Lazy employees, the store looks like this every time I go there. It’s an extreme fire hazard I can never get to to the things I need without moving a cart out of the way. Almost everything is priced wrong. So much stuff needs to be put away yet every time I go there the employees are just sitting behind the register chit chatting and not doing their jobs!

This store is disgusting, the manager is rude and talks very poor about other employees and corporate management; as a customer I shouldn’t have to listen to this when trying to shop. It’s being very poorly ran and is very sad the corporate office doesn’t do something about this. I’m not the other one who thinks this or has left a negative review on the manager.

Um...... Why why why .... Are you guys OK....!!!I hope a 🍼 BABY OR KIDS don't get sick.Dates were still good for a week.... On both o.j. and milk......... I went back for the next two day and the milk and o.j. and more are still sitting there.... WOW .....soooo 🤢 sick....!!!

The manager Kim is extremely rude and discriminatory. That place is a major fire hazard with carts and boxes in almost every aisle. Complete mess of a store, terrible selections, mostly the manager there is the biggest problem. The store looks exactly the same, if not worse, than last year.

Specially manager..Management and new staff are very poor in service. What you pay you will not get it .. better to go Walmart ..they will not respond you in your problems. Problem solving is 0.

I don’t know what has happened to the store, but it has become one of the most cluttered filthiest unstocked dollar stores that I have been in in a long time. Not sure if it is a staffing problem or management problem, But I used to love this store and would often bypass Walmart to come here, now I skip Dollar General and go straight to Walmart. I really hope they can figure out a solution because it’s handy and closer to my house.

From Florida, have been to several Dollar General stores and this one is the dirtiest nastiest one I have ever been in. So bad, I don't understand how code enforcement or the health department allows them to stay open. Fire looking for a place to happen!

Dirty nasty store,employees have bad attitudes and prices are never what they are supposed to be,aisles always blocked with junk, stinks like body oder in the store. Just all around nasty,never going back.management is just as bad.Avoid watseka store!bad news!

The cashier's at the Watseka DG are helpful and friendly. The manager is the best they have had in years. The store appears clean and orderly for such a tiny store. All of the employees are busy doing things and not standing around idle. Pleasent place to shop.

This is one of the worst Dollar Generals I have been to. The problem is not the staff as they are all great but the problem is with the store itself. The parking is so tight and the store is really cramped. It's so hard to get through the ailes and you can't even get to everything. Watseka needs a new Dollar General and soon.

I DID NOT hate this store! I simply hit the wrong star. This store is much nicer and cleaner than others I have visited. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Store isn't too bad but very crammed. Most of the staff is very polite and friendly. Except an older, frail, short women who not only seemed to harass but staulk customers. Grabbed 4 movies that I was asking my significant other too choose from when she very rudly walked up and snatched them out of my hands and told me these will be up at the check out when your ready to check out. As I proceeded to go to the checkout I noticed she placed them back on the shelves. I didnt noticed if they had cameras but if so I would love to share that I never once made a move to deprive them of merchandise and too see/show how she aggressively ripped them from my hands and treated me. As well as how I was staulked and harassed. One bad apple ruins the whole positive flow of the store. A damn shame! Regina was her name.

All of the items are amazing and couldn’t ask for better but I’m knocking it down to 1 star because the employees there are SO RUDE!!! Or should I say employee, whoever that new old lady is🙄
