They did so good at grooming my four dogs. I know one of mine is very anxious and isnt easy to do but she was able to get almost all of his nails done and fully groom him! We will be back!

wondeful staff!! my Ziva is a little skittish with new places and people but she has always felt comfortable here. Justine ideas a wondeful job for us. we call it the "puppy spa" and she gets super excited when we say that is where she is going!!

Love this place! I hadn’t been for several years and I’m so glad I decided to go back. I went in looking for some goodies for my very spoiled Aussie and Chelsea was so knowledgeable and kind. She knew how to talk to and act around my pup and she made me feel so comfortable and confident bringing my pup into the store. The store is so clean and neatly organized and layed out. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff are very friendly and helpful...with anything! I'm willing to pay the slightly higher price for the individual attention and their extensive knowledge about the products. It is also very clean and well organized. Only the best for my fur babies!

The people that work here are so great! Every single one is so helpful and knowledgeable about the treats, food, grooming, etc. The groomers go above and beyond to try and make my shy and nervous lab feel comfortable. He used to love coming here for nail trims but after a bad experience at petsmart he has been hesitant ever after. They will even do “happy visits” where you can just visit the grooming area and they will just say hi and give your dog a treat to help get them used to the grooming room and environment. they also have a rewards program! Love that I can shop small and actually feel happy about the service I’m reviewing and more importantly the service that my Stag gets. Thank you Three Tails!

My issue is not with the store but with the dog trainer. John came to our house and seemed fine. As the session went on he used unprofessional language and just kept pacing back and forth. This just made me uncomfortable so after we paid him for the consultation I decided not to continue. Two weeks later he showed up for the next session which my husband forgot to cancel and instead of telling him we would not continue he paid him another $292 because he was telling my husband he didn't have enough money to pay rent. Again very unprofessional. My husband sent him a few emails since and asked for our money back with no response. We never signed an agreement with him and services were never rendered. All we want is our money back. Just wanted people to know what we have been dealing with. That's a lot of money for nothing.

We recently had our border collie groomed and she NEVER LOOKED BETTER! WOW! Cost was clean, shiny and and trimmed to the perfect length. We did have to wait longer for an appointment due to COVID-19. But they were definitely worth the wait. Awesome staff and I can't thank them enough for ba great experience.

Love this place for their great food and treat selection. I only give my dog real food with none of the bad by products in it. This is the place for you if you do the same. And then the toy selection! Spend more on the dog than us. The toys hold up to our 90# horse as we call her. Heavy chewers toys I look for. She loves them.

Great prices for grooming and the groomers are great! They also sell food, toys and pretty much anything a big pet store would carry. The atmosphere here is amazing though and the people that work there are very friendly, I would highly recommend.

All the staff is great. Best groomers i have ever used. Justine and Felicia are our favorites though. Also, the store is stocked with anything a pet could need or want. Boudreaux loves to go to the groomer. So lucky to have this store in Waterloo.

Was my first time coming here and the process was not explained to me at all. After waiting in my car for 2 hours I finally call to see how much longer my dog would be, they said another 3 hours! So I go home after not expecting to leave my dog ALL DAY long. I returned at 5PM and he was just getting finished. My dog was running towards the door wanting to leave. I get him home and notice blood all over my backseat! After examining my dog, his paw was bloody because they clipped his nail too short. Absolutely will not be back. I should have known from the start when my dog didn’t even want to go with the lady.

I love these people. Professional, caring and determined to make my sharky pupper turn into his best self. He acts aggressive, but is only a frightened puppy with very little animal contact. He dies love playing with cats.

Our dog was injured both his eyes have broken vine in them from being strangled with some devise our vet said it was proably a lasso what ever that is he has always been a good dog at the groomers we take him to the girls must not know dogs .our dogs a good dog but hes a Jack Russel with excellent breading.
