we shop on Friday nights I'm not sure if the day has anything to do with it but the produce is always wilted and half rotten. It would be nice if they could get a handle on that issue. We like all the workers though, they're always helpful and nice.

I think we have a great Schnucks in Waterloo. People are nice. Rarely do I have a problem not getting what I want.

OPEN UP THE CASH REGISTER AREA! COVID IS OVER. No wonder you have long lines-I have to wait to be called to a register STILL!?!?!?!? I should be able to pick the check out line “I” want to go to because after all I’m spending my money!! This crazy process you have slows check out a lot! Cashiers have to complete an order then I get called to a lane? I could have all of my items on the counter ready for the cashier to start but no I have to wait to be called then unload! This is ridiculous! I worked in a grocery store for many year and know the check out process. I hate shopping there and only do so when I can”t get what I need at Walmart.

Used to be my favorite store. Now they are constantly out of items or stopped stocking what I used to get there. Shelf openings get filled in with different products to cover the holes. Organic items and items that have different sizes of packages have been reduced. Isles constantly have stock on pallets (at least when I go), yadda yadda yadda.

The staff in the floral department helped and prepared the flower arrangement of my choice. This was for my first date with what has turned out to be a most delightfully wonderful woman. She loves the arrangement and has bragged about the arrangement to all her family and friends. They all love the arrangement, as well. A big 'Thank you' to the lady who helped me. You're the best!

My fav grocery store ever. I always panic or have anxiety going in big grocery stores like Belleville etc . This is always a laid back shopping experience, great deals, and high quality produce. Thanks for making my shopping store experience so much better

We were shopping Saturday, 2/10 at 6:30pm The self check was not scanning and the two ladies overseeing this area would not help us. They were only 15 feet away and just watched. They actually chastised us for not being able to use their system. This store is more expensive than Wal Mart. I will not make the mistake of coming here again.

Schnucks is fine, never had an issue but I'm tired of CVS and there lunch time shutdown. They can't rotate lunch times? Switching my scripts to Walgreens.

Love this store!!!! They always have what I need. The meat department if wonderful, deli, rocks....., the produce department is my favorite and then you can't beat the price for the better quality. You must try

Update 4 /19 this store is ran by a clique. There are three employees that love conflict. I asked if there are items and she called a manager Ashley. She took fifteen minutes to see me. She rolled her eyes and looked at her followers and they laughed at a 68 yr old woman. There were no lettuce, peppers oranges were rotten. Produce has to be eaten within two days bc of rotten. Employees stand around whispering and won't give you the time of day. I have to go over to st Louis, telegraph rd to shop at dierbergs and the schnucks same road. Just to get groceries we have to carve out hours instead of minutes. We try to buy local but these women need a life. The deli had no customers so they saw me but just kept gossip. Finally after ten minutes they asked if I took a number. Really??? There was no customer at all and three employees stared at me. This store is the rudest I have ever been. I have been shopping my whole life and never left a store crying and upset. I tried calling their main office and no answers for two hours. The same audio. About how friendly the schnucks stores are. They are not. AND THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND A VOICE TELLS YOU WHAT CASHIERS NUMBER TO GO TO. THEY SCAN WHILE YOU PUT ON THE ITEMS ON THE THINGY. YOU CAN'T SEE WHAT THEY ARE SCANNING. YOU SEE YOUR RECEIT AND YES ALWAYS A MISTAKE. THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN WHILE ICE CREAM IS MELTING LIKE ME. Then the manager spends several minutes to give the credit. Never a sorry or thank you. Disgusting.

Often poorly stocked items in produce, dairy and frozen sections. Multiple self checkout stations sitting idle while poorly staffed and long lines at regular check out. I’m not checking out a full cart of groceries at a self checkout station, people. Prices are high- I’m shopping here for the convenience. Should offer a better experience than Walmart and Aldi.

We LOVE Schnucks. We moved away and don't have one here, just Walmart. We went to this store and it was just Awesome. We can't wait until they build our New Schnucks down here. They blow the competition out of the water. Even had FRESH OFF BRAND BREAD, We can't get good bread down here that's Fresh.

Bakery has been horrible for about a month, I come twice a week like clockwork. Can’t get anything, the quality is worse, not good. Get the other lady back to work mornings, don’t know her name bit I’m sure I’m not the only one noticing.

I have been searching all over for a certain whiskey and couldn't find it in the area. Talked to the liquor guy there and told him my problem. He got me a bottle the night before we are to leave on our vacation. Basically I am saying that if you can't find something go into schnucks and at least ask.

Today February 19th to many cashiers and baggers standing around . Need to have some supervision. Whoever is in charge needs to be aware of the situation. Not a good look for the store. I came to schnucks for the awesome food and nice prices. Not the young kids standing around.

Schnucks is a great and convenient grocery store. They have optimal hours and now CVS pharmacy is located in schnucks which makes it even better. They always have fresh produce and a fresh meat section, I am satisfied with the quality of their food. The employees are always good about keeping their products in stock. There is one lady in particular that is always friendly and always has a smile on her face (she has red hair and wears glasses) the female workers are always friendly.

I found a bug in my produce . I understand that it’s hard to get everything out of the vegetables but I didn’t like that there was a bug in my food .😑 also it stinks in there .

There was a young man there stocking product as I was looking for some ice cream. He knew exactly where it was at and I witnessed him help somebody else and know exactly where the product was at as well. Exceptional service! I didn't get his name however dark hair with a beard, 5 1/2 ft tall with beard and slim. Promote him!
