The Dr. was very thorough and was very nice to us. Followed up the next day with results of blood work. Wanted to see how Rose was doing also. The Vet Techs and assistants in addition were very nice. My daughter was with me and lives in Ottawa and after being there and the experience, thinks she may bring her dog there, even though it's a distance.

First visit since Doc Ehrhardt with our new puppy to just have a meet and greet.Overall they were professional.Doctor Fehr was attentive. Unfortunately their assistant was not.She refused to listen and kept insisting on pushing a heart worm injection even after we told her that we just gave him a heart worm chew.Like I said, Overall I give them good marks and of course lee was the same (pocket filled with treats)My advice to the assistant, listening is key to understanding.Ratings should be updated to reflect new providers.

Our fist time visiting. Everyone was very friendly and professional they made our pup as well as us feel very comfortable and welcome. Completed the exam and answered all of our questions without hesitation. So glad we made the switch to this office…confident our pup is in good hands…couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I knew Doc back when he was in McNabb. He was always so good to our family fur babies. When our furry boy got sick and I heard he was open for business I knew exactly who I needed to see. He is just as amazing as I remember. Fur babies always come first with him. His caring and compassion definitely shows in his work. And his team is absolutely amazing as well. They are definitely worth the drive!
