I seen how they treat employees I can only imagine how they treat costumers….My mother worked there for over a decade , passed away from cancer while still employed. I returned her keys and everything. And only one person ,the cashier - wished I recalled her name , was the only person with empathy. Management what a joke …

I have been taking my dog here for a while and this was the last time. There is inconsistency with her grooming and the staff here are rude.During our last appointment when I arrived, Juno snapped at me in the rudest way possible and said "did you walk her this time? Because she had an accident last time." I was absolutely stunned because on her last progress report she said my dog did great. I was never even told my dog had an accident. This was odd to me especially since I walk my dog before every appointment.The woman who was sitting at the computer overheard and laughed.When I picked up my dog she was still wet and I paid for the furminator. It didnt even seem like she did anything other than wash her.This was the last negative experience I was willing to tolerate.I now take my dog to a groomer that actually cares. I am always worried now about my dog having an accident because of my experience with PetSmart but the new groomer said not to worry. That most dogs have the urge to go to the bathroom after a groom so they take the dogs outside to relieve themselves if they need to. Since going to this groomer, my dog has not had any accidents. Also, my dog doesn't appear to be stressed out to the max when I pick her up.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First of all, most of the fish they provide are sick due to some reason. My tank is set up and established, feeding schedule adhered to, and water parameters are perfect. I purchased guppies and albino cory catfish among others and have spent over $200 here. The guppies all became sick and died within the week I got them. I talked to other people there and they have said the same thing. My tank is almost barren because of this. Yes, they offer a 14 day guarantee, but I ended up going back so much that I ended up losing money due to gas, and then the fish died again anyway! HORRIBLE! Stay away from this store and frankly any other Petsmart. Plus they have deceptive reviews due to the "Local Guides" scam. They pay a service to become local guides, then post fraudulent reviews. I HAVE HAD IT WITH MY PETS DYING.

The customer care is very rude and careless. They judge people by the way they dressed . I tired to go in there to rescue a cat but because I am very short so they talked to me very rudely like I am child. Speacially when you are person of color like me. They only treat whites and white skinned people nicely ! This is a truth and no one can’t say I am lieing!As a nurse that i am I couldve brought 5 cats if i wanted but instead they rescue team be rude and think that i am minor that just want to pet a cat because they decided to judge a book by its cover.I spoke to the manager he was kind and helpful!

Shout out to Mike, the store manager and another employee (didn't get his name). My SUV wasn't turning on after I picked up my cavapoo from getting her vaccines, and he actually took a moment to help me get my car started! I would've had to wait hours for AAA. That was such a kind gesture. The other employee was the one that was asking all his colleagues who would be able to help me! I am blown away by the kindness of this store and its employees. They also always treat my cavapoo with such care. So thank you! You guys are amazing!

As a Realtor, I sponsor your adoption of a dog or cat when you buy/ sell a home with me. I went to this PetSmart location to help my clients pick out everything they needed for their beautiful new Pitbull, Victoria :) We were lucky enough to be helped by Jeff, who is a valuable asset to this store. He was extremely helpful, kind, attentive, and knew SO MUCH about dogs and the products available- We learned about foods, shampoos, he even had grooming and training tips to boot! I thought I already knew everything about pet care, but Jeff taught THIS old dog some new tricks LOL. Great shopping experience!

Very first thing I notice is they have hand sanitizer all around the store and they even offer face masks, around this time is very important to find a place well sanitized.. They have a huge variety on everything.

Have been in many Per Smarts including some out of state. This one is clean and well organized. Asked for help and associate stayed with me until I was satisfied. She made suggestions and offered ideas based on her experience with her own dog. Cashier was very friendly. Although there is a Pet Smart closer to my home, this one might be worth the few extra miles drive.

I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but I'm not a fan of this location. I went in for the first time today with my 9 month old doodle, who was very excited as it was his first time in any pet store.The first two store clerks we encountered were not a bit friendly to my puppy or to me; they were in fact very cold. I would have appreciated a simple hello (no need to pet or approach us if they didn't want to or were too busy - but the store itself was not flush with customers by any stretch). I will say that the woman at the cash register was super friendly and even offered Paxton a little biscuit. I don't recommend hiring people who aren't customer service oriented to people and their pets.Also, the prices of the few things we browsed weren't particularly competitive. Paxton still picked out a new toy and special treat, which he really enjoyed. And the other customers were really friendly. :)

I've been a very frequent buyer of all our pets needs. Today I came in looking to buy some fish. The guy asked for tank size etc. I've been an aquarium hobbiest for over 30 years. I know what I'm doing and don't need an opinion if I want to over crowed my tank or feed my fish to other fish. It is my choice and option. You lost a frequent buyer. This is honestly a dumb rule, from a store that profits off of animals!

This was my first visit to PetSmart for grooming. They have quickly become my go to groomer. When you enter the grooming section you are at a counter facing all of the groomers working. They were all very gentile while grooming dogs of a variety of sizes. Every pet I saw was being well taken care of. All of the groomers were extremely friendly and communicative. When picking up my dog I was given a full verbal and written report about her visit. I have never experienced this type of service anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

This hotel has been my worst experience so far.My dog was left in a cage isolated during all her stay (5 days) because they thought she was in heat, even though in her file (banfield) is stated she was spayed.She started vomiting on the 4th day due to stress (that is when they deign to call me)I will never leave my dog here again

Overall a nice store. However, I tried to do an even exchange on an Arcadia bulb for my beardie and was not able to due to buying it in WI. I’ve never had this issue with an exchange even with no receipt (my phone number wasn’t used). I was replacing it with a lower wattage bulb and buying something else so I didn’t want money back. The other store recommended a light that was way too hot for my beardie. Cashier was super nice but the manager told her because it was bought in WI and my acct wasn’t used, I’d have to go back to that store to exchange it. That makes no sense. It’s a corporation not a franchise. And they would tell me the same thing since I don’t have a receipt. Sorry but I’m not driving several hours to exchange a light for $15.

I have to admit I’m upset. Called to set up an appointment for my dog for doggy daycare and while they lady on the phone was extremely nice. What came next was shocking. “Due to the breed of my dog (pitbull) she wasn’t able to be around other dogs. She would be alone in a room or crate and would get half an hour of time for the worker to play with her.” I thought okay maybe this is common with all new dogs until they get to know the dog. Nope! She told me that due to the breed my dog wouldn’t ever be allowed to be around other dogs, because pit bulls are so dangerous. My dog is the most calm dog ever. She was literally attacked by a golden retriever and didn’t even defend herself. She lays down when she gets near other dogs. It’s upsetting that somewhere that claims to be an expert in animals and animal care would treat dogs based on a stereotype instead of evaluating each dog individually.The store is very nice and employees are all very polite but an animal store that doesn’t care about the actual animal is tough to support

I regularly come to this PetSmart for crickets, and often and left partially unsatisfied with service but today I had Andrew the store leader. He was AMAZING and gave me great tips for storing crickets and feeding my bearded dragon. Great decision by corporate to make him store leader.
