should at least maintain good quality products and a clean store. We drive to Brownsburg and Avon just to avoid this locations rotted food.

Store is small compared to other Krogers in the area; however, I actually enjoy it. It has everything my family needs and is laid out quite well. Staff has always been very courteous and helpful.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. The produce is usually well stocked and fresh. I can generally get everything that I want here. I am happy that they started carrying Vegan Rob's Cauliflower puffs. The cashiers and Pharmacy staff are friendly. The guys in the meat department are also friendly and helpful. They have a nice little section of vegan items. The Pharmacy staff are friendly, helpful and top notch.

We had a horrible experience today at Kroger. The cashiers name is Kathy and she was awful. Her attitude sucked eggs straight from the chickens behind. I have never experienced that kind behavior from any cashier in any store.

This is the third time I tried to get Collard Greens for our lizards. Just as the two times before, they were wilted and old. Just don't put them out. Promise fresh for everyone. I would rather not be able to get them to have a choice of inedible greens.

Went to deli department. Was ignored for about 5 minutes. Then I asked the lady behind the counter if the deli was open. She said “No”. It was 10:15 on Sunday so I asked her what time it opened. Her reply was “later “. Everyone else in the store was friendly as usual.

Not consistent with service or availability. Sushi worker went to back for soy sauce with glove on and gave me the sauce still with gloves on and went back to making with same gloves. I was about to throw up thinking what else she might do! So gross. It’s a shame, smaller towns usually have the best service but they do not!

Nice employees usually. However, seem to be a little understaffed. Checking out can take too long sometimes. Overall, not a horrible experience compared to the service you get at some other Danville businesses.

No one avalible to assist me with my questions.Electric shopping carts stop at the door and keep stopping once you reach the parking lot. I use crutches to walk everyday so after shopping i cant carry my grocieres to the car. I didnt know i stopping being handicapped after spending my money at your store. I understand trying to prevent theft but if i cant get to my handicapped space without fighting the cart its every painful for people like myself with spinal cord injuries to stop abruptly and be jerked forward without warning. This handicapped person will shop in Independentliy elsewhere.

I came out of Kroger Monday January 31, 2022, it’s dark out it is about 8:47 PM the parking lot is as dark as it was in December when I first brought the 8 burned out parking lot lights to Kroger’s attention. Someone in corporate answered my comments and assured me they had talked to the landlord the previous week and it would be taken care of. That would be the middle of December and nothing has changed. I am saving the Emails and if anybody gets mugged in this parking lot or gets hurt in this parking lot because it’s dark and the landlord and Kroger‘s are negligent in changing the burned out lights I will make sure that these are passed  along to the appropriate people that you, Krogers and the landlord were well aware of the  situation.What is wrong with your management do you not think it is your duty to care for your customers safety. Do you not have a lease or a contract that you could enforce? I’m sure you have some kind of legal department on retainer.

A fairly dated store but it makes up for it with good deals and managers specials. The meat counter here is great too. Always willing to cut what I want when it's not out in the case. Make the gas prices more competitive and I'll go 5 stars. Keep fighting the good fight and you will survive "The Wal-Mart".

They only started to care about the customer because a Wal-Mart opened up. Before that they were actually quite rude and didn't care because they were the only store in town. Although it's not gotten better I'm writing my review on years of experience here, one shouldn't be absolved of their wrong doings because "they've changed." If Wal-Mart ever goes away it'll be back to price gouging and rude management. Also the whole parking lot looks like Afghanistan.

This Kroger has a much higher quality produce section. Pricing is a bit higher, especially on staple items like milk. Aisles are too narrow and as of April 2019 construction inside the store has items being moved and even less space to maneuver.

It a kroger as far as krogers go. It's backwards to the one near home which kinda throws me but I've been in a few just like it. It's clean and has a great produce section. I wanna say their bakery is extra nice compared to alot. They had what we were after and we were in and out in a flash!

A little cramped, but well stocked and outstanding customer service. Good location, parking lot set up isn't great, but certainly isn't the worst. Pharmacy is top notch.

I usually have great customer service at Kroger Pharmacies. Today in Danville, Indiana was a totally different story. I waited for over 35 minutes for them to drop two prepackaged inhalers into a bag. Only two other customers came and went. I ended up walking away without my medicine because they were still "working on it".

The store itself is good ,employees and Manager.But I think the quality of the fruit has gone down in the last 9 months to a year.I think there is a bidding war or something going on 4 the freshest fruit.All these so called healthy grocery stores r battelin 2 get the best.So at this point Kroger does not have fruit like they used to have.

A great store with that small-town feel. They have a great selection but not as much as some larger towns. This is good for most all of your needs and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Been in this community over 40 years, with NSSB bank for over 20 years and now recently Kroger would not accept my check for payment on prescriptions.They have a new vender (Certegy) that clears checks. I don't want to always use a card to pay for things or cash either, writing a check is a good option for me. I always have ample funds in the bank to write a check. I will be taking more of my business to Walmart, they gladly accept my checks. My complaint is not with the local employees, they are only doing what they are required to do. Corporate Kroger is out of touch with the people who have patronized for years. I will from now on do my bigger purchases and check writing at Walmart.

Was hit by a team of shoplifters while i was there. Watched crooks park and later run. Employees kept their cool and stayed alive. Black male. Black female. ..short hair...white male...facial dark hair...dent driverside door..no apparent drivers side window...crime comes to danville

Smaller store but packs in everything you need on groceries well trained staff friendly management covid has put a real strain on the grocery business but krogers keeps on pushing through very nice to know and see
