This is 10 outta 10 the best vape shop ive been in in the Springfield area Theyve got a great team of people who are generally really knowledgeable with all the items in the store and even items they dont carry! They have a really nice selection of glass as well thats all blown from local artists! Ive never had a problem they havent been able to either help me with or give me some kind of insight to the problem and why its happening and how to possibly fix it. Ive been a faithful customer for the past 5 years and will only go here for all my vaping and headshop needs!

Ordered a focus v carta 2 carb cab from them. It was shipped prompt and came in 2 days. With the free first class shipping. Best deal I could find online for the item anywhere. Focus v themselves wanted 20 for the cap and another 18 to ship it. Crazy. So glad I found upper limits Midwest

I've been going here for over 6 Years and they are by far the best store I have been to hands down, the staff is very knowledgeable and are able to help you with about anything you bring in there. Was up here in Springfield for a day trip from STL metro area and forgot my oil to start with. So found what I though looked and sounded like one of the best if not glass and vape emporiums. Prices we right on and I think it might have been a bit cheaper. Well on top of forgetting oil my e-cigarette decided it was going to die on me...!!!R.I.P. So now I need a new mode, basically everything. The employees were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable...fast too but not in a bad rushing way. Prices were reasonable as well. I had such a great experience here that I am going to order from them online and have more oil and items shipped to me! Thank you guys so very much! You saved me this evening!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

The employees were super nice and informative about all of their products. We were able to taste test whichever flavors of juice they had and had no problem spending as much time as they needed to with all of their customers. They have a great variety of juices and accessories. They also carry CBD oils, spatter, and salves which was great. I definitely recommend this store.

Great selection of e-juice and they don't use those cheap stick mods to let you test the flavors but higher-end box mods and tanks / coils. Really nice selection of CBD items and concentrate technology. Lot of fun glass glass at good prices. Some of it even locally blown! And some high-end pieces to drool over. Kim at the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. So happy to have this place in Springfield!
