This is a review for the bakery. One too many times they messed my order up, from the whipped topping, to the flavors(vanilla/chocolate). Just yesterday I picked up a $45 cake, they got the whipped correct this time, but they failed to make it with my strawberry filling! My receipt and order form shows it correctly, I PAID for the filling, but the cake had NO filling. How hard is it to make a damn cake, I think it’s time for a new crew in this location….

Great store! But the 32-pack of drinking water is a bit too heavy for some us old folks. Please bring back the 24-pack!

Meijers is a horrible establishment when honoring their sales items! We jump through their hoops and clip their mperks coupons. But,,, still it is a hit or miss whether it rings up correctly, and customer service is useless in figuring out why it is not ringing up correctly!

I am a shopper for online shopping apps. The staff and cleanliness of the store is superb. They do a great job. With friendliness, stock, keeping the store clean and keeping us customers moving through the line and out the door quickly.

I just went into my cart and discovered that 11 of my 29 items are now out of stock. This is the rule, not the exception. Is anyone in charge of ordering stock? Does anyone pay attention? Does anyone even know how to order stock? The bigger question is: Does anyone at Meijer give a damn? The worst run store in C-U.

The remodel is nice.The produce department is neglected. There is a lot of floor space and almost no produce. The produce that is there is wilted, limp, and on a wall shelf. The other areas are unorganized.I put my basket away and walked out. So much potential, will it ever be a grocery store?

Meijer Pharmacy does a wonderful, wonderful job! Very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. 4 star rating instead of 5 due to the long hold times when calling the pharmacy. I love that you can manage almost everything online via the app, and it will notify you of any updates, which is super helpful! With all of the prescription drug shortages and uncertainty going on in the State of Illinois, they have been able to locate and / or refer me to other pharmacies to assist me in the past. They are also the only pharmacy in the district that has the lowest cost through my Rx assistance card for 1 medication that is not covered by insurance. Unfortunately, that out of pocket cost has risen over the past 6 months, and of course, it's the one that insurance just will not approve yet it helps my rare Esophageal condition in between going to get my esophagus stretched every so often until further studies are scheduled with the Esophageal Motility Specialist in Chicago. It was a difficult transition for me when Shipt stopped delivering medications-per end of covid protocol or something to that effect. I am predominantly homebound except for getting figured out medically. It was a true blessing that Shipt was able to assist me during this past year. That's when I had to find a different pharmacy that had the capabilities of delivery service but I still find that Meijer Pharmacy customer service is very caring and actually wants to help you and will go above and beyond for you. Quick shout out to Amy, Stephanie, Paul, and forgive me-I can't remember your name, but I know your kind face...is it Brenda or Melissa?? Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Recently remodeled, but they have zero employees. I waited for 10 minutes to check out in the self checkout lane to purchase some wine and a few other items . I ended up leaving because nobody would check my ID. You people need to get your act together. I will never be back to your store again. This is your fault and your responsibility. If you’re going to make customers check themselves out, you might wanna provide adequate help. We’re doing your job for you.

I love placing an online order with a total of $37 and getting there to them saying my actual total is $52. No substitutions or changes to the order, just 50% more expensive for no reason. The lady who checked me out was no help and extremely rude.

Omg, they only had 1 regular cashier and self checkout. The lines were 20 people deep in both lanes and they wouldn't get more people. The coupons weren't working so people had to go and stand in yet another line to get refunds

For multiple months straight in the summer of 2015 all of their produce was conpletely rotten, the smell would hit you when you entered the store. When you actually get closer to the produce you could see multiple spots where one fruit or vegetable had gone bad but was never removed and needlessly ruined literally all of the stores produce. Because I lived close to it, I kept trying to come back but it stayed in that state all summer. What a joke.

Went here for first time. I have been in MI and IL stores. There were moths flying all over store so i left quckly. I did appreciate the smaller, less crowded store but has lots of empty shelves. I wish it cleaned up so I could do my grocery shopping here.

This store seems to have most of what you need, although I couldn't find a specific snack bar. While name brands can be a bit expensive here, it's worth considering buying items in bulk at Costco for better value. Nonetheless, it's still a convenient place to shop for your everyday needs.

It is bad enough that you have to check yourself out but when you do you almost always need help. Today I had a piece of produce that on the side said per piece and they were trying to charge per pound. The checkout lady said for me to go take a picture of it. So I was just going to leave it behind. Then I had another piece of produce that I had to do some weighing on a separate place and get a sticker (ridiculous) then the register timed me out and put the help sign on again. Absolutely ridiculous. So I went to take a picture and then to tell the manager Sajana about the experience. She could care less. Not all but many that work here have horrible attitudes. The store is a mess as they are doing a horrible job with renovations. On top of this the manager Sajana does not need to be a manager because she has no customer service skills at all.

I am beyond disgustedWent in at 545.Not one register openNOT ONE.The self checkout was so overwhelmed, the line went around clothing back towards the refrigerator aislesI asked a man in line how long he was thereHe said he got there into line at 5 for a few things and had been in line sinceWhy anyone would stand in a line to check out and bag their own groceries is beyond me.Aldi doesn't expect you to do that, nor TargetIve never been in either and had to wait in line 35 plus minutes. Let alone, to bag and check my OWN stuff out.Typically people get off work at 5To shut down or not open aisles in that time frame, expecting parents in example to not only have to take extra time to bag and check out, but to wait in line to do thatIf I'm doing that job, then it should be faster not slower.Or cheaper.It's completely unfair to expect people to spend the same money to check out and bag as those not doing it self checkoutAND for it to take longer.This is the fourth time in the past few months no register is openThere are numerous other places to shop that are more respectful of my time.

I was there about a half hour ago. I just wanted to compliment and thank my cashier, "Raidyon." He did everything right. He greeted me. He looked me in the eye. He carefully rang up my order. He called for assistance when he encountered a jug of fruit juice that didn't ring up. When done, he looked me in the eye and THANKED ME. All in all, a wonderful customer experience. Good prices and selection. It's relatively clean. The pharmacists are quick and knowledgeable. There have been times when the marked sale price had not come up at the register. The self checkout lines are also not always working and frequently you have to call staff over because of an error. Produce is frequently mislabeled. The bakery is good. The renovations are looking good. I like the new self checkout areas. They have more of them and it's better organized.

Used to be a nice place. Most of the staff are friendly and store is clean. I'm leaving one star because I've had 3 or 4 occasions where some of the younger cashier's were terribly rude and didn't want to do their jobs. They also have a lot of attitude when you ask them if their lane is open... Even when the light is on.
