Amazing service and friendly staff and groomers. They work with my special needs puppy, and he always seems happy when I pick him up. They truly care about him, and the staff are always so happy to take him. They have about a two weeks in advance call time, but they always fit him in as soon as they can. And you can easily book your next appt in advance. I've gone to other groomers before coming here that struggle with his look and end up cutting him too short. Not here though. I won't go anywhere else. He looks great. Excellent service!

Lina does a wonderful job with my very timid wheaten. Over several months my dog has come to trust her and Maisie's appearance has improved a great deal. The store is clean, staff is friendly and Lina gets the job done promptly. I'm very pleased.

Lina was so sweet and empathic towards my 15 yr old pomapoo. Trying to find a new groomer, especially with a senior can be challenging, and as with most seniors she has had some health challenges that prevented grooming so she was overdue. Lina explained everything to me and told me that if Foxy was having a hard time we’d call it a day and we could come back another day to finish up. Foxy did great, I was grateful that Lina was so accommodating for her. She is so much happier now that she is groomed and I am happy we finally found a new groomer.

Lina does a great job on my anxious Pyrenees Shepard Bailey. She does a wonderful job with grooming and cuts Bailey how we like! She is very quick and is always so sweet to Bailey. I trust leaving Bailey with her 😊

I had the best experience with getting my 2 yorkies groomed at Natural Pet Market. Not only were they timely and organized, but extremely friendly and really cared about my dogs. I was extremely happy with their haircuts. Will definitely be returning with my dogs for their grooming needs.

Our go-to place for dog food, supplements and advice on responsibly sourced pet supplies. Started to use them for grooming, our dog has had two grooming sessions with Paulina and we could not be happier! Always gives a great trim and excellent attention to detail. Prices are very very reasonable for the quality of groom! Very timely and great communication!

I strongly recommend them! The grooming space was impeccably clean. They were right on time and extremely friendly and courteous. It was my first time there and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my dog. They did a beautiful job on my little guy, despite the fact he was was seriously overdue for a bath and haircut. I booked my next appointment before I left.

We love Paulina! we have tried numerous groomers and finally found one who not only listens to how we want our dog to look but also takes great care of our dog, and gives him the best grooming experience. Needed to find a groomer for my senior 15 year old Shih-Tzu and am very happy after finding Lina at Bentley's Pet Stuff. Lina is very professional, friendly and skilled at making my pet look great, even though he's very anxious and twitchy on the grooming table. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer, especially with senior dogs.

Showed up today during their posted open hours and the store is closed.The shelves are all empty and noone was inside, no lights on.There wasn't even a note on the door.Called the store and it went to voicemail.Another person showed up at the same time and was just as confused as on Google it states open.Please update the status of the store to closed, or whatever it is why it's empty, so people don't waste time driving there thinking it's open.

Our nervous dog does well with his grooming at Bentley’s. It does not take long, as he is the only dog being groomed. Our dog always looks great and smells great after his grooming!! We highly recommend Bentley’s Natural Pet Market for grooming!

I take my dogs for grooming here. I originally took them to the Barking lot off of gary ave. I have a cockapoo and Linna always does a fantastic job cuts her hair exactly how I request. I have a bigger dog that is not good with other dogs which is why linna recommended I come to the natural pet market location for grooming. Paulina groomed lady today my cockapoo and cut her nails and declaws like I asked. I am happy to take my dogs to a place where I know that they will be taken care of.

Great place! Everybody there is so helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped with different health issues my dog has had (and most recently, kidney issues my sister's dog has) over the years. They really want to make sure you get the right things and the right education. Beyond that they also share other great ways to educate yourself regarding Pet Health and nutrition such as different websites etc. My guy loves Gibson treats also, and they have the lowest prices around! Highly reccomend this store! They are top notch!

Staff is amazing! I had a older gentleman help me and I could not be more happy with my purchases. We had a great conversation and he was extremely knowledgeable with cats and dogs. I walked out of the store spending $62 and only needed one thing, but I'm totally fine with it because he sent me with a ton of new samples of cat food to try and hopefully come back and buy!Your staff rocks!

This is one of the better places to buy raw and other quality food. Prices are generally on par with what I’ve seen online but there’s no packaging waste, so I like. Employees are well-informed and always eager to help. Less 1 star because this place mostly caters to dogs, which I find offensive. They had raw lamb for dogs but not for cats so my kitties had to eat raw emu for Easter. How inappropriate.
