Nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They price match on their pet food which was useful, just show them the lower price for the same item online and they will change it at the register. The do it yourself pet baths there are awesome for anyone who is unable to bathe their pets at home. They provide shampoo, towels, and driers at the washing stations. I felt they were overpriced on many of their other products compared to online or other pet shops.

Most expensive pet place in town, but with good reason. Everything in this store is top of the line quality. They do regular sales which helps with their high price point. I get all of the stuff for my dogs from here. The leashes and collars are absolutely top notch. We also come here to buy real antler pieces. My dogs go crazy over them, and, while they are 10-20 per piece, they last for a few weeks. Totally worth it.

Amazing staff and the self serve pet baths are great. Ioved the dog food and yes cost more but it's amazing food. Love this place over Petsmart. Went in to find dog treat left with 3 bags full.

I give it 5 star because I've always had great customer service here even if they didn't carry what I was looking for which is a plus. The only down side is they don't carry a lot of items for animals that aren't cats and dogs. I have turtles so if I need odd things that they do carry I can get it here but for the big things I have to go somewhere else that does carry more of those things. All in all though it's a well kept store, the employees are friendly, and except for owning turtles and not not the typical pets I have had zero problems here.

Today I went in to buy a cat carrier. The guy that assisted us today seemed rushed and was short with us when he showed us different ones they had. My gf didn't hear him when he said a certain model would be in Monday and she went to the spot where he said they would be and his exact words were "like I said they would be in Monday" and he said we were more than welcome to go to other stores. After leaving we both said to each other at same time that he was kind of rude. The store is very nice but if that is what I'm going to encounter I won't be back. I would suggest your employees have more patience with people.

I come here faithfully every couple of weeks to get my cat food. She loves it.It's good for her and it isn't very expesive.I love how they have food and toys forndiffernt kinds of pets, not just dogs and cats. They dont really carry the same brands you can find at places like Walmart. It's better stuff.Staff is always helpful.

i will never use another pet store again. pet valu’s employees are so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to their products. they never try and upsell you, but always make you aware of what you’re purchasing and they seem to know what they’re selling. always wonderful service!

Great store for personal service for pet supplies and advice on food. A good replacement for specksPrices comparable to PetSmart the only other pet store in town. Personal service makes this a better bet than PetSmart

The truth...... GPS chic sucks. She always delays and reroutes. GPS is always searching and they have got me lost so many times. It doesn't matter what phone or service I have. To be honest too bad there's not a half star I can choose.

I have been disappointed with brands offered in dog treats. And pricey!I had two dogs' nails trimmed and she left two nails untrimmed. (probably because she was so busy talking about herself)

I wish l could give less than one star! I recently found this store less than 5 minutes from the house and visited 3 times in the last month, never again! The male associate that I ran into two times is rude and does not know what customer service is what so ever. Please tell me he is not the owner! Wondering why this associate is still employed??

Extremely over priced. There is no valu at all.You commented that you price match. Why should i have to show you proof that you are ripping people off to get the sameprice ill just keep going to your competetors who dont try to rip you off til you notice. I wont be back.
