Discovering that the pet supplies plus store carry decorative dog treats was a wonderful surprise. I no longer have to make a trip to the Three Dog Bakery. I was amazed by the variety of options available. The only downside was that the dog treats were too hard for my dog to chew. I had to break them into smaller pieces for him to enjoy. Overall, It is a nice pet supplies store!

The dog wash is fantastic and $10 for self serve is a great price, their oatmeal shampoo makes my Great Dane’s fur feel like silk, the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Lori for cleaning the dog wash between clients and ensuring that everyone in the store is comfortable (there was a skittish dog in the wash before ours and we didn’t mind waiting), warmly greeted, and had their needs for products met (Bonus: they sell treats from Three Dogs Bakery). Indy and I will be repeat customers.

I had high hopes for this store when it opened, but I can't say that there is any real difference between this place and PetSmart. The prices are ridiculous, even the sale prices, and the employees seem less than motivated to help customers. There is a rewards program but no matter what I buy I never seem to get any rewards. The only possible good point is the self-serve dog baths, but I rarely need those, so I think I'll stick with Chewy. I don't think I'm the only one, judging from the small number of customers that I've seen there.

I used the self-serve pet wash, and it was excellent! I purchased the punch card, which gives you 5 washes for $25, and the first wash is free! That was a deal too good to pass up! I also did some shopping, and they have a great selection!

I was at pet supplies plus the other day in Anderson. When I witnessed an employee that was grooming a puppy smack the puppy and was poking the puppy with the clippers. I had to leave due to my rage cause I knew I would hurt her if I confronted her. I called the store immediately and sent several emails to corporate and the local store with no answer or explanations. I would stay away from this store for any grooming services. I will follow up with a visit to the store soon. I can't forget the face of the lady who was abusing that poor defenseless puppy.

Their self bathing stations are awesome!! Monte was so nice, taking care to clean each station between use, making sure all dogs (and humans) were comfortable, and explaining everything. Every employee was so nice and helpful. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The entire store was clean and organized. They even have a pastry case for treats. I will definitely be back for baths, treats, and more!

Absolutely gutted to get our baby back BUTCHERED. No previous problems with her other groomer. But this one time she was “erratic”. Unbelievable.

Since Menards quit carrying Diamond brand dog food, I have been having trouble finding itBut Pet Supplies does.And the washing your own dog in the back of the store is awesome. $10.00 and they furnish towels and shampoo.Can't beat it.And the employees are friendly.I will be a frequent visitor.

My new favorite store - I love shopping here for my fur babies. They have anything you could need for your pets. The store is always very clean and the staff are always SO friendly!! The self dog wash area is very nice as well.

Just wanted to stop in and check them out. The staff was very friendly and seemed happy to be at work. Found out they will match competitors' prices, even chewy. We will definitely be back. Shelves were stocked and store was clean.

This place has an awesome selection and their prices, at least so far, are less than PetSmart!! And they have a great bathing area for your pup. Highly recommended!!

Great new pet store! Lots of food options for all pets: cats, dogs, fish, birds, rodents, etc. There are wash stations and cats for adoption! If you have a furry friend, definitely check it out.
