First time in and I was greeted kindly by a woman behind the register. She gave me some advice on puppy treats and mentioned/ signed me up for their rewards program. Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.

My first time shopping at Two Bostons was an amazing experience. You are greeted with a friendly face when you walk in. I just got a new dog and didn't know much about what he should eat or what items to use for maintenance. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Makes me feel better as a new dog mom. Thank you!

Love Two Boston’s!!!! I have been going to Two Bostons since my mom got us a dog back when I was 17. I love the cuteness of the little boutique and I am happy to see that they didn’t sacrifice style or service when they expanded!!! I love going into Two Boston’s for several reasons; they are always staffed properly so guests can get the personalized attention that so many crave, my dog loves going there, they carry a lot of things other stores don’t, friendly staff and birthday rewards!!!My dog will eat every and any toy he gets his mouth on, so to avoid vet visits we spend a bit more money where it counts. A lot of the better quality toy brands you can’t find in store, but you can at Two Boston’s! Seriously though, they are the only store I know near by that sells Planet Dog brand toys and that is one of our go-to toys for our heavy little chewer. We have a mini bone by Planet Dog that is over a year old now and regularly withstands heavy chewing from our dogs “Uncle Chase”, lab/pit bull mix.This store is just as wonderful and inviting as their first location, and so is there 75th store and I am sure if I went to one of their other locations they would be just as nice!!! I have been in the Customer Service industry for 13 years now and it is nice to see that the owners and workers at these stores are so nice and friendly. Great service is what I am about and I love receiving it as well. Keep up the great job!!!We need things that can withstand not one, but three different heavy chewers and those brand are typically hard to find in-store, so when I buy them I go to Two Boston’s because even it’s a bit more than buying online, it’s worth supporting a business I love run by people who truly care. Their Pet Fair held in early June was FABULOUS this year. Knowledgeable vendors, friendly pups and owners to socialize with, and high-quality samples for dogs and cats to try! We buy our pup's made in the USA food and antler chews here because we trust the quality and the manufacturers. A must stop for the pampered pet in your family.

I come here often for my small picky chihuahua and the employees are always so helpful and super friendly with any questions I have! I also love the wide selection of freeze-dried treats they sell as my little dog loves the chicken feet! It’s a great store for pet owners to shop in when it comes buying quality food/treats for your pets.

Ok, we just moved here from California (we are originally from the east coast) and I have gone past this place a few times and decided to pop in to see what it's about.I am super glad that I did!!! I found more of the all natural foods, treats and grain free, high protein food for my very picky baby girl, Magda. She's a pit mix, about 11 years old and the young girl that checked me out had a plethora of knowledge! Super informative even though I've had decades of K9 training in search and rescue, law enforcement and even as a GM for a pet resort.I highly recommend anyone to just pop in for 5 minutes, walk around...you'll be glad you did, I was!!! And Magda has demanded that I take her with me next time!

All the staff members here are wonderful and incredibly helpful. I went in to find a healthier food for my aging dog, and Angela went above and beyond in terms of service and knowledge about the variety of products and their quality. The cherry on top was a follow-up call I received from her one week later checking in on how my dog was enjoying the new food and inquiring about any questions I had! This level of attentive customer service can be challenging to find nowadays, and I deeply appreciated her and Two Bostons' approach.

Came in today needing help finding toys for my girlfriend's dog. Paige greeted me right as i walked in and helped me with all of my questions and concerns, asking questions herself to help steer me in the right direction. We went over several products that she seemed very knowledgeable of, going over their ingredients, benefits, and why each item was so popular.Good service is always a great reason to come back, I signed up for the rewards program and plan returning soon

Rude, didn’t help me at all and didn’t offer a free gift or treat for my dog even though it was her birthday and that’s something they advertise. I'm not bummed they didn't give me anything free. The fact that I brought my daughter who has never been there to buy something for her big fur sister and not get any assistance is plain old sad. I get a family was in there this morning needing help buy things for their new pup but dang...share your assistance. Never going to this place again. Many other better places to buy nice things for your fur baby. Customer service is key to a successful business and unfortunately you won’t get decent customer service here. If you like getting ignored this is the place to be. I think her name was Sonia? Not sure but she could have taken some time to help us. You're a business, customers come and go but to straight up lose business because you didn't care will definitely help you lose more customers. My husband did have an account with you guys and we even have the email you sent to let us know our dog will get free things..but what’s the point of asking for our info upon purchase if your system doesn’t automatically recognize the program you offer. It’s disappointing that that’s your response of all things. No thanks, we don’t need your fake sympathy. Your customer service is trash and same with your dog cakes. Found a better dog barkery in downers grove.

This was my first time shopping at Two Bostons. It certainly won’t be my last. Carmen greeted me when I walked in and we had the best time picking out some great toys and treats for my friends beautiful new rescue. I was so pleased to see all they had to offer, from the baked goodies to the selection of dog food for my pups. From start to finish she made it a great experience and was incredibly knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have been patronizing Two Bostons since I was blessed with my Lab-Retriever mix 'Kelsey.' The staff have always been pleasant and patient and well-informed, offering advice on brushing teeth and adding probiotics and directing to local dog parks. I wanted to point recent instance when Andy and Meghan and the team went above and beyond the call of duty. Apparently there was a slip up or delay with supplier of my dog's kibble, and the prospect of switching to an entirely new dried dog food was fraught with my worrying about the new product causing gastrointestinal discomfort and worse. The Two Bostons devised a quick patch, finding two smaller bags of kibble at a another source, discounted the retail price, and paid for two day shipping to my home address. This thoughtfulness and responsiveness is rare, and reminds me why Two Bostons can continue to count Kelsey as a tail-wagging devoted customer.

Awesome place! It's very close to many different forest preserves that I take my dog to regularly, so we usually go here after our walks. EVERYONE is so wonderful here. They are very knowledgeable as far as diet goes, in fact, your vet will probably not have as much knowledge regarding nutrition or special dietary needs as they do. They have definitely helped us through some health concerns over the years.Great accessories, puzzles, toys, treats, foods, and supplements. They have some of the nicest pet beds around too! I can't recommend them enough. My guy loves the attention (and treats) they give him. We are always happy after leaving there, however it's very hard to convince him to leave. :-)

I love this place. Their recommendations have always been great (actually helped my cat with severe IBD with the very first recommendation after I swear I tried everything). Carrie the assistant manager is a rock star! We came in a couple days before we brought home a new rescue dog. She told us that it would be better if we brought the new addition in to be fitted. We came in on Saturday and she remembered us. Came right over, fitted our Miller and even took us outside as he was having anxiety with dogs in the store. She calmed down Miller, gave us advise and showed us how to work the harness. She kept checking to ensure Miller was good and even offered for us to call or visit any time we had questions. WOW! She went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!!!!! Great job Carrie!

Great boutique pet store! Staff are really knowledgeable about everything. I went in looking for a toy for my power-chewer, and the employee was able to give me a lot of good options and explain why one toy was better than another. The store also has Puppy Kisses, which are basically delicious dog junk food treats that my pups love. They come in chocolate (carob), peanut butter, and yogurt flavors, and my dogs will do absolutely anything for a Puppy Kiss. Highly recommend this store for the wide variety of safe toys, good food, and yummy treats, as well as personal attention and highly trained staff.

Two Bostons in Wheaton is my favorite place to go with my dog. It's also one of my dog's favorite place to go. The staff has always been so incredibly kind and helpful and they're always so sweet to my pup. I have a boxer that loves chewing but has had some digestive issues and is limited in what he can eat and every time I go in they help me find what I need within some strict guidelines. They're really knowledgeable about their products and passionate about helping dogs. I really appreciate all they've done to help me with the dogs I've had.

No more box pet stores or on line e-commerce for me. This store and its staff are the ‘cat’s meow.’ The associate guided me through the store, explained in detail comparisons between products, never seemed uninformed or bored, inquired about my incoming puppy, my home, my values and perspectives in order to best match the item to dog and myself. In fact, my breeder, who supplied me with a 35 page list of preferred organic and chemical free and sustainable products and encouraged reading three books on natural dog care and training, recommended an array of very specific products from specific companies: Two Boston’s carried them All! In addition, that special ordered some products that were not on the shelves. Five stars all the way

We just recently moved to the area and came across this place and decided to check it out today with our German shepherd puppy. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming, they played with my puppy while I shopped and paid for my items. It was such a fun experience for my dog as well, and we can’t wait to go back again!

This is my favorite pet store. I enjoy the bubbly and extremely helpful staff. I also always find what I am looking for very quickly. If you have a pet I would recommend this store for food and all other needs. The staff is knowledgeable and the products are high quality. They also always have fun gifts for the pet lovers in my life ( cute signs, stickers, decals ect.)

Today was my first visit to Two Bostons in Wheaton! I needed a few items for my puppy Oliver's first birthday! The young lady was very helpful and even wanted to see pics of Ollie! Of course, I obliged!! I picked up an adorable Yoda toy plus a cupcake & cookie for him! She was so nice to include an extra birthday treat for him! I'll be stopping back in for sure!

A good variety of pet merchandise, but a bit pricey. Very friendly, helped me with my purchase, however, they recommended a non rawhide chew that had a very hard, inedible piece inside that I had to take away from my dog. Can you rely on what they recommend? What was that thing I bought?

We have been taking our senior pup, Shadow, to this location for two years.The staff has always been so kind to us, and Shadow. Theyve gone above and beyond to find things he can and will eat.I frequently get gifts for my grooming clients here, and always have their puppy kisses on hand!I was to specifically shout out Carmen, who is the absolute BEST! The other locations are closer to where we live now, but we continue to come here for her!
