Walking nail trims were not walk in. She told me it'd be an hour wait. That was all she said so I continued to ask like okayy well do u want to get my contact so that I can ensure the hour away slot. Then she proceeded to tell me my dog needed the rabies vaccine. I get dogs needing a rabies but this employee wouldve had me come back an hour later with no detail of that...Thank gosh i continued to get more details. The website promotes walk ins like you don't have to be scheduled. Wasn't impressed with the poor communication customer service or the non walk in service.

We took our two golden retrievers in for a nail trim. We like that this is a walk-in service. Our younger golden, age one, was not very cooperative. Your groomers handled him expertly and with compassion and understanding. The trim was a success and we really appreciate your groomers' patience. They always do a wonderful job.

I appreciate how wondeful the staff is with my nervous dog however the turn over rate makes it a bit difficult when my baby has to continously get used to a new person trimming her nails.

It was easy to make an appointment (by phone, since this was for a nail trim and buff). The staff is efficient and friendly. My dog is a little shy, but she goes into the salon with her tail wagging. Price is very reasonable.

Mary was great - It was my dogs first visit and she used a shampoo that was a little too harsh on my his skin, I called the next day and she had me bring him back right away so she could try a more sensitive shampoo, no questions asked. She actually gave me a few options to drop him off to accommodate my work schedule. I really appreciated that. This is where we will go from now on. Thank you, Mary!

I am always happy with the service I receive. I feel like they really care about my pet. Mary has trimmed my dog's nails for a long time. She's always very mannerly and has a sweet disposition.

Waited until I was as checking in to let me know that they don’t take dogs with seizure conditions (even if well managed with medication etc). Waste of time.

My dog had more mats in his fur than when I dropped him off. The groomer tried to manually tear them apart when I took him back in, which was visibly hurting him. Then, told me he still had some left but didn't want to overwork his fur. He was also visibly shedding when I put him in my car and still at home.

My groomer cut her exactly how I asked. Usually my Sara upset after grooming, however this trip she was happy I think she likes her cut as well 🤣
