So here we go 2023 liberal lunacy. This location has no interest in hiring someone that ACTUALLY knows how to do their job. Nope, they hire the Palestinian girl, the trans guy, the Latino that barely speaks English and anyone else based solely on their appearance and pays no mind to their actual ability to do their job. Seems like most of the people they hire are hired for the purpose of making the location appear "diverse" or "equitable" and I doubt any of these new hires have ever worked in a pharmacy before. The staff cannot answer basic questions and have screwed up our families RX's so bad in the last six months that we are no longer going here. Pro Tip: Hire someone that actually is qualified to work in a pharmacy and if they end up being white, black, gay, Latino or come to work dressed like a Labrador; GREAT! As long as they know what they are doing!

Only call this location if you’re okay with waiting 30+ minutes on hold and then being hung up on! Terrible service. When you are working with people’s medications you would hope there would be some sense of urgency, but alas, not at this location!

Worst Walgreens I have ever used. Pharmacy always hangs up after having made you wait 15+ minutes. Called to have prescription refilled on Wednesday for Monday pickup and after my pickup time I get a message saying the prescription is delayed and won’t be in until Tuesday. They couldn’t have let me know beforehand? It’s a time sensitive prescription and now I have to frantically call around to see who has it. Completely completely unacceptable. Recommend literally anywhere else but here.

I was scheduled for my second booster shot today and arrived 10 minutes early. There was a lady ahead of me receiving a shot. The pharmacist walked back to the area where they prepare prescriptions. She did see me waiting. No other customers came by for anything. I could see the staff in the mirror. After waiting 10 more minutes I went to the counter, and leaned over and said I was waiting. I was told the appointment time I reserved "just notifies" them someone will be there, but I have to wait until they get their "other" work done. Mind you, there were no other customers around, and they knew I was there. The pharmacist finally appeared and gave me my shot and somewhat rudely told me again they have other work to tend to and I wasn't being ignored. Sure did feel like it. I only went to this Walgreens on Rt. 59 because the one I always use is at Warrenville and Winfield Rd. and didn't offer the brand booster I needed. They have a superior pharmacy staff. They know customer service. Avoid the Rt.59 store if possible.

This location is absolutely worse. They don’t care about the big line of cars waiting to get their prescriptions. Walgreens pharmacy has absolutely hijacked their customers.

Drove 20 min one way to get my booster shot just to find out the pharmacy closed early due to short staff. I made the appointment weeks in advance and they never reached out to let me know. They also didn't cancel the appointment so I can't register online for a new day to get the booster (which is already booked out for at least 1 week). I understand being short staffed but someone should have reached out to tell me not to show up and rescheduled my appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE for passport pics. At least one of the three sets of passport pictures, which for some reason are $16 for 2 of the same picture and not eligible for promotions, got rejected (still waiting to hear about the kids' passport photos but they were as bad as my wife's rejected one). So I had to drag the kids and wife in again and spend money and time priority mailing the wife's photo in. I may end up having to mail the kids' in as well as expediting their request, we'll see.I asked if I could get new pictures taken and a refund and the guy, who said he didn't mess up the pictures the first time (he did unless he has a twin), said we could get new pictures only after we returned all other pictures and gave no option to provide a full refund so we could go somewhere more competent. The new pictures seem better so we'll see.I understand we could have looked at the poor pictures better before sending them with our passport application however what I don't understand is the bad attitude recieved from multiple employees during the process and the poor customer service experience in general. If you do get passport pictures here make sure you check them thoroughly.The rest of this Walgreens seems fine. If you buy something and it's not on sale it will probably be overpriced but that's normal for Walgreens.

The kindest person in the pharmacy took my call when I needed help with my son's prescription. Not only was she willing to go and add some bottles of Gatorade to his order for the drive thru, she helped him out with his insurance situation without hesitation and with pure thoughtfulness Truly a kind and caring person. Got my 2nd booster shot at this pharmacy and it was the most painful shot I've ever had in my life due to how the man at the pharmacy gave me the shot. I got the other 3 covid shots somewhere else and they were fine. This shot felt like I was stabbed with a pocketknife.

Just like so many have said, the staff here are amazing. We had a prescription that was going to cost $500 so the pharmacist (Jaclyn) called and told us she was going to call our doctor to try to find an alternative. Before the end of that same day Jaclyn got us another prescription from our doctor that only cost $15. Wow! What a great pharmacist that literally saved us hundreds of dollars! Thank you!!!!

Never called to let me know that my prescription was ready for pickup. They decided to give it away to someone else before I could pick it up and are saying it'll be 48hrs before they can fill it.

This Walgreens continues to be the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever encountered in my life. Every time I go into this Walgreens there are extremely long lines and wait times. I just tried to buy some protein powder and it had expired, 10 months ago. Everything is dusty and the shelves are nearly bare. It makes me so sad that I don't have a good Walgreens to go to around here.

The pharamacy’s staff are incredible in both service and caring for patients. I recently called on a Saturday at 4:15 needing a specific drug prescription filled that I knew from previous experience pharmacies don’t routinely carry. I called my local Warrenvile Walgreens to determine where I could get the prescription filled. The pharmacist Brian called several pharmacies to identify where I could get the prescription filled and also fill it after 5:00 on a Saturday. Wow!

This Walgreens is the best. From the people in the pharmacy to the store employees. They are all very helpful and kind. I never have any problems with my prescriptions either. Highly recommended.

Pharmacy drive thur is closed after 5PM. However walk-in isn’t closed till 7PM. What? People get off work at 5, and you rather have more people in your store in a line. This is very inconvenient.
