My refills are always on back order. Sometimes I have to wait 4 days til iit arrives to my Walgreens in Troy Il. What is going on here?

Never had a bad experience and I've been going to this Walgreens since it opened. I get my flu shots there with no issues and all my prescriptions filled. Make up counter lady is always nice to me. Staff are always nice. I'm glad we have a walgreens so close.

Went to get my sister her flu & covid shots. Couldn’t get the flu shot due to insurance… so we asked if the doctor could write a RX for the flu shot cause we thought we did it at Walgreens last year. The rude tech replied “better insurance would solve the problem” and she was SO rude. My sister is 27 completely & utterly disabled. G tube and diaper dependent. She cannot TALK even. She’s 27 and cannot be on our insurance so she is on state insurance. She cannot change that, no one can. Your employees don’t have to be so rude & biased towards people on state insurance. I’m completely disappointed in our visit today. She could’ve just answered our question & been helpful about what to do next. Instead she was rude. Attitude was NOT necessary at all.

What a cluster. You take time to schedule your vaccine and complete the paperwork online with the link and you get there and nothing populated, so you do all the paperwork again and then you wait. So what should have been a quick in out turned into much more. The pharmacy is a joke!!!! I knew there was a reason I didn't use them for my prescriptions. I will never use them again.

Called ahead because we were trying to pick up our subscription to ensure they would be open until 8, but was told by pharmacy tech that they "would be in trouble if they didn't close right at 8". We arrived 2 minutes early only to find out they were already closed for the night... Would have been nice to get our prescription after driving the 30 minutes to try and make the prescription fill.

Don’t bother filling out vaccine forms online they don’t know how to use them. Also, disregard instructions in the email, they will not serve you without a vaccine card. I’m switching pharmacies, maybe someone else won’t contradict their own process.

There is no 24hr pharmacy here. The store is clean and nice but the staff was not that nice acted like I was a inconvenience when I asked for help.

I am a professional driver and it is difficult sometimes to get prescriptions filled timely manner when I'm on the road. The staff from pharmacy tech to pharmacist very helpful in making sure I got my prescriptions filled so I can get the road 5:30 a.m. thank you everyone

It's not the store it's the pharmacy. I just came from there and wow. Tried to charge me $100 then $150 for my insulin. That's right, during the 3 minute argument it changed $50. This insulin is always $32. This happens there all the time. Last time they said I signed up to balance my prescriptions to get them all on the same day, which I did not. You think they would check something out when a prescription went up 500 percent in 1 month. But, they are lazy and incompetent, so what do you expect

Took time out for flu shot. Check the web, called the pharmacy, checked the marquee information board. It seems to me you don’t need an appointment. I walk in no one there. I ask for a flu shot. No way! I need an appointment. I informed them that there is no way no information that says appointment required. No matter. Appointment needed. Angry, yes. I’m finally done with them. No Rx to fill and I don’t need anything from them.

Was in the makeup aisle and grabbed perfume from the container the lady held on to it for us and told us to meet back there when we were ready to check out stood there for 20 mins and she never showed up the cashiers were busy with a line I understand that but they didn't even try to phone her and k ew that we were standing there for a. Long time we just left are stuff and left the cashiers even said they had no idea were she was when they were talking to eachother .

Staff is friendly and while the Walgreens pharmacy is excellent, the store is also great, with a wide range of items that are generally at a reasonable price.

Walked into this Walgreens, watched an employee search through and grab merchandise I was looking for. She told me I had to wait 2 hours to buy them so I left and came back, then suddenly they never got them in stock. I guess your employees are buying the squishmallows and selling them?

Always an issue with the Pharmacy. Troy Walgreens Pharmacy always has an issue filling with prescriptions. Drive to Maryville, no issues, same exact prescription forms.

The pharmacy claims my insurance isn’t active, but as soon as I transferred my prescription somewhere else my insurance works fine? The pharmacy is also super rude.

There pharmacy needs to be open 24 hrs instead of us troy residents having to drive to collinsville to the 24 hr one. Why should we have to drive out of are way while we have a walgreens in town
