Tomra in the grooming salon took 4.5 hours to groom my dog and he’s never taken more than 2 hours (and he’s been here a few times and has been to at least 6 other grooming establishments before). She also caught an attitude and was snippy with me once the manager left the grooming salon. We usually have a good experience here but I’m debating whether or not to ever come back solely because of her.

I had my dog boarded at the location in Vernon Hills Illinois. She has never been boarded,doesn't go to dog parks or associate with other dogs. I picked her up and she had kennel cough. She was supposed to be in her own room not around other dogs because of her breed. Yet some how contracted the virus. They should defiantly be cleaning up a little better. She won't be returning.

I went to the kenosha location because in the area I live their was no openings at least for 3weeks. So I called the kenosha location and they fit my pet on the same day I called!! Very nice people, and I love the the way my dog came out after his grooming appointment.

LOVE PetsHotel Vernon Hills location! They are always so accommodating, super friendly and great customer service. My dog loves going and I know he is in great hands every time he's there. I highly recommend PetsHotel in Vernon Hills.

Is very poor service Very unresponsible will never ever take my pet there again the endangered my dog not once but twice trying is trying to medicate him more than he needs they don't know what price to charge for air cleaning is your cleaning 3 different prices nobody knows what to do it is awful do not take your pet there if you do not want your pet abused don't go there
