Made a call to see if we were able to get my beautiful, loving pitbull into be groomed. Everything was in check but Once we told the breed we were turned away and told “I can’t handle dogs like that”. As we have taken previous dogs around the same size but different breeds, in the past to her before, the size was never the problem. We were always satisfied with the outcome. Turning away someone due to a breed should NEVER happen. If the case was the size being too big that should be stated and known rather than making the owner who was willing to support your small business feel like I’m being criticized due to the breed. Word of mouth gets around a lot better when a good grooming job is done. I will NOT be taking any of my animals to this grooming ever again. If you don’t want to get to know a dog due to their breed, you don’t deserve to. That is not a caring business owner. Absolutely disgusted.

Our dog honey has medical problems and went for a groom today. I can't tell you how great of a job that she did! Honey came home happy and smelling good! Diffently will be going back! I would recommend her to your friends she's the best!

This lady is SO sweet !! I went to her place by mistake - I thought she was who I scheduled with ! I knocked on the door on a Saturday morning and out comes this beautiful lady to speak with me - she isn’t even open on Saturdays ! I felt sooo bad !!! I’m new to this area - she was so kind to me !! God Bless her - she was just so kind !!

Thanks 2 all that have posted.good or bad..fair is fair.The 1 & 2 star posts here r dogs I refused 2 groom. 2 were nasty (bitey) so I'd not touch them. Other 2 were so matted 2 the skin they r lucky I didn't call animal shelter on them .in my bizz ya get a glimpse of the good, bad n ugly...thanks agian 4 all ur post. Sandi Straw owner/operator

Sandy did a great job with our little dog by trimming her nails and fussing over her. Our Chihuahua will not let us touch her feet, she is happy to see Sandy and loves the attention!
