I went to the drive through to pick up some prescriptions. The lady at the window was very friendly and took care of my needs in a very short length of time. She answered all of my questions about the medications I was getting. She took her time, was very knowledgable and didn't rush through things, like I've had done to me at other drive through pharmacies. This is the best pharmacy I have been to in a long time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

By far some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went in around 3 to pick up some pictures that were ready around 11-12. When I got there I didn’t see one single employee and waited at the desk for about 3 minutes before walking around to find someone. I then realize that there were two employees just standing around in in one of the aisles. Another employee, John, came to help me. (John was super kind and helpful.) The photo counter was so messy and unorganized that he couldn’t even find my order. He was supposed to be on a regular register and ended up having a line, where he was supposed to be, for 5+ minutes bcs he was helping me. One of the people in line went and requested help from the employees that were standing around and they basically told him that they’re not doing it bcs it’s not their job. Worst customer service! I work in customer service as well so I get that you can’t always please everyone but don’t be rude about it.

Since summer of 2021, quality of customer service in pharmacy and general store have drastically declined. Quality of pharmacy technicians is making me consider mail order delivery of prescriptions. They (including the pharmacist) seem to have forgotten that customers are why they exist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most of the pharmacy are the rudest. I called the pharmacy to check on a script and was ridiculed for not being able to pronounce the medicine I was prescribed.

Leann Shift lead with the damaged green/purple hair was extremely rude during my transactions today at the 6th Street store .She over charged me for Bowls after showing her the price on the shelf. At the end of my transactions that we had to do individually as she isn’t familiar with Walgreens Coupon Policy which states store coupons can be combined with manufacture coupons. Anywho, I requested a price adjustment and Leann stated “I asked you if you wanted me to change the price” I advised Leanne I shouldn’t have to answer that you should do what’s right which was charging me the price listed for the bowls on the shelf. She became very defensive huffing and puffing waving her hands as if I was disgruntled. When she was super rude never once asked if I wanted to use my Walgreens cash but ever customer that I allowed to go in front of me she asked and was super polite. I shop at the store frequently for curbside orders and have never had any issues. But today was horrible. I will no longer shop at the store. I will travel to the Stevenson Dr location. As a couponer I’m always nice to the store associates and always allow other customers to go ahead of me as a courtesy as coupon transactions can be complicated. I’ve found when couponing some associates are not very pleasant not sure why when I’m just trying to save a buck or two for gas. I’ve included photos below to show the not so great customer service I received.

Sadly they have gone down hill. Went to prompt care and ran errands before going to the pharmacy yet when I got there they "just got it," and the pharmacist just went to lunch so I got to wait super sick for 30 minuted for my antibiotics. Second time they haven't checked for new prescriptions coming in. This might sound petty but they never used to be like this!

Wish I could give a zero!! Worst pharmacy ever and getting worse by the day! Rude uninformed staff, gotten the wrong meds twice, parking lot full of giant wholes ready to damage someone’s car, and you don’t even carry any kind of masks during a pandemic!! Losing this customer, done giving my money to big corporations who don’t appreciate my business!
