Store is clean and spacious. Everything is organized and easy to find. Large variety of food, groceries and other miscellaneous stuff. Automotive, toys, clothes, accessories, holiday decor, every day decor, video games, small appliances, etc. Employees are helpful. Self checkout so you can get your things and not have to wait in long lines.

Some prices are labled lower on the shelf and conviently scan for more with no cashiers to assist or explain. Wish customer service was better. They are one of the locations that Discontinued their Cashier positions to cut cost and replaced it with the giant self checkout and the employees have a handy dandy smart device that allows them to monitor you as you scan items, I also learned that they can press a button disabling the self checkout temporarily if they think you are not scanning items properly. Very dissatisfied with the fact that I'm in there usually once a week if not more and for some reason the lady working my side couldn't count my items from where she was standing so stopped my checkout 5 or 6 times and when I called her on it she admitted that I was scanning items much faster then other people so she was just "doing her job" by stopping to make sure I scanning the 1.38 lunchables SMH!! then walked away and had some older lady come over and do the same thing while staring at me and stopping it an additional 4 times. Great way to spend several hundred dollars on groceries, scan , and bag everything all without the help of employees and to boot basically add 10-15 minutes to checkout because of the employees picking and choosing who to single out based on how they look. Meanwhile, I watched several people walking out with unpaid items while they were busy harassing a paying customer, Great Job Ladies, and Gentlemen. 👍 Great job. 🤬🤬🤬If you guys need some real employees and loss prevention specialists?!?!?!? Reach out I'd be glad to lend some expertise and help teach all the employees how to really spot what you need them to and stop people from walking out the doors like it's a joke every single day.

Definitely one of the nicest Walmart I've been to. It's clean, friendly and helpful employees. All Walmart stores need to go back to having cashiers instead just one or two. If I wanted to scan and bag groceries I would apply for a job.

This Walmart is on the smaller side, and lacks a true deli or bakery, but it makes up for it in cleanliness and the helpfulness of it's staff. I have never been in cleaner or friendlier Walmart.

Sometimes the store is packed full, and sometimes there is plenty of room to walk freely. It depends on the time of the day. Workers are very friendly 😁

Extremely bad experience with management several years ago. But today, I like Wal-Mart. I can go in and make no eye contact with anyone if I choose, or the opposite, walk in the direct path deliberately making eye contact. I can conversate with no one or anyone for as long as the chat lasts, maybe several... every time I am in Walmart, though I am in a hurry, forgetting often why I am there 😅 I may or may not have a list.. Spending is necessary, compulsive, fun... and affordable. Good vibes. Good experiences

One of the smaller ones in the area but it's farm towns so it's understandable. There are limited baked goods which seems to be the only real downside. They recently started online pickup services which is a great way to get your stuff without having to go inside!

I personally think that the employees are helpful in this store. At the self checkout and the front end part of the store, I had a problem with the self checkout scanner. And the one girl working at the front end helped me with it. She’s was very polite and then there was a man, I’m assuming he was the manager and he helped me with it as well. He was also very friendly and respectful. The employees were spot on. I didn’t have a problem with anything here. Also, the store associates were also very respectful and helpful. I think they were trying their best and did what they could do for the costumers! Great service!

This is a nice Walmart. It is a much smaller Walmart than most Walmarts. It was very clean and well organized and had a nice clearance section. We found the things we were looking for, and all of the people working inside the store very helpful and friendly

I absolutely love the watseka walmart. It's clean, organized, and also stocked. The employees are absolutely wonderful. Inside the store and pickup. The pickup is my favorite. I always get what I need the first time and the employees are so polite.

Horrible customer service. Going to Berkot's after this. They had 1 line open and we saw tons of people in line for this 1 register and as soon as we moved up to the 2nd person in line, 3 new lanes opened up. 1 star, and here's a reminder: This happened twice.

I would like to buy food that isn’t rotten when I get home, even though it has an expiration date of 14 days out. Also, the workers need to get out of the way when they see shoppers trying to get items that are blocked by their shopping carts. Half of em don’t even move over so we can get down the isle.

I personally hate going to Walmart anymore. Always having to fight your way through the crowd of people who want to stand there and talk so you can buy some overpriced groceries.

Terrible! Why did corporate move things around?! It's as if a child set it up. You have to walk all the way to the back of the store to get eggs or toilet paper, but alcohol is easier to access. Checkout is ridiculous. The elderly now have to check out purchases themselves while at least 2 or 3 staff stand around. So when do I get my check for working for you? And what about young families? Have you ever tried to tend to children, in a tight area, as you check out a heaping cart of groceries?! BTW, you could walk through the store and ask customers what they think, if you really care. You can hear complaints in every aisle! I dread it every time I have to go to your store. On a positive note, the pharmacy and staff are wonderful. And generally, all the staff is good. They take the brunt of the complaints for corporate failures to recognize what customers need.

I don't care for Walmart they are as expensive as another store quality are the same As most Superstores I don't like self check out then they check you at the door before leaving if they're afraid you are going to steel from them they need to put cashiers back to work the self check outs don't work half the time they don't scan if you are not paying attention and place it in your bag you will get caught at the door for steeling I rarely shop at any Walmart unless that is the only place there is and I need something in a hurry. Most of the time I shop at the local grocery store or drive 30 miles to Meijer.

HUGE supercenter. I seriously got lost the first time I was in here and barely covered half the store on my visit. Self check out area is updated and large. Bathrooms easily accessible at the front of the store.
