The store was very clean. Staff members were everywhere, so easy to ask someone for help when needed. Everyone looked as if they liked their jobs. Which made it easier to approach them.

Great place for a lot of items. Store is pet friendly. Also has vet clinics periodically. These are a great way to keep your pets up to date at a reasonable price.

I have seldom or never walked through the isles of farm and fleet and not found something I didn't even know I needed, but always happy I bought it when I did. From paints, to housewares, automotive to clothing, they offer a great selection.

To be truthful. I bought $100+ of Candy! Best Selection Anywhere! I have bought a selection of other Goods there but being from out of State.... miss the Sweet Stuff. Staff was great, very helpful.

This is a great store...i found dog treats that are super hard fine.and canning jars in the very small size ..and cute clothes for my granddaugther. Went back to by hanging baskets

Always great prices from my favorite pair of jeans for only $20. Best price on my oil and filter for my oil change on my equinox. Love their holiday set ups and toyland for my kiddos.

Have to "HONESTLY" say that the tire/auto service dept is ABSOLUTELY "pathetic." NOT the first time I have been amazed of how their service is but I should have learned my lesson the first time and not gone back just to be let down "again."I took 2 ten inch snowblower tires to have tubes put in them and they sat there for 6 days and they NEVER got to them. I went in 2 times (every 2 days) and they kept saying they were going to prioritize them for the next and never did. They explained that if someone makes an appointment even "after" I brought them in for repair they would bump me down in the waiting list. How in the heck does that seem like good customer service. I happened to be there while an irate customer was there as well and stormed out saying some harsh words. Not sure what was his deal but I can guess it's something to do with their service. Will NOT go back and get burned a 3rd time.

Can usually find most of what we're needing. Sad that the whole "farm"/agriculture part of the store feels like it's just about 2 or 3 aisles anymore, turning into more or less just another Walmart type retail store. Too bad there isn't a Tractor Supply or Rural King closer.

I'm handicapped and every time I go there they never have any of the mobility scooters that are charged up or working it's ridiculous I came to do Christmas shopping for my grandchildren and I had to leave. I can spend my money elsewhere so they don't want to accommodate the people then the heck with them .

Great place for ammo. Now that ammo is not scarce, they have alot of different caliber. 308, 9mm, 556, 380, 40, 45, 280, 300, 22lr, bunch of shot gun shells and many more. Prices may vary than what i have here in 12/22.

Showed available online, but when I arrived at the store, the item was not available. I was able to make due with what was available but at an additional cost. The store was clean but Slightly disorganized. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This store has most everything I need every time. The associates are personable and represent the company very well. I was able to buy goods advertised elsewhere for a significant savings. I appreciate the breadth of the goods offered from farm supplies to home goods to clothing. The remodelling is completely done and the layout seems to work well with clothing and seasonal in the center and the staples around the perimeter. I like it.

Not a bad place for tires and batteries (Platinum batteries for longer insurance). Tires for my car a lot cheaper than the dealer ($650 vs $400)Update 12/6/19 minus 3 stars.Sadly, F&F refused to price match Costco or Sam's club tires special (the old lady Kim at the tire desk was rude)So I took my business to discount tires . They price matched with no questions asked.

This store is great! Everything you need for you home, garden, clothing, snacks and the list goes on. It's the only store around that carries my Mom's favorite line of clothing, and most of it was 30% off. The store is clean and well laid out.

Always love going to farm and fleet. Prices are a bit marked up, I can't lie, but service is always great, and selection is outstanding. I frequent F&F for my milwaukee tools.

This is a weird store and I hardly go there. This week I went to Automotive for the first time since the "redecoration" of the department. Let me be clear so you can get the picture. Automotive used to be in the back (side) of the building, now it's even farther, the desk/counter is almost outside of the building. Meanwhile, the Customer Service area and the registers are closer to the other side. Let's agree that this is a very wide building. So you park by automotive in the back of the store, go inside and walk across Automotive but you need to ask a question, so you go to Customer Service passing the middle of the store but they tell you to talk to someone way in the back, that one you thought was a mechanic. So you walk all the way back and he brings you back to Automotive, then he takes you back to the end of the building to do the paperwork. When he's done, you walk all across the store to go to the register and pay. But now, your car is parked by the Automotive entrance and you're on the other side because of the registers. Do you want to exercise? Go to Farm & Fleet, DeKalb, IL. I can only imagine those very old farmers walking for hours up and down the store.
