I live on the same block as this location and the last 7 times i’ve visited this store it has been closed.I have provided pictures every time there is a sign on the door stating it’s closed. This time, the lights inside the store are on, A woman is barefoot inside the delivery truck with her feet on the dash smoking a cigarette laughing at all the people who pull in and have to leave. The doors are locked but it looks like an attempt for the employees to still claim “they’re open”. THEY ARE NEVER EVER OPEN. When the store is rarely open, it’s an absolute nightmare inside and the employees are unprofessional.Photo attached of the employees hiding in the delivery truck.

It is never open. Where are the employees? Where is the manager? I live close by and have to shop somewhere else. I do not understand a business losing out on money. What happened to this store? I'm calling corporate office tomorrow to complain and get answers.And just like the other review says, always closed during business hours and no sign up. You walk up to find locked doors and all the lights on. Another point, you're paying an electric bill for a closed store?? What?!?!

How can I give a good review when the store is closed mid afternoon, mid morning or any other time they feel like closing it! Last 3 times I went, closed during regular business hours. Always other people leaving upset each time! Put a sign at the road so we dont have to walk up to the door only to be turned away with a locked door!!! Wont be back.

Love the employees at this store. Always very helpful and greets apon arrival. Most of the time it's very clean.. once in awhile can become cluttered but that because of truck day or something.. everyone is always keeping busy... This is my favorite family dollar in Anderson, in. I know it's smaller than others but it's my home store and I just like it there most. Great store!

I only use Dollar General because they are cheap and in my neighborhood. The shelves needing stocked properly. Carts with boxed merchandise in the way with nobody attending to it. People visiting instead of working. A typical visit for me. Whatever. Got what I needed quickly and cheaply. I guess that works. I just wish people took pride in their work even if their job was not what they desired.

The place is in complete disarray. Almost never looks good but still closer than the store so people endure it. I dont think its the stores fault. They dont have enough employees on shift at any given time to put away stock properly. Only people I ever see working are cashiers and they stay busy at the front end.

Walked in one day and couldn't believe all the boxes and items that were all over the floor. Any other Dollar General that Ive been to has never been that messy! Shows alot about the lazy employees. There was NO excuse. And no, its always that clustered along with rude service. It wasnt just because they got shipment that day.

Overall I like DG as a brand. This store, however, is sub par. The store is rarely stocked. Thirty percent of the shelves are bare. Walking through the store is an obstacle with all the boxes and U boats in the aisles. I only stop at this location if I am in need of an item after work. My planned trips are to another store.

I was in a wheelchair and it was easy to get around. Not like the one 38th STREET which was bad. (And close to home) i enjoyed going up and down each Isle T your place. Had fun and got to See everything

customers are great but, the manager Collin is racist, rude and insensitive. I've never quit a job but today I had to after dealing with that ignorant man. the rest of the employees are good ! but would not recommend working there or even shopping. Go anywhere else honestly unless you want him to talk bs about you, your accent or who knows what else. Corporate if you see this, please contact me. I'm livid and disgusted.

Been here several times. A lot of times there is so much product on the floor you can't get through the place. They are also bad about NOT keeping up on outdated products. I bought a bottle of tea out of the cooler and didnt think to look at the date on it until I opened it and drank some and it tasted funny. It had expired 2 months prior.

Went it 2 different days the first time a girl with red/ purple hair was talking about her co worker rudely and then went again the next day and people was waiting at the counter and the same girl was there and they waited for 3 minutes and nobody came to help so one customer yelled we r ready to check out and didn't think she heard them calling so they called again and she came out and yelled your being very rude she picked a different job over helping the customer then got rude with her when she asked for help

Shopped for about 20 minutes. Made my purchase and left. However, I left something behind. I went back at 8:55p.m. and the store was closed. The store did not close until 9p.m. I knocked on the door and they were still checking people out at the register. A man came to the door and when I expressed I left something he told me I would have to come back tomorrow. When I expressed it was only 8:58p.m. the man was didnt care. I put up a fit basically and he finally opened the door. He was rude and argumentative. Not okay.

Dollar store is such a good store for your buck. The store was neat and very crowded, however the pregnant cashier was soooo slow; the problem seemed to be she was too talkative rather than doing her job.

This place always has every aisle cluttered with cases of product. Carts of items to be put away. The shelves are always a wreck and disorganized. The shelves and aisle floors are littered with trash and empty packing from products (obvioisly stolen items). I am surprised that a company would allow this store to be operating the way it is. Avoid this store.Its like walking into a hoarders house. You literally have to push things out of your way or crawl over things to go down any aisle!!!

The Dollar General I go to always has a huge mess. Boxes on the floor in all the aisles, and the endcaps of the aisle. It makes it very difficult to manuever with a cart. I have never ever seen any other stores so messy

They never have anything in stock. Just empty shelves. When they do get stock in. It's all over the place and it takes them forever for them to get stock up.Some of the employees are very unprofessional throwing temper tantrum in the store because they got mad at another employee. I hate this store would rather go to family dollar

This Dollar general has many of the items that i use and need. And the prices are outstanding. And on a Sunday morning the customer service was Swift and very very friendly. I love it. I highly recommend this store.

LISA is the best, she needs a raise dealing with how corporate does with the everday at DG and stores...not enough help, newly remodeling done and still busy. Ask how 1 person can come in and just straight do stock. Its corporate I have been told. I KNOW HOW TO HELP by hiring myselfto ASSIST, considered behind-the-scenes!

Dollar General does not teach their employees how to clean up. In the back of their stores is covered with litter next time you're there look out back and you will be surprised. Dollar General sees no problem in littering.

The bad thing there is it takes you longer to check out then it does to do your shopping and they refused to open up another cash register on there can be people halfway back to the store and they still will not open another night that's ridiculous
