Not sure why there are so many one star reviews about the pharmacy. Just go in person to pick up your meds. It was ready in a couple hours and it was a quick/easy process. Service was fine too.

Went to the drive through and sat for 20 minutes with nobody else in line and plenty of people working- not 1 person even looked at me or even acknowledged I was there!! Finally left and went inside to get prescription and still took forever!! Do not use this Walgreens if you want customer service!!

I've experienced problems lately at this Walgreens Pharmacy actually being open during their stated hours, even considering the lunch break. Otherwise, I have always experienced very kind, efficient people working at the drive-through! Thanks.

Called to ask for info on a prescription, they asked my name and I gave it to them. They said nothing and after a minute went by I asked if they had found my info and no one answered. They left me there for 5 minutes with no one saying anything. Finally she gets back on the phone to help me?? Why leave without even saying a word??

I asked an employee to print passport pictures in a certain size, but they came out wrong. Another employee fixed the issue, but when I asked to keep the incorrect photos that were going to be thrown away, the employee insisted I pay the same price as the correct photos. When I refused, the employee threw away the photos again. I was left feeling confused and frustrated as to why I would have to pay the same price for incorrectly printed photos that were going to be thrown away. When I raised this concern, the employee did not provide a satisfactory explanation and instead threw away the photos again.As a customer, I expected better communication and customer service from the employee. It was an unpleasant experience that left me dissatisfied with the service provided. In the future, I would hope for clearer communication and a more reasonable resolution to any issues that may arise.

Look, this isn’t against the employees who are there, every one is incredibly nice in my experience. This is for corporate: you need to train your pharmacy employees better. I went to pick up a pertinent prescription for an infection. I had to update my insurance and it took 3 employees to do so, taking about 15 minutes total. By the time they were finished, the pharmacist was on break, and because I updated my insurance, I guess the pharmacist has to re-approve it. I got there on time, but now I have to wait 5 hours while I’m in school, infection getting worse, because multiple employees didn’t know how to update insurance. Crossing my fingers they don’t close early because it’ll be another 2 days before I can make it over due to my school hours and the pharmacy hours clashing.Every time I try to give Walgreens another chance, I regret it.

Some of the clerks are rude. We bought something that required a coupon and the front clerk lady would not help us find it in the coupon book. Other Walgreens always have. Update Walgreens does not have coupon books you have to have the app and do it. Update! Closest place to get bandaid so I had to go. Clerk was on the phone with somebody while she was taking of me, she scanned my Walgreens card and wouldn't listen to me when I try to tell her that I had rewards. All she could say was it's past my time to leave here s***. That's right she literally cussed right in front of me. Should have asked for a manager but with my luck that was the manager.

All you have to do is look at the reviews of this store to see that they're hugely problematic but they've progressed to the point of falsely accusing paying customers and taking them to the back to be searched, so be careful in there.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. No notification is given to let us know not to bother making the drive and waiting in line. We’ve spent over an hour trying to pick up prescriptions that are not going to be available on the day promised. The last time we tried to pick up an order, they no longer had it in the system. We had placed the order online and followed up with a phone call. When they failed to get the order ready, we were instructed to call the pharmacy every hour to make sure that the order was not mistakenly canceled. We asked why they don’t notify customers through the automated system and we were told that it is our responsibility to ensure our order didn’t get lost! They also said we needed to speak with someone in pharmacy- that the automated system providing status updates is not to be trusted. It usually takes at least 25 minutes to reach someone in pharmacy by phone. When we tried to transfer our prescription elsewhere, we were told that prescriptions could only be sent to a different Walgreens location. After 25 years of loyalty to Walgreens, I am done with them

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely horrible. I came to rt my prescription one day right when they opened up and I guess the people who were supposed to be there hadn’t shown up on time because I proceeded to wait in a 5 car line for almost 40 minutes until it was the pharmacists lunch time. How was no one working when between open and lunch? Ridiculous. Like I can understand being understaffed but there was no note or anything. Get it together. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Regarding the pharmacy: WARNING lol literally the worse wait time I’ve ever experienced in my life. They have elderly patients waiting, standing, for like an HOUR to pick up prescriptions. I’ll call for prescriptions days in advance and they still won’t have them ready on time. You will end up waiting at least half an hour for a single prescription that is already ready… They may be short staffed, which is understandable from time to time, but it doesn’t excuse the pharmacy staff from being curt and providing bad customer service. I tried to get a prescription transferred and none of the staff knew how to do it… I had to go back and fourth between stores for multiple days, calling multiple times just to transfer one prescription. Would give them 0/5 if I could. Terrible management.

I've been a customer for 30 years. The past 2 years things have gotten bad. Prescriptions not refilled in a reasonable time, I mean week is too long. Sitting an hour on phone and still no answer. It is difficult to keep coming in when the internet says they are ready and in store they are not ready. I have moved all Mt prescriptions somewhere else effective today. I was a business owner for 36 years and know how important customers are. Whatever is going on is costing you business.

Extremely disappointed in how much this location has fallen. Used to be on top of fill times, friendly and quick. You can feel the stress of the employees in the pharmacy. They're understaffed and adding covid testing and order pick-up to the pharmacy drive thru was a very poor decision by corporate. My prescriptions always end up with "action required - call pharmacy" which adds to their workload and causes missed doses due to delays and NO notification. I have even talked with someone at the pharmacy this last time to make sure there won't be issues and I was told it would be filled by that evening... same message AGAIN, no notification and no time to call because they're closed. The next day I have to call and wait for someone to answer, get placed on hold to speak with the pharmacist just to tell me it will be filled and am given no explanation as to why this keeps happening. I see how they are treated by rude customers because everyone is frustrated and I have always been patient and understanding in person and on the phone. But enough is enough. Take a look at your reviews and surveys and actually do something. I've been dealing with this for nearly a year between this location and another in town and I'm done being patient. Time to find a different pharmacy.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to get my prescriptions filled. They said it would be ready at 3pm yesterday. I came in at 7pm and they did not have it ready; the said it would be ready at 8pm that night. Came the next night and they still did not have it ready and blamed it on me because I came as the store was closing they day before. The same person I was dealing with was rude and had no customer service. If I could give this Pharmacy and negative number I would. In all my life, I have had great service from Walgreens Pharmacies. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Stay away, find another one, don't use this store.

The pharmacy here is the WORST. I will be driving the 15 minutes to the other side of town from here on out.Got a prescription sent over on 2/23 and the pharmacist said I didn’t have insurance and didn’t have anything on file (even though I’ve used the exact same insurance for the last 6 months with the exact same prescription). So we worked for an hour trying to figure it out and they couldn’t. So I go and call my insurance company who said “what’s the issue?” And say Walgreens has tried to run the claim 5 times and it was approved each time. But Walgreens has already marked it as picked up on 2/23. I have NOT picked up the meds yet because they tried to charge me the price without insurance price.However, it’s March 1, and I’ve received at least 10 texts and calls that the prescription is ready. So I go to get it. The pharmacist told me they “put the prescription back after 7 days.” I came on 2/23 (“no insurance”) and then again on 2/28 and was told to “come back in 40 minutes.” So I come back TODAY (SIX days after the original error on their part) and now the prescription is “put back since it’s been a week.”As soon as I get this prescription filled, I will be finding a new pharmacy.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over two weeks. I will get texts stating that it is ready for pick-up, then that it is on backorder. Then I got more texts stating ready for pick-up, then texts stating that there is an insurance issue.When you use the voice-prompt at the beginning of the call, it transfers one to someone that can pull your account up, but cannot answer the simplest of questions. All I needed to do was verify if they were using the correct insurance number. But they say tell you that they are not actually in the pharmacy department,  and cannot answer additional inquiries, and will need to transfer you.I have been on the phone waiting to speak to someone in pharmacy since 1.50pm; when it was finally stating that I was the next call to be answered it automatically transferred me to the survey, then hung up on me [at 3.20pm]. I called right back, and was still waiting to speak to someone at 5.00pm, when it did the same exact thing!They have it set up to automatically hang up on the caller after about  ninety- minutes.The second  time I did answer the survey, rating it at the minimum for each question. After this experience, I  will be changing my prescriptions to filled elsewhere.

closed randomly and without warning except for a paper sign on the door announcing new reduced hours. The reduced hours change at random - some nights its 5pm, some 6pm, some 3pm. They don't change the hours on google or on the walgreens website. Sometimes when you phone they will tell you the actual hours, but sometimes you phone and they haven't updated that either.They make it impossible to change pharmacy (even to a different walgreens), by almost instantly updating the online prescription to 'ready to collect', even if they are closed. So now you have to get the doctor to send a new script to a different pharmacy.Completely ridiculous.

Used to be a good pharmacy but things have really gone downhill. The pharmacy has cut hours and is not open at all on weekends. I’ve tried to pick up a prescription a couple times since they’ve done this and both times there were at least 9 or 10 cars waiting in the drive through lane. I waited in line at least 10-15 minutes and the line didn’t move at all! Not sure what they’re doing in there but this is unacceptable. Time to find a new pharmacy.

The stuffs at the pharmacy are very unprofessional. I had to wait for more than an hour to get my vaccine. When I asked them to give me an estimate of wait time, they were unable to provide one. Worst service ever!! I don’t know if they even care for their customers.

I only go here because it is close. The employees seem to be clueless when I go up to get a prescription, saying I don’t have one, which makes me call my doctor who says that they did send over the prescription. Every time I go there, I have to go back at least two times because they didn’t give me a prescription, gave me wrong ones, or they kept claiming I had none. Then they take already packaged prescriptions (birth control) out of the package and put it in the orange bottle. Now I don’t have the sticker to keep track of the days I am taking the pills since I am starting on a Wednesday. I never minded going to get prescriptions but now it’s a pain

It now takes 3-4 weeks to refill a single prescription. Once it is refilled, the line usually takes 45 mins to an hour. This delay is due to understaffing. As such, I direct this review Walgreens Corporate: PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!! It’s simple, you want your businesses to run like a well oiled machine, where customers are happy and continue to do business with you, then appropriately staff your locations, correct poor working conditions, and incentivize employees to continue working for your with higher pay and better benefits. If you continue to understaff and force the few employees you do have to work themselves to death to overcompensate for your inadequacies, you will soon have no employees to run your businesses.

So I guess yesterday all Walgreens Pharmacies are closing at 6pm. I needed an antibiotic and they wouldn't fill it because they were closing at 6pm. They were turning a lot of people away the needed their medications because they were closing at 6pm. The Convenient Care Clinic are open until 8pm and writing prescriptions, but they can't get filled because all the area pharmacies are closed. At least one pharmacy in the area needs to be open until 10pm so people can get their medication.

We had disposable cameras for people to take pictures with at our wedding this summer. Dropped them off in august to be developed and I’m under the impression they are all lost. It’s now November and nobody can tell us where they are.Not sure who to talk to but our cameras and all of the wedding pictures on them are MIA.Definitely avoid the photo department if you care about your pictures..

I came here to get a vaccine. The staff member running the vaccine booth wasn't wearing a mask, and I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get my vaccine despite filling out all of the paperwork beforehand. There were two other people waiting with me; one waited 20 minutes to even check in, and the other waited close to an hour.I understand a ton of places are understaffed right now, but my experience here wasn't ideal. 😕

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went to the doctor and got prescribed tamiflu and I waited 2 hours for a call to pick up my prescription and it never came so I called about my INFANTS prescription for the flu. And she was rude and said they don’t have it and can’t order it so look somewhere else. So I called 4 other places then my child’s doctor to change the prescription and waited another hour and called back to check the status on it and it told me it would be ready after 9:45 pm. Which was almost 3 or 4 hours after getting it filled. Then when my husband goes to get it he waits in line for over 15 minutes and when it’s finally his turn they close and just throws a sign in the window and not even address him. And when he went in the pharmacist was still back there but wouldn’t give him the prescription! I don’t care if you close at 10 if people were in line before that you need to take care of them! Your automated system said it would be ready after 9:45 so why wouldn’t you give us our prescription? I will be filling a complaint on everyone who we spoke to.
