After leaving a vet's office I had taken my animals to for over 20 years it was scary to trust my babies with someone new. Upon entering White Oaks West I will say I instantly felt love, supported, understanding, compassion, honesty from Dr. Brie and the entire staff. Our sweet girl's life was cut way too short, however, we know that Dr. Brie did everything she could to help us and Mani. They had our best interest at heart and weren't just looking for more $$ in their pockets. Our week was not the easiest, however, Dr. Brie showed us and Mani so much love I won't ever be able to say thank you for that. I won't ever go back to the other vet... this is now our vet home.

Dr McLaughlin is attentive, caring and answered all questions thoroughly. Our dog is elderly and we had to find a new vet as ours moved away. She took the time to read the extensive history and had a global understanding of all the issues from the start. We were very lucky to find Dr McLaughlin!

We just switched vets… after 30 years with our Dr Minder who retired .This clinic had to prove to me that they are just as caring and qualified as he was . We took our 16 yr old kitty and Dr Hurst identified a bacterial infection and treated her. She is doing great !One of our Yorks , Zia, went yesterday for check . Everyone in the clinic is so polite and helpful. We have another York going tomorrow for check . It’s a process folks , and this clinic has some big shoes to fill . So far … excellent!

Staff were very prompt and polite. Doctor gave good explanation and answered all questions. I was provided with an estimate of costs and did not feel pressured to accept any services beyond my budget. Highly recommend.

We are new to the area and experienced our first visit to a new veterinarian for our beloved dogs! We received prompt service and were impressed with the professional staff throughout the clinic. Great one-to-one with the veterinarian who explained the process to us and was very personable & animal friendly. The veterinarian technician completed our services and took great care of our nervous dog! We are relieved to have found such great care for our dogs and will continue to be clients at White Oaks West Animal Hospital!

Today I had a sub par experience. I was treated like my appointment didn't matter, and like I was just another $ to this company.I made an appointment last week for 9am on Monday. This allowed me to go to the appointment and work a half day at my own job. At the time of scheduling I was not told there would be a deposit required. I did receive a call Friday afternoon, but by the time I got the message it was too late to call back (and ALL the message said was to call back. No additional information was provided )On Monday morning at 7:30 I called to confirm my appointment and was told that due to previous rescheduling and cancellations a deposit was required (or we could drop off our pet). I advised that a deposit was fine but was told that the 9am slot was no longer available. So we asked and the next available was 10:30am. (This caused me to have to take an entire day off of work with minimal notice, which is ironic because I would always reschedule my appointments with at least a week notice or more)I arrived at 8:00am and paid the deposit, and returned at 10:20 am for my appointment. While I may have rescheduled often in the past I was never late, nor was I ever a no-show. I was immediately put into a waiting room and made to wait (this is normal).What is *not* normal is not being seen until 10:45am. During my wait I played with my kitten, doing my best to relax and destress her while we waited for our vet.Our vet was wonderful, and went over the services with the same care and thoroughness I've come to expect from here, she even apologized for the wait, letting me know that they were very busy (indeed they were). I was told that not all services requested could be performed as my kitten was too agitated. While this is understandable, I believe that if the appointment hadn't started late this might not have been the case.Prices were appropriate and cleanliness was optimal given their busy-ness.I left my appointment feeling like I was being punished more than was appropriate given that I would frequently reschedule due to financial or medical issues. I left my appointment feeling like I was less than all the other customers. I was not satisfied.

We have taken our dog to White Oaks West Animal Hospital for the past 8-9 years. We have a senior dog now and Dr. McLaughlin and Dr. Hurst (now retired) have taken excellent care of him. We are grateful for the care they have given our family.

I am incredibly disappointed with West White Oaks front end staff. The vet is fantastic and has been very attentive. However, the front office staff has completely let my dog down and decided pain wasn't a very important issue even though she was recently treated for this ongoing issue.I called yesterday twice to confirm my dogs appointment and was told the first time, yep she's all in there but we are waiting on the doctor to tell us if she wants to see her or change her antibiotic. So, I call for a second time around 3ish to find out if the doctor wanted to see her or change her script and was told, nope she's not in a spot and the doctor just responded stating she wants to see her. I said ok, is the 4pm still open she was supposed to already be in? Yep it sure is! Great, can you put her in it? Yep, all done! We will see you at 4pm on 12/7/23.Today I get a call from the first person I originally spoke with and she stated, my dog was never put in a spot. I understand we are human and make mistakes but 2 times on the same patient???I want to clarify, the vet did not do anything wrong and this doesn't reflect on her! I am just incredibly disappointed in the front end staff for not following through when my dog is currently on an antibiotic since the end of November that isn't taking care of her ear infection and causing pain.We are yet again on the schedule for 12/8/2023...In theory

I’ve never had anything but a positive experience at White Oaks West. Everyone is very friendly. I love that Dr McLaughlin gets on the floor with Flannery and Delaney, I think that makes it less intimidating for them! Love WOW!

It was Allie’s first new patient annual visit. We were treated with a very nice receptionist upon arrival. Dr. Newingham made us feel welcome. She was thorough and very kind. Lanie, her assistant was very pleasant as well. Lanie explained Allie’s treatment and costs involved. We will be back next year!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and CLEAN FACILITY. My pup was in need of some TLC and relief from severe allergies that had taken a toll on her well-being. The positive attentive and caring customer service that I received from the front desk to the exam room was the best I’ve experienced so far. I have been leery about trying a new vet because it’s hard to find a clinic not inundated with poor customer care reviews and care. My recent visit was a godsend! My pup usually experiences high anxiety throughout the entirety of her exams was calmed from a 10 to a 6 by the end of the appt and that is miraculous. Thank you for your excellent care and service. It is refreshing and much appreciate it. I highly recommend Dr Davis and staff. I hope my follow up visit is as pleasant.

I’m so impressed with White Oaks Animal Hospital. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have a large dog that can be incredibly fear aggressive, so I’m always nervous about bringing him to the vet. They were so patient with us and I am so pleased that my dog was able to have a good experience. They are attentive to concerns and I didn’t have to wait around to be seen (we had an appointment). Such a huge thank you to Kaylee especially for being such an incredible help with keeping my dog comfortable and cared for. It’s makes such a difference to have passionate and caring staff!

ALOT has changed since our first visit. However the staff and vets are very nice. But they are1. Not accessible. I couldn't get my wheelchair into the exam rooms2. Expensive3. Poor communication from management despite me communicating clearly during each interaction.4. Prepare for super vague calls and texts and not being able to return the call.5. Not the same calm space as before, my kitten came back hissing and terrified. She had a better experience at an urgent care vet on 6th st and was not stressed at allOverall its your call to make, the vets there are really good but its costly and if you require a wheelchair you wont make it into the treatment rooms. I loved this place until today. I overlooked a lot of wrongs. So now I am revising this and saying I intend to change vet clinics.

I love everything about White Oaks West. Easy parking. Ample waiting area Friendly. Professional. Doctors, technicians and support staff are all welcoming. I wish my cat was able to appreciate the royal treatment she receives, but she’s a Tortie. Dr. McLaughlin is our vet and I love her. I also love the follow up and the informative report card I receive following our visits. You can’t go wrong choosing White Oaks West for your pet!

White oaks animal hospital always provides the best care for our dog. He can be a challenge but they always take such good care of him! We appreciate it! There are also follow up checks after every procedure, which lets me know they truly care about his well-being.
