My first experience was very positive. My Westie looked so cute and smelled so good. There is plenty of parking and a nice area to walk your dog before and after a grooming session. I was referred to this group by a friend who regularly has her three large dogs groomed here. I did have to call back a couple times to reach a person by phone to schedule an appointment, but was able to get an appointment same day that we talked. I will return.

We love all the groomers here and have been going to them for about 13 years. Dogs are always happy when we pull up there, which says everything I would need to know. If my dogs love them, then we love them.

My dog has been traumatized in the past get while getting his nails clipped. And I took him here and he was totally fine he was a little nervous at first but he had no problem they were so gentle and so nice and they were able to give him the best nail Jim he's ever had. I will definitely be returning

I have a Rottweiler named Roxy, and ishe got to big for me to do at home.... i gave this place a shot AND I LOVE THEM!! Roxy use to go to Petsmart and i SWARE they did something to her cause she hated bathing after that. And Scrub A Dub said she did great and they are SO REASONABLE with price that i tip extra $20 because they are wonderful with her!! The girls are absolutely wonderful and friendly here!!

Took my senior dog to Scrub A Dub for the first time and was very pleased. She came out smelling great and her nails looked good as well. I was nervous taking her somewhere new as she doesn't do well with people she doesn't know. The gal that bathed her (I believe Ashley) was fantastic with my baby girl! I'll be taking her back!

Very chill environment. Very pleasant staff. they did a great job cleaning a giant dog. He smelled great and felt clean. From what I was told he had a stressful experience with other animals there. If my regular groomer is full I would return, with hopes of a better second experience for him. They fit us in the schedule when everyone else was booked. Cheapest prices for grooming so far.

Dolly is absolutely amazing!!! My chihuahua hates his nails trimmed!! He tries to bite, growls and yelps and squirms everywhere making it impossible for me to trim his nails. He is 16 years old and I get so nervous and worried about hurting him….so I take him to Dolly and she is amazing!!!!! She gets him right in on short notice and handles him perfectly!!!! I couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else! Super cheap price and amazing service! Thanks Dolly!!!!

I liked how my dog was groomed, however last time she was there her pink leash and collar with her tags was lost, never to be found. After no return phone calls, no refund, no apology, nothing - I won’t be going back. How does the groomer lose this?!? I gave a $10 tip as I usually did, thinking the items would be found.

Dolly and the staff at Scrub A Dub are the absolute best! They actually care about your pet! I've had some difficult dogs to groom and she has always done a wonderful job.

I took my baby girl to get her nails trimmed and she does not like her paws touched at all...she yelps if you even come near them yet they still managed to do a wonderful job for a super great price! And even trimmed the hair back on her paws so when I give her haircut myself I don't have to struggle doing it! Will definitely be back on a regular.

My mom’s dog was recently groomed here and came home with an entire paw pad cut off and bleeding. She had to go to the vet and is on antibiotics. I do not recommend.

I called everywhere and every place one place said January in Chesterfield... I call them after calling everybody telling me know them book for a month I said we are 6 dogs here now not today how about 8 o'clock in the morning I said that's badd a**... And then I said how much do IOU's banking you know 100 or something... She said $25 I'm giving her 50... It's how you do business, By the keep it local and Chesterfield cause I'm from Daleville people just don't know how to treat customers in when you find a good company who stay within and I'm staying with them thank you
