This pharmacy fills my scripts really quickly. Pharmacist is always nice and helpful with warnings and instructions on new meds. Not sure if the other bad reviews are just from people who are rude to the workers and expect politeness back.But the big guy who runs the front of the store is insanely rude and will treat you like a thief for no reason. Forget trying to be polite, dude is just miserable.

The pharmacists are rude and horrible. David and Matt. Go elsewhere. Yes, they are understaffed like all other pharmacies but they are very rude and condescending, go elsewhere!! Also, make sure they give you the right medication and quantity. In addition, I was in the store by the pharmacy and they were speaking loudly while making fun of a customer. A big HIPPA violation. I am calling the pharmacy board. I am glad I have it recorded from my phone!! Stay far away from here, far away!

We have had really great service at this CVS……..always prompt kind and efficient. David and Matt the pharmacists rock and the support staff Jennifer, Mitzi, Richard, Ally, McKynzie, Damon have all been to the moon nice and caring. Sue in the front store is great and the cashier from Georgia is a gem. Yes they are always short staffed and running around but they seem to manage it all very well. This team really tries and always goes above and beyond.

No customer service whatsoever in the pharmacy. Not sure if this is due to being understaffed. If so, I really hope they get the help they need. Stopped by today 5 minutes before they go on lunch (was not aware they closed for lunch) and the lady at the register told the pharmacist he needed to mix my son’s medication and he replied, “that’s great”… About 30 seconds later, my pickup was sitting on the counter. Please be better.

Went in there today with a issue of insurance not paying. After insurance came through from her calling doctor. Medication was well, more than my mortgage.Jessica referred me to the drug website that emailed me a discount code. Saved me a bunch of money of my medication. Was able to pay for my medicine finally. Jessica and Jennifer are always friendly and helpful. Great staff throughout the store!

Waited at the pharmacy to get my script. It should have been ready. Was told to "come back" in 15-20 minutes. Came back in 15 minutes and they closed. They told me this just before closing! I would have waited at the register if they were going to pull that. I get times are different and they are busy or short staffed but that is ridiculous. My daughter is in pain. Wow. Just wow.

Worst place I've ever been. Will not be coming back the staff is very rude in the pharmacy department. The lady running the pharmacy tonight needs to be written up. She was beyond rude with me. It is quite annoying for someone being rude when you are just trying to understand what is going on with your medications.

As soon as I walked in, one of the workers give me looks like I’m a second class citizen, There was no “hi” or “how are you doing” I was profiled and looked down upon like I was a thieve, and I felt as he was trying to intimidate me with his large posture. Rude and unprofessional behavior, I will shop elsewhere from now on. Disgusting and revolting.

Both times I went to the pharmacy I waited over an hour for them to fill my prescription. The first time I didn't care. But the second time turned a 5 minute errand after work into an hour wait. They really need to hire more staff.

For a small town, it a nicety. The store is clean and has a lot of good brands. The pharmacy is quick and efficient. There is a simple grocery section, including some frozen foods. If you are in Cicero it’s a good place to stop for all sorts of things.

I was there today around 4:00 ? The guy who was cashier ( he has long hair , younger gentleman ) is the kindest person ever . Great personality . He has been there for awhile but I haven't been in that store for sometime . I was glad to see him still there .

They need more help in the pharmacy or someone to organize them. Twice in the past month I have dropped off prescriptions, gave them 4 to 6 hours to fill them and both times I hate to wait for them to "expedite" them which was another 45 minute wait. Absolutely inefficient.

Pharmacy customer service is very frustrating. It seems I can never get a simple prescription filled without some sort of problem, unnecessary wait or less than friendly service. Could really use some attention.

The gentleman working the pharmacy (drive-thru) is not a very nice customer service representative, I just stopped there to pick up Medications for 3 people in my family... I said the 1st person he is was very disgusted, when I got the medicine it had been rung up wrong, that disgusted him a little more then he asked me for my ID and rang me up as if I'd never said that I had two other people to get medicine for so I told him never mind thank you and have a great day and he gave me another disgusted look and I left most likely will not come back here again!!!
