I work 10 hour shifts and when the pharmacy had its old hours closing at 9 it mattered very little but ever since the changing of them to closing at 7 it is not compatible with those who work odd shifts or long shifts. I essentially work almost the entirety of the time they’re open and I get off when they close and by the time I drive over to pick up meds of course I’m 20 mins past closing time. Inconvenient and have been waiting for their normal hours to come back but it’s taking a disappointing amount of time.

Just wanted to say how much Stacey went above and beyond for me. After being recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, I was really scared when I was about to run out of insulin and my insurance kept refusing to help. I've been going back and fourth for a couple weeks now with my insurance, the hospital that originally filled the first script, and doctors trying to get answers to no avail. I called today again and Stacey took care of everything! She went back and fourth with my insurance and was finally able to get it resolved and now I can get my insulin. Thank you Stacey ❤️ you don't know how much you made my day

Pharmacist called to ask why I was being prescribed a certain medication. When trying to explain, she further asked what dr plans were...more testing or scans etc. She wasn't very pleasant. Felt like it was none of her business. Already dealing with medical issues and I felt hassled. There is a reason my Dr prescribed it, it is your job to fill it. My hubby went to pick meds up. Only for them to give us an extra one that I already had filled and didn't need. Maybe she should been more focused on that, not why I am taking something. As of today, I have switched pharmacies.

Never gave my medication in stock and they don't even bother to tell me even if I do fill it a week in advance. It has caused me to go without my medication a few times. I'm switching pharmacies

This place is ridiculous! It takes way too long to do ANYTHING from the drive thru. Only 1 lane open EVER! Even dropping off a script takes 10-15 minutes. Get it together!!!
