The double shots of Parrot Bay are ringing up $5.99 while every other double shot is ringing up $1.99. I say to the cashier it is obviously in your system wrong when every other shot is ringing up $1.99, this idiot cashier wants to start arguing with me. Not bothering asking anyone else or doing a price check. Anybody can tell you a double shot of Parrot Bay is not worth $5.99. Such rude customer service I received today.

I truly enjoy this grocery store. Their sushi is great, good selection of groceries and good sales usually. The liquor and wine selection is very nice as well

It's nice to actually shop at a real grocery store instead of some big-box Frankenstein. If you are a rewards member, you save big, especially on meat. Their fried chicken is good, but I swear they pick the smallest chickens! Not thirty feet away in the meat dept is some of the biggest juiciest chicken you could ask for. Please, use THAT chicken!

Dirty , Deli is not the same ..Food is not as fresh anymore ...Parking lot is covered in trash.Sad that's my only other option is Walmart... I would love to shop here if we could keep it cleaner and have full staff that can cut meat and clean store.....

Not happy about the produce section at Watseka. When I was there, sweet corn was dry and grey, the garlic I took home was great looking and firm but soft and sprouting inside the cloves. No Cotija cheese? And the kids cart that my grandson loves has been broken for awhile but they keep it right out in the open anyway so he can be disappointed each time. The cashier was nice but she was the only employee in the store that even looked at me besides the guy who told us the car-cart was still broken. I hope they do better, it's nice to have a grocery option besides Wal-Mart.

They used to have custom cut meat on the premises but unfortunately they decided to discontinue that. My place of business would have our meat cut there but now we are forced to go somewhere else. I have the feeling that is really going to hurt there business.

Big parking lot. Can be a bit of a challenge getting out on the main road at busy times. Store is clean, good variety, good prices. If you call, they always answer and the staff and management are friendly and helpful. If the check out backs up, they bring up more people and keep it moving.

They have an excellent deli. The on sale products are priced well. The produce there is great. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a great place to shop if the Walmart is too big for you to manage or you like higher quality food and don't mind paying a little more. They do have electric carts also.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! I wouldn’t suggest shopping here either. The store manager, Jeff, treats the employees and customers like garbage. The pay is bad, break time is extremely short, and if you ask questions you’ll get talked to like you’re stupid. It’s an ultimately abusive environment that isn’t worth working for or shopping at. The employee turnover rate is high for a reason. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and ask the employees how they honestly feel about management.Oh yeah! And Jeff used to be the store manager in Kankakee before he ruined it and corporate sent him here. It’s only a matter of time before he ruins this store too. No wonder they demoted him from corporate offices

This store is a great old-fashioned family grocery store. They have a great bakery and deli. They have great selection of quality meats and a staff of butchers. They have great sales on their meats and produce. Unfortunately, with being a smaller chain, their prices are a bit higher.

Used to love the deli but now the salads all look terrible. They have been in there and dried up bad. Taste bad. And my fried chicken was old this time and dry. Several have complained but no changes being improved. They used to be the best chicken ever!!!

First time in there ... Ugh there was a couple registers open well I thought they was it's still there for probably about 7-8 minutes and then the girl in the customer service says Lane one isn't open only two and over here I thought one two were open because they had lights on.. the girl goes oh well I'm sorry I didn't inform you man that lanes closed so you want to look at me for 8 minutes and then tell me that!?!

Went and got 2 meals and they put gravy all over potatoes and chicken and the gravy was burned bad. I called they said they would replace the meals but when I went to get the new ones they said they would replace just the gravy... How can you do that when I didn't even get to eat any of it bc the gravy was all over I could understand if it was in a cup but it wasn't. The manager was rude and had additude. This is the only time I ever had a problem with this store and I've been there a million times.

They are always good but tonight on March 2 I buy a bunch of food and the main thing I needed the lady forgot to put in my cart my 3 cans of cheese soup and I live in sheldon so I didn't have the gas to run all the way back there tonight. So have to pick it up tomorrow. But off all the things to forget to put in my cart was what I really needed to make dinner ugh

I hate how thieres only one or two checkouts open but the deli has great servis and the bakery alwas has tasty desserts. It is also a great place to go with little kids because there is helthy and organic foods and there is little shopping carts that they can push around along with regular carts that have cars on the frount of them.

All around great store. The idiots working at the Deli is the reason why I will never get anything sold at the Deli. Some mature management is required. Too many "kids" working there. Other than that, I shop there.
