The Pharmacist & her assistants are always working to the point they appear overwhelmed. The main Pharmacist is also giving shots along with talking to customers about their prescriptions. Great job!

It's upsetting that we have given this place multiple chances to get our prescriptions correct and on-time, but all attempts are met with failure. More times than not they will not run your insurance, which I have no idea why, except to charge the customer more money... The last prescription we waited 3 days to be filled and when arriving we were met with no line, but having to wait an additional 40 minutes because they messed up stuff on their computer... The manager is a joke, saying they will fix the "issue" but can never tell us exactly what the issue is? They just beat around the bush and have no answers as to why we are misbilled and have to wait an extended amount of time almost every time. The techs that fill the prescriptions here are extremely rude, but I do have to say at least the pharmacists are pleasant, which upped my 1 star score to 2.

I never leave reviews but it was ridiculous. I went to CVS to get prescription and there was no one in line and I waited for 8 mins before someone came to the window. All of them seen me, just chose not to answer the window. Finally one of them decided to open it and then it took her forever to ring it up. I had kids to pick up from school. But had plenty of time when I got there it took me 24 mins total and there was no one in line. And even when they text you and tell you your prescription is ready they never are when you get there. they tell you to come back. In 30mins well I do not live in town and I only came in the first place because you said it was ready. It’s a joke. They never use to be this way it’s gone so down hill. Cvs use to be quick and they was good! But not anymore. Now not all the staff are this way just the group I got today could care less! I mean 4 people and none of them could answer the window.

Place has gone to hell in a hand basket bad… Ridiculous they change hours worse than some rummage sale… Today was Epic go there at 1:45 pm and they have a sign Out to Lunch… WOW…. Iunch time at 1:45 pm… I am DONE!!! Being handicapped and having to have my meds picked up most times I can’t deal with this inconvenience so once my insurance calls me back… its Bye Bye to this clown show!!!! Wonder if corporate knows what a clown show they are running… they will soon enough!!!!
