I've been going here couple times a week for 2 years and the staff is always real nice BUT lately the Smart Coupons tags are not on shelf and expired sales tags are not removed. And boxes piled up and blocking aisles. Prices are reasonable. Used to b my favorite store cause I live in neighborhood

Prices are great if you keep your eyes out for the deals. Some everyday items aren't such a good deal, like milk (was $1.50 more here than the local grocery store), but found some great deals on back to school supplies and even clothes. Seemed to have some issues with their refrigeration unit- there were towels on the floor by the refrigerator doors.

I love this store it’s reasonably priced but management seems to run this store like a lazy teenager. Store always seems to be a mess and has signs closing early all the time. Last visit the manger locked up to make a bank deposit. Today I went to the store at 5:00 and another sign closing at 4:00.

This is a cute little store for some fast easy snacks and cleaning supplies at a cheaper costs. They have a small cute little clothes and home goods section as well. They offer a little bit of everything as a one stop shop.

No one at this location is friendly at all. They have a decent amount of selection and items on the shelves (why I put 2 stars)...but as for customer service at the sycamore IL location I give them maybe half of a star.

I like it, but this customer followed me around telling me her life story on how she lost weight, then was following my mom when she came inside, didn't even know she was my mom. They need better customer control

This is my favorite place to shop because it's incredibly awesome n and great customer service. Sale representatives are friendly but not frequently open.

I was able to get in and find what I was looking for without help. The down side was there was only one cashier and the customer infront of me was returing so much it took 20 min for me to leave.

The manager was rude and dismissive. The female clerk was trying but she did not know where anything was, and did not offer to help to look for an item in the store.
